1、前 言诚力公司1#焦炉为TJL4350D型焦炉,其特点为双联火道、废气循环、焦炉煤气下喷、空气侧入,本方案是为其烘炉而制定的。烘炉是焦炉投产前重要而复杂的工艺技术过程,其质量的优劣对焦炉的寿命有着至关重要的影响。因此,对烘炉工作必须给予高度重视,严格按制定的烘炉计划焦炉的升温管理。烘炉干燥期要将砌体中几百吨水分驱出,升温应缓慢,按照国内现有焦炉的烘炉实践,干燥期(100前)选定9天。100后的升温期的确定是根据 诚力公司的焦炉硅砖膨胀曲线及采用最大日安全膨胀率计算而得,100950升温期为61天,烘炉时间共70天。(以950为界) 本方案采用气体方式烘炉;750-800转为焦炉内部加热升温,焦
2、炉炉温大于950后开始扒火床装煤。 测温从常温至烘炉结束,连续使用高精度的热电偶进行温度检测。约800后采用高温计测温并拆除烘炉测温设备。1.1烘炉人员组织 烘炉指挥部(管理、技术人员5人)铁件组 热修组 升温班 调火组 统计员16人(包括组长1人) 2人(可选配) (班长13=3人) 2人(废气分析) 1人 看火工 烘烟囱(初期) 测温工 值班电工配合 123=36人 23=6人 35=15人 1.2烘炉期间工作要求: 1.2.1在烘炉期间各小组每天要按规定完成炉温测量、调节、铁件调整、检查炉体密封等各项工作,认真填写相关检测数据,并完成指挥部交付的其它任务。 1.2.2烘炉升温班必须按升温
3、计划升温,如没有完成升温要求或炉温出现异常情况,要及时反应并采取相应措施。 1.2.3铁件组要按规定及时测调铁件,确保炉体正常膨胀,如出现异常情况,要及时向升温组及指挥部反应。1.2.4烘炉指挥部每天要安排人员检查炉体各部位的密封情况,发现问题要及时处理,确保炉体正常升温。1.2.5在烘炉期间,每天早晨8:30召开烘炉碰头会,由烘炉升温组、铁件组、介绍前一天的炉温、炉体膨胀、煤气压力等情况及存在的问题,协调相关工作。如有重大问题,则向焦化工程指挥部汇报或由指挥部临时召集会议研究决定。 2、焦炉烘炉图表制定2.1、硅砖的线膨胀 制订烘炉升温曲线用硅砖膨胀率数据。 本方案所采用的砖样热膨胀率数值是
4、诚力公司提供的。2.2、烘炉图表制定原则2.2.1、干燥期 根据经验,干燥期确定为9天。在保证在烘炉不熄火的前提下,尽量减少烘炉气流的阻力,适当增加吸力以保证炉体水份的正常排出。2.2.2、升温期的膨胀率 根据诚力公司焦炉用砖特性,升温期最大日平均膨胀率:300前采用0.035%,300后采用0.040%。2.2.3控制烘炉各阶段煤气燃烧的空气系数,确保炉体高向按比例膨胀。2.2.4、要尽可能发挥大棚的保护作用。炉顶温度至250后方允许拆大棚。2.2.5、至正常加热前,小烟道温度必须小于400。2.3烘炉图表制定燃烧室砖样在计划温度下的膨胀率(%) 表2-1序号计划温度G626#G609#G6
