18、ressure difference measurement,reject flow regulation,reject dilution regulation,electric motor load,The pressure and flow of seal water should be checked once in each shift!,Operating instructions-Starting,Stop and flush the screen in the following sequence:,.Stop the feed pump,.Close the accept va
19、lve fully while the screen is still operating,.Close the feed valve fully,.Open the dilution valve in order to flush the reject and the fibers to reject,treatment,.Close the reject valve and open the air exhaust valve on the screen cover,.Continue flushing until the liquid flowing from the air exhau

38、fixing sleeve part by part in accordance with the following picture,Mount the lower conical ring of the fixing sleeve into place,Place the central sleeve on top of the lower conical ring so that the slits in the parts meet each other,Mount the upper conical ring(1)so that the slits in the parts meet
39、 each other.,With a torque spanner,tighten the screws of the fixing sleeve evenly cross-wise,little by little.Tighten the screws on both sides of the slit after one another.Tighten all screws until they have reached the given tightening torque.,1,2,3,The rotor must be removed for maintenance purpose
