1、初中英语教师新教材过关考试(笔试)说明一、考试范围按照县教委对我县教师进行专业技术人员新教材过关(专业合格)考试的通知规定,对我县初中英语学科新课程实施后进行的教师新教材教法的理论测试范围是:湘教版英语(仁爱)教材(79年级)为主的内容,并涉及义务教育英语课程标准及教材教法的教学经验积累等内容。二、测试形式和时间理论测试形式为闭卷、笔试。时间为120分钟,满分100分。(听力部分的测试放在实践考核中进行)三、试卷结构1、标准部分内容结构比例及知识点内容(1)义务教育英语课程标准内容约占全卷的10%,主要知识点有:知道英语课程标准结构和基本内容熟悉基础教育阶段英语课程的性质、任务、目标总体描述和
2、初中阶段各级别对语言技能、语言知识3-5级目标的描述;掌握标准实施建议中对评价建议的内容。题型结构:义务教育英语课程标准内容的测试主要以填空题、判断题、简答题为主的形式进行。(2)教材教法部分内容结构比例及教材教法内容本部分约占全卷的20%。1、7-9年级英语教材(Project English北京市仁爱教育研究所编著)教师教学用书前言中:教材的特点,教师用书使用说明,给教师的几点建议,课堂教学参考建议,词汇教学建议及树立全新的课堂教学设计理念部分。2、7-9年级英语教材(Project English北京市仁爱教育研究所编著)学生用书中的出版说明和Scope and Sequence部分。3

9、础教育阶段的必修课程,同时又是外语课程中的主要语种之一。英语课程的功能:使学生通过英语学习和实践活动,逐步掌握英语知识和技能,提高语言实际运用能力,同时磨砺学生的意志、陶冶学生的情操、拓展学生的视野、丰富学生的生活经历,开发学生的思维能力,发展学生的个性,提高学生的人文素养。基础教育阶段英语课程的任务: 激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展自主学习的能力和合作精神;.使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能,形成一定的综合语言运用能力;.培养学生观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神;.帮助学生了解世界和中西方文化的差异,拓展视野,
10、培养爱国主义精神,形成健康的人生观,为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。2) 基本理念理念是课程价值取向的思想基础。英语课标遵循以学生发展为本的教育理念,提出了六个基本观点:面向全体学生,注重素质教育;整体设计目标,体现灵活开放;突出学生主体,尊重个体差异;采用活动途径,倡导体验参与;注重过程评价,促进学生发展;开发课程资源,拓展学用渠道。3)设计思路 采用国际通用的分级方式,将英语课程目标按照能力水平设为九个级别。该设计既遵循了语言学习的规律和不同年龄段学生生理和心理发展的需求和特点,也考虑到我国民族众多、地域辽阔,经济和教育发展不平衡实际。英语课程分级目标结构图第二部分 课程目标英语课程
11、目标有四个层面的含义:培养学生的综合语言运用能力是基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标;学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素养的整体发展是综合语言运用能力形成的基础;情感态度、学习策略和文化意识在现代语言教学中同样是影响学生学习和发展的重要因素;总体目标采用国际通用的分级方式分为九级,使整个基础教育阶段的英语课程目标成为一个有序发展的整体。课程目标结构图 五级(9年级毕业)应达到的综合语言运用能力目标:有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度、能听懂教师有关熟悉话题的陈述并参与讨论。能就日常生活的各种话题与他人交换信息并陈述自己的意见。能读懂供79年级学生阅读的简单读物和报刊、
12、杂志,克服生词障碍,理解大意。能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。能根据提示起草和修改小作文。能与他人合作, 解决问题并报告结果,共同完成学习任务。能对自己的学习进行评价, 总结学习方法;能利用多种教育资源进行学习。进步增强对文化差异的理解与认识。第三部分 内容标准内容标准含语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识五个方面。1)语言技能:语言技能的地位构成语言交际能力的重要组成部分;语言技能的内涵包括听、说、读、写四个方面的技能以及这四种技能的综合运用能力;语言技能的五级目标描述:(详见英语课标P14)2)语言知识语言知识包括语音、词汇、语法、功能和话题等五方面的内容;知识是语言能力的有
13、机组成部分,是发展语言技能的重要基础。语言知识的五级目标描述:(详见英语课标P20)3)情感态度情感态度的五级目标描述:(详见英语课标P22)4)学习策略:学习策略的内涵学生为有效地学习和发展而采取的各种行动和步骤;英语学习的策略包括认知策略、调控策略、交际策略和资源策略等;学习策略灵活多样,并因人、因时、因事而异。学习策略与学习方法不同。学习策略的五级目标描述:(详见英语课标P24)5)文化意识 使学生了解所学语言国家的文化范畴历史地理、风土人情、传统习俗、生活方式、行为规范、价值观念等;使学生了解英语国家文化的意义促进学生对英语的理解和使用,加深对本国文化的理解和认识;培养学生的世界意识,
