29、为100km/h，设计荷载标准为汽车-超20 级，挂车-120 级。本工程为第五合同段，道路位于京密引水渠东侧约400 米，斜穿史家桥村，道路起点桩号为K5+800，终点桩号为K7+700,标段全长1.9 公里，道路面积为48620 m2。本段六环路主要以路基填方为主，约27.5 万m3。在史家桥村附近设通道桥一座，跨史家桥河设跨河桥一座，在上庄北路与六环路相交处设分离式立交一座，桥梁面积为3920m2。道路采用雨水边沟排水，本段共设置排水涵洞8 道。1.1.2 分项工程简述道路工程：本标段主路横断面为两幅路形式，双向四车道：中央分隔离带宽2.5m，土路肩宽0.75m；单侧机动车道宽为0.5+

32、上庄北路分离式立交桥各一座。K6+012.126 通道桥主桥宽26m，与被交9m 宽道路斜交角度为67.3528，桥全长24m。上部结构采用一孔16m 预制简支宽腹T 梁，90cm 高T 梁共14 片，下部结构为重力式桥台及D=1.2m 钻孔灌注桩共24 棵。桥面结构为11cm 厚沥青砼铺装层，防水层及10cm 厚砼铺装层。桥梁面积624。K6+478.085 史家桥河桥主桥宽26m，道路中线与规划河底宽9m的史家桥河河道中线交角37.0271，桥全长88m。上部结构为25+30+25m 预制简支T 梁共42 片，中跨30m 梁高1.6m，边跨25m 梁高1.4m。下部结构边墩采用重力式桥台及

33、D=1.2m 钻孔灌注桩共24棵，4 片预应力砼盖梁下设D=1.2m 双柱墩共8 根，基础采用承台加砼系梁及D=1.5m 钻孔灌注桩共8 棵。在左右半幅桥间设桥台间挡墙。桥面结构为11cm 厚沥青砼铺装层，防水层及10cm 厚砼铺装层。桥梁面积2288。K7+281.874 上庄北桥跨线桥宽12m，上庄北路中线与六环路中线交角63.2757，桥全长84m。上部结构为420m 预制简支T 梁共24 片，20m 梁高1.1m。下部结构边墩采用肋板式桥台，2 片预应力砼盖梁下设肋板式柱墩共4 根，边墩基础采用承台加砼系梁及D=1.2m钻孔灌注桩共8 棵。中墩基础采用承台及D=1.2m 钻孔灌注桩共6

35、 钢筋砼管涵长52m；1.51.5m 方涵长48m；1.22.0m 方涵长35m；2.03.0m 方涵长31m。1.1.3 工期和质量要求本标段工程计划开工日期2004 年3 月10 日，交工日期2004 年11 月20 日，共计256 工日。质量要求：本工程的工程质量标准为全部分项工程达到交通部公路工程质量检验评定标准（JTJ071-98）的合格等级，主要分项工程达到优良级，单位工程优良率达到90%以上。2 施工现场条件1.2.1 地形地貌本标段所在地区为平原，道路沿线大部分路段地形基本平坦，局部路段略有起伏。地面标高为47.4253.95 米。本工程道路沿线内地上物主要有鱼塘、房屋、大棚、

36、坟地、110kv 高压及通讯线杆、树木等。1.2.2 气候和水文条件本工程所在地区属中纬度区，受西风带影响，夏季炎热多雨，冬季寒冷干燥，春季干旱多风，秋季短促，四季分明。年平均气温11.5，最高气温达40，最低气温达-20。多年平均降雨量550650mm。根据勘探资料测定成果，表层为人工堆积层、轻亚粘土填土，褐黄褐色、湿、含植物根、砖渣、灰渣、碎石等，厚度1.03.7m；以下为第四纪沉积轻亚粘土层；第四纪沉积亚粘土，亚砂土层；第四纪沉积粉砂细砂层；第四纪沉积卵石层。拟建场区内不存在影响场地稳定性的不良地质现象。地下静止水位标高为46.1548.39m。3 工程特点1.3.1 工期短由于本工程准

37、备时间短，开工时拆迁不能全部完成，按业主的阶段目标要求，道路沥青砼底面层应在9 月20 日完工，施工不足8 个月。工程量大，施工任务繁重，其中包括道路、桥梁及管涵施工，交叉作业面多。1.3.2 填方量较大，路基填方高，协调工作量大本段填方27.5 万m3，路基填方最高处约8m，且多处穿鱼塘、田区，地下水位偏高，需处理地方多。填方工作的顺利实施是本工程的重要环节，施工期间需精密部署，合理安排，备足运输车辆和取土场，确保土方施工顺利进行。同时路基的土方回填是质量控制的重点，分层填压密实是道路质量控制的关键工序。要从填筑方法、碾压机械的选型等按规范严格控制，确保当年填方修路不下沉。本段道路斜穿村庄1 座，穿现况路3 条，跨河1 条，穿灌渠1次，从2 处10KV 以上高压走廊下经过，除要争取水利、电力等部门的支持外，还需要争取沿线村镇、企业的理解支持。施工需协调配合部门多，制约因素大。1.3.3 技术特点本工程道路穿越多个鱼塘，约2万m2。结合本工程软基地质特点，地基处理主要采用抛石挤淤法处理。道路上基层采用水泥稳定碎石，水泥稳定碎石从拌和到碾压之间延迟时间控制在34 小时。1.3.4 对环保、文明施工水平要求高本工程位于史家桥村周围居民、单位多，环境保护和文明施工必须提高标准。减少对居民生活的干扰、减少施工对
