8、ill take years to fully achieve. now to get this done we have a broad 3-phase plan. phase one began on december 8th, and will continue well into the beginning of 2006. our third phase will launch when we stand before the world as the it sponsor of the olympics in february of 2006. so let me speak ab
9、out phase one: deliver on the promise of lenovo and on our commitments. by this i mean we must delight our current customers and retain their business. we must maintain product leadership, sales momentum and market share. we must ensure effective business operations, and positively introduce the pos
10、ition of new lenovo and of our brands. and very importantly, develop our employees and reward excellence and performance. so thats phase one. execute and hug those that are important to us: our customers, our business partners, our suppliers, and our employees. in phase two we increase our competiti
11、veness through operational excellence, innovation, and branding. we must continue our focus on operational excellence, speed and efficiency, increase our think brand equity and grow lenovo into a worldwide brand. we must build a global innovation and performance culture and reputation. during this p
12、hase we will initiate targeted investments in new products and in new markets. and then we are ready for the third phase: to drive aggressive, profitable growth. to do this we will invest to lead in selected market segments. in each of these three phases we will build on these areas of competitive a

25、istinguished contestants, ladies and gentlemen, good morning. i feel it a great honor to have this opportunity sharing my opinion of the green olympics with you.in august ,2004, as the delegate of chinese teenagers, i participated in the olympic youth camp. from it, i learnt and got a lot.in athens,
26、 i was not only intoxicated on its long history and the deep humanity, but also impressed by the citizens environmental awareness and shocked by the passion of the locals for environmental protection.with fewer metropolitan dins can be found in athens, the streets are neat indeed, for you will see n
27、o wastes on the road there. moreover, i seldom saw cleaners in athens, which impressed me very strongly. because what this phenomenon reflected is a kind of quality, character and also a sense of responsibility about the environment. which means, keeping the city clean is not only a governmental beh
28、avior, but a habit in the daily life of every athenians.i still remember the picture that, an old lady took great trouble to bent over for picking up a piece of newspaper and sent it into a dustbin. when i asked why she did such hard work with her age.: “why not? “ she said, just so simple. up to no
29、w, this picture still clearly exists in my mind for its embodied environmental consciousness and a national spirit.throughout the days in athens, there were a series of educational activities about environment. in those items, we were working in groups discussing environmental problems of different
30、aspects and also seeking the solutions. in addition, the items consisted of speeches of officers of local ngos and the childrens paintings exhibition as well. at the end of the activity, having reached common understanding, each of us has submitted suggestions and measures dealing with the promotion
31、 of the implement of sustainable development. i have to say, this series of activities really benefited me a great deal.therefore, i have thought of beijing, thought of the year2008. “green olympics” is one of three major ideas of running the 2008 olympic games. the main intension of this creed is t
32、o prepare and host olympic games under the guidance of sustainable development. and at the same time, try hard to improve the environmental quality of the capital.actualy in beijing today. the sandstorm is coming rare and rare, and the greenery area is keeping increasing year by year. no one can den
33、y that these changes are the result of all the beijingers efforts. it obviously states that through the application and the preparation for 2008, the beijingers environmental awareness has been strengthened greatly. but as the case stands, we still have a long way to go. as a middle school student o

38、。 在雅典，除了陶醉于其悠久的历史和深厚的人文，我更多地有感于当地人的环境意识，震撼于他们对环保的热忱。 雅典的街道尽管少了大都市的喧嚣，但十分整洁，路面上没有任何废物。此外，在雅典我很少见到保洁人员，这对我触动很大。因为这现象所体现的是一种素质，一种作为市民的对于环境的责任感。可见，在雅典，环境的保洁已然不仅是政府行为，而真正成为了每一个雅典人的习惯。 一次我们外出参观，见一位老妇人吃力地弯腰捡起一张被风吹到脚下的报纸，并将其投入垃圾箱。当我上前询问这样做有何理由时，老人的回答是：”为什么不呢？”这句话让我回味至今，这情景也让我感触良多。正如观滴水可识江海，这一平凡邂逅所体现出的环境意识乃至
39、民族精神着实引人深思。 在我们的青年营活动中始终贯穿着一系列关于环保的教育活动。活动中，所有的营员以小组为单位，就不同层面的环境问题展开讨论，寻求解决办法，并最终达成共识。活动中还不时安排有当地环境组织官员的演讲和孩子们的图画作品展。活动结束时我们每人还提出了一份关于实施可持续发展的建议和措施，并在营员中展开了交流。这一系列活动让我受益匪浅。 由此，我想到了北京，想到了2008。 “绿色奥运”是北京举办2008年奥运会的三大理念之一。其主要内涵是在可持续发展思想的指导下筹备和举办奥运会，提高首都环境质量。 放眼今天的北京，沙尘天气已是罕见，绿地面积也在逐年增加。不可否认，这些变化是所有北京人共
40、同努力的结果。它也说明通过申办和筹备奥运，北京人的环境意识已大大增强。然而较之于一些国家，我们还有差距。 我认为作为新时代的中学生，我们应更广泛、更深入地参加到保护环境和实施可持续发展的绿色行动中。诚然，环保要从点滴做起，但在我看来仅停留在不使用一次性筷子、捡拾废弃物的层面是不够的。作为实现绿色奥运生力军，我们应更客观、更深入地对当今的环境问题有所了解，并以全球化及可持续发展的角度认识环境问题及其对我国发展的阻碍和对人类生存的危害，从而真正唤起我们的主人意识和保护环境的热情。而这则需要生态教育的进一步深化和更多实践活动的开展。我坚信，通过我们的共同努力，绿色将不再遥远。 此刻，我有一个梦想。
