1、西财大办200814号关于下发西南财经大学中外文学术期刊等级分类目录（2008年版）校内各单位：为了进一步完善科研激励机制，鼓励教学科研人员站在学科前沿、面向经济建设主战场，加强科研合作，产出更多高水平的理论与实践成果，科研处组织修订、制订的西南财经大学中文学术期刊等级分类目录（试行）（2008年版）、西南财经大学外文（英文）学术期刊等级分类目录（试行）（2008年版），经校学术委员会全体会议审议通过并报校务会批准，现予下发，自2009年1月1日起生效执行。特此通知二八年八月二十九日西南财经大学中文学术期刊等级分类目录（试行）（2008年版）一、A级学术期刊 A级：（3）经济研究、中国社会科学

31、的国外学术期刊均认定为C级。三、外文学术期刊等级分类目录调整程序参照中文学术期刊等级分类目录调整程序。四、本期刊等级分类目录由校学术委员会审议、校务会批准执行。2005年版外文（英文）期刊等级分类目录同时废止。本期刊等级目录解释权和修订权属校科研处。附注：SCI：Science Citation Index（1975）（科学引文索引，简称SCI）收录5，900多种科学技术期刊（光盘只收录3，700多种）SSCI：Social Science Citation Index(1975)（社会科学引文索引，简称SSCI）收录1，700余种社会科学期刊A&HCI：Art & Humanities Citation Index (1975)（艺术与人文科学索引，简称A&HCI）收录1，100余种艺术与人文类期刊EI：The Engineering Index（工程索引，简称EI），主要收集工程和应用科学领域的文献，来自三千余种工程领域的期刊以及会议论文。
