1、 2013年集团年度工作述职报告 尊敬的各位领导,各位同事: 现将本人2013年履行岗位职责、完成工作任务情况及2014年工作思路述职如下: 一、2013年的工作 2013年,是公司在高强度竞争环境下取得优异成绩的一年,也是区工作改进提高、取得新的成绩的一年。一年来,我配合*,主要开展了如下工作: 1、梳理集团单位,明确服务对象。区公司现有集团单位927家,面对调整后的全业务运营模式,本人借助多年来积累的社会人脉资源,以身作则带领客户经理积极走访集团单位,拜访集团关键人、联系人并推荐宣传公司业务。指导客户经理对人员较为集中的酒泉市人民医院、中财科技、电力局、东方农业、国电电力、德源公司、水务局
2、、龙腾水电等单位,开展了驻点营销工作,对我公司的统付、集团赠机、无保底送话费、电子券等业务进行宣传办理,加强了集团成员的保有率及捆绑率。 2、梳理集团产品,积极推进发展。一是全年完成纪检专线、天眼专线、电力专线、村通教育专线等行业专线的签约与建设工作,为后续专线业务发展打好基础。二是对区学校进行了城区、网格、片区的精细化管理与划分,同时根据区市场特点,进行点面结合,突出服务优势,成功与寄宿制管理的酒泉三中签订了校讯通排他协议,成功入驻并挖转了电信签约的新苑学校。三是借鉴全省短彩类业务发展经验,不断挖掘集团单位需求,积极发现商机、洽谈营销,通过“拿大单”模式,使香港中国黄金的企信通短信发送量达到
3、60万条,短彩类业务对公司信息化收入做出了积极贡献。四是与公安局、保险公司建立长期合作机制,为下一步物联网业务发展提供了抓手。五是合理利用客户资源,成功签约仓后街社区、祁连路社区、东文化街社区等社区的小区宽带入住协议,为2013年乃至2014年小区宽带顺利接入及发展奠定良好基础。 3、加强集团维稳,全力开展挖转。在集团维稳方面,对电信挖转攻势较集中的保安公司、甘肃天一会计师事务有限公司、区地方税务局、热力公司、富康集团、泉湖建筑公司等大型单位,通过终端捆绑、促销活动、信息化一揽子解决方案等方式进行了有效保有,并进一步提升了集团单位的用户覆盖率。在集团挖转方面,通过紧盯最新法人清单、未组网成员清
4、单,积极搜集集团单位通讯录,对酒泉市广宇商贸有限责任公司200余人成功挖转,组建集团V网,拓展专线、车务通等信息化产品;对海涛物流、森林体育、万象建材、龙泉山庄、昭通路桥、康多农业等单位的电信宽带及座机进行了成功挖转,有效发展为我公司专线及IMS用户。 4、深耕集团需求,拓展应用推广。一是积极推进酒泉中学一卡通业务,向全校学生发放了集考勤、校讯通、消费集一体的一卡通卡片2300余张,并联合广合公交对一卡通系统进行升级,实现了学生卡的发放功能,目前酒泉中学一卡通已有效绑定校讯通用户1849户,该项目将加快推进了区学校一卡通建设步伐,对捆绑在网客户,增加客户粘性以及提升收入等方面带来积极影响。二是
5、完成了区纪检委专线32条,对全区15个乡镇、15个社区、5个村委会进行了电子监察系统专线的接入,年增加信息化收入15万元。同时,区政府计划在2014年5月左右扩大电子监察服务系统建设范围,该项目建成后,不仅对推动区行政效能电子监察系统起到积极作用,还将对我公司收入做出积极贡献。三是分行业精准对祁连山药业、华龙证券、鼎盛糖酒、敦煌种业百佳食品、邮政物流中心、富康家具、信业科技等集团单位进行了政企云业务的上门推荐与营销,共发展企业建站、外勤通、协同办公、薪酬通、云端4S等政企云产品49户。 二、工作中存在的不足和问题 2013年,我配合*,开展了大量工作,取得了一些成绩,但对照公司要求、对照更高标
6、准,仍然存在问题和不足,主要有:一是工作的前瞻性、系统性不强,存在“哪里天黑哪里站店”、“铁匠没样,边打边想”的思想,创先争优的意识、精益求精的尽头不足。二是工作的质量和效率有很大提升空间。对工作质量和效率要求不严,有些工作满足于过关,钻研得不深不透。三是全局观念、大局观念需要加强。对分管工作能尽责、有担当,对公司全局工作关注、思考不够。 三、2014年的工作思路和打算 2014年,是公司在更宽领域、更高水平上实现持续健康发展的一年,区公司将按照分公司党委的年度工作部署,围绕中心、服务发展,为公司发展目标实现提供动力和支持。 本人将配合*,重点做好以下几个方面: 1、高度重视学习,做到“三个”
7、走在前头。一是将理论学习作为提高综合素质、改造主观世界、坚定理想信念的抓手,长期坚持、不断深化,在学习党的理论、路线、方针政策,贯彻落实党的重大决定方面走在前头。二是将业务学习作为提高履职尽责水平、谋划工作思路、创新开展工作的抓手,在掌握前沿技术、熟悉业务流程、提高工作效率上走在前头。三是将专业知识学习作为拓宽视野、强化战略思维能力的抓手,在管理能力提升、工作短板改善上走在前头。 2、强化工作责任,做到“三个”观念转型。一是持续开展“集客经营、存量经营和流量经营”,逐步实现客户经理角色定位转型,引导客户经理从服务集团单位领导向服务全量成员转变。二是从推广传统集团业务向数据、终端、政企云、家庭类
8、等全业务转变。三是将带领一线员工作为改进作风的重点,在深入一线、深入集团单位、深入员工,帮助基层解决实际问题上下功夫,在带领深度、带领广度、带领力度上创先争优。 3、创新开展工作,实现“三个”明显提升。一是坚持发展重点信息化产品,对专线、IMS、校讯通、物联网、政企云等业务进行重点关注,分行业类型梳理集团清单进行推荐。二是加大客户经理对集团成员的关注和服务,将目标集团单位以月为周期,分批推进提升。三是重视欢乐家庭、标准流量包、TD智能终端、V网类产品的推荐和宣传,提升份额目标和挖转回流数量。 以上述职,敬请评议。KknBYCUDxqA7FHYi2CHhI92tgKQcWA3PtGZ7R4I30
