The vessel arranged as Machin

6、ery with accommodation arranged forward. The vessel built for World Wide service. Materials and equipment to be of recognized manufactors and shall satisfy the requirement of class rules accordingly.The vessel is to fullfil the general demands of the offshore industry as transport pipes, cement, equ

7、ipment and cargo to and from pipe-laying barges, drilling platforms and production platforms.Main deck to be arranged for deck cargo with an area of approx. 51 m x 13,5 m and for a load of 5t/m2.The vessel arranged with accommodation for 20 officers and crews and passengers.1.3 Class and flag Class:

31、an position determination(alignment to chain hole) quality control10.8 Electrical system installation quality control(1) When supporting for cable had to weld to hull, should not to weld the supporting to the shell plate or metal pipe, the supporting should weld to the the object than can easy for d

32、isassembly(2) The supporting for cable that weld to hull, the seam should keep away from the structure seam on hull, the distance at least 50mm.(3) The seam of supporting that for main cable, as well as seam of supporting that for engine room/weather deck/toilet/ bathroom/ kitchen/ laundry/ refriger

33、ator, to be continuous.(4) Hole on hull for cable coaming should according with the technical requirements for cutting hole and reinforcement.Edge of hole that for Cable coaming, should keep a distance at least 20mm from the structure seam, and should not cut hole on the structure seam.(5) The end a

34、nd inside wall of Cable coaming should be fillet, so can avoid cable from damnify when pull cable.(6) The supporting for cable or the pipe for cable can not use wind-welding or electric welding to cut, should use grinding machine instead. The cutting edge should grind and fillet, to avoid cable from

35、 damnify when pull cable.(7) Inspection of lay out cable should mainly including cable direction/align/fastening and construct quality。Inspection also including : different shielded cable to fasten separated or not, truss belt fasten or not, layer quantity/shade of cable.(8) Connection of cable incl

36、uding connection of conductors and earthing of the cable, more attention must be paid to the watertightness of cable glands or collors of collors of cable box as well as the eathing of metal shell of the box.(9) Electrical equipment installation including shell protection level, equipment earthing,

37、infection to equipment from ambience.(10) Special electrical equipment such as main switchboard and switchboard for emergency, should have no pipe neighborhood. In case of can not avoid, it should be no pipe coupling below the subject switchboard.(11) Ventilation / high between upper and lower platf

38、orm/gap and corrosion prevention in battery room.(12) Antenna and voyage equipment layout, mark line at fwd and aft, base horizontal requirement.10.9 Quality assurance measure In order to make sure good construction quality, have to carry out the following technological requirements: Enhance supervi

39、sory control for precision of block fabricate and precision of block assembly. Enhance supervisory control on the spot for welding sequence of important blocks and process welding of casing. Enhance quality of cutting and fitting accuracy, to make sure CO2 single welding and submerged arc-welding gr

40、oove gap can meet the regulation. Enhance supervisory control for fabricate accuracy of big outfit. Enhance supervisory control for outfit position determination accuracy(especial for strengthen under deck). Enhance management for welding material. To weld according to relate technological process a

41、nd technical document strictly. Constitute regulation for quality control of seam, including award and penalize. High tension steel and normal steel can be distinction by obvious color. After second time of get rid of rust, to cover the seam which is going to be tightness test by adhesive tape befor

42、e spray-paint. To cut hole for outfit and equipment installation, should according to mode line. Before cutting hole on main deck or shell plating, hole size and position mark to be check and confirm first.11 The responsibilities of Material administration DepartmentThe process of material control i

43、ncludes seven steps , which are purchase order requiring scheme, purchase and order ,transportation and inspection ,storing ,delivery ,and information Feedback. To meet the supply during ship building, the material must be supplied by scheme according to the construction schedule.(1) The schedule of

44、 main equipments supply.(In another chapter)(2) The material administration must be adapted the shipbuilding tray management, hull-outfit-coating integration, as well as the progress of science and technology.(3) The steel material supply program in half year should be made with soft copies , and pu

45、rchaseg monthly.(4) Improving and Standardizing equipments supply scheme.(5) The Material Administration Department must track material and equipment delivery which ordered by owner and yard, and make sure the integrity of the material and equipment as well as its size and shape.(6) Make sure the sc

46、heme of main equipment and cast steels delivery meeting the key events.(7) The process of order, transportation ,inspecting, storing and delivery of material must be carried out strictly according to the standard of cosco-shipyard . The equipments supply should be on time as soon as possible. The owner s supply should be arrived before blocks erection, stern casting steel, side thruster should be supplied before block assembly an
