1、社会主义和谐社会视域下中国共产党执政能力建设研究 社会主义和谐社会视域下中国共产党执政能力建设研究 Study of the Governing Ability of the Chinese Communist Party under the Horizon of the Socialism Harmonious Society【中文摘要】 党的十六届四中全会通过的关于加强党的执政能力建设的决定,从适应我国社会的深刻变化,巩固党执政的社会基础、实现党执政的历史任务的高度出发,将“构建社会主义和谐社会”作为社会主义建设的任务和目标,与社会主义物质文明、政治文明、精神文明并列,第一次将“构建社会主
2、义和谐社会的能力”作为党执政能力建设的主要任务之一提到全党面前。如何处理好社会主义和谐社会建设与党执政能力提高之间的关系,积极探索社会主义和谐社会视域下党提高执政能力的有效途径,对于巩固党执政基础,实现党的执政任务,具有非常重要的现实意义。本文主要采用了文献研究法、归纳演绎法、系统研究法,广泛收集并查阅相关书籍、资料,运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义方法,以构建社会主义和谐社会为切入点,深刻揭示构建社会主义和谐社会与加强党执政能力建设的关系,进一步探索在构建社会主义和谐社会这个大背景下党执政能力建设的新思路,为当前党建研究提供可参考性的资料和理论。全文共分三大部分。第一部分,通过对社会主义和谐社
3、会提出的时代背景、重大意义和社会主义和谐社会的主要特征、本质要求等方面的分析来加深对社会主义和谐社会的认识和理解。第二部分,进一步分析社会主义和谐社会与中国共产党执政能力建设的关系,明确了构建社会主义和谐社会是加强党执政能力建设的战略目标:加强党执政能力建设是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础和保证。第三部分,强调在社会主义和谐社会视域下加强党的执政能力建设的必要性,通过分析党执政能力建设面临的“不和谐”因素,积极探索社会主义和谐社会视域下中国共产党执政能力建设的路径。 【英文摘要】 Content:”Decision regarding strengthening the construction
