3、22后八轮83压路机20t14推土机3501合计123、软基处理方法3.1施工安排顺序从K2+500K2+460，修一条10m宽的抛石挤淤施工临时便道，进入施工作业区，然后由西向东分段处理。3.2抛填挤淤施工3.2.1工艺：地面测量场地准备石料运输卸至指定部位摊平（推土机/反铲）碾压填筑碎石、砂反虑层 验收。3.2.2施工方法： 1020米路基作为一个处治单元。挤淤之前准备好片石，并实测桩号地面的高程。抛填前，测量人员测放出路基第一层的回填边线，第一层块石边线为路槽顶面宽度两侧各加5m，在抛石边线与路基1：1.5坡脚线之间填砂包土高出水面50cm。卸料时设专人指挥，防止卸料超界，抛填时用反铲自
4、道路起点开始向进占法施工，路基横断面方向至道路中心线向两侧抛填。分层进行抛填，层厚50cm左右，采用20t压路机振动碾压，碾压至不在下沉为止，第一层填筑粒径较大的块石，向上依次可减少粒径，直至软基处理结束。挤淤反铲挖机配合推土机铺设，重型压路机碾压，反复碾压加入的块石，压实后达到表面无明显的轮迹，表面密实，无弹簧现象。抛填块石要求大小不均匀，便于层层铺设，小碎石填缝。填筑高度至水面以上50cm，再在路基填筑范围铺筑30cm厚反滤层。施工中若发现淤泥翻出来，采用挖掘机挖除淤泥，转拨至两侧，待淤泥稍干后另行 处理。对于上部覆盖小于1.2m，淤泥厚度小于2m，淤泥下为中粗沙层，位于水塘区，采取铺填爆
5、破石料（渣）至水面以上50cm后直接分层回填路基的方法进行施工，填石宽度为路槽顶面宽度两侧各加4m，在填筑边线与路基1：1.5坡脚线之间填砂包土高出水面50cm。对于抛石挤淤段，如果压路机不能将块石挤入淤泥，则辅以强夯，以使石块挤入淤泥。4、质量控制措施 1、材料要求：选用的抛填石料粒径20cm60cm，小于30cm粒径含量不大于20%。 2、开工前，进行施工测量，准确确定线路中桩、边桩的位置和高程。对于各类测量仪器，如水准仪等，按规定做好计量检定工作，在使用过程中要随时发现掌握可能出现的偏差，保证计量设备的准备。 3、施工前，组织技术人员和施工工人做好技术交底工作。 4、定期组织职工进行质量
6、安全学习，使其树立“质量第一”的思想，根据不同的作业内容，学习相关的高程质量措施，使其认识到工程质量的重要性。 5、施工过程中保证抛填石料的宽度，碾压到位。 6、施工时做好沉降观测，为进一步的施工、计量提供实测数据。确保检验的有效性和准确性，现场有专业测量人员负责沉降观测。把好质量关，用数据和分析图表配合和指导现场施工质量。 5、施工安全保证措施 建立健全安全生产管理机构，成立以项目经理为组长的安全生产领导小组，全面负责并领导本项目的安全生产工，实行安全生产三级管理。 实行逐级安全技术交底制，由经理部组织有人员对工程项目进行书面详细安全技术交底，凡参加安全技术交底的人员要履行签字手续，并保存资
7、料。项目经理部专职安全员要对安全技术措施的执行情况进行监督检查，并做好记录。 对于淤泥层厚度大、承载力极低的特点，施工中严格按照分单元段、从已知完成软基处理的部位向前进入未处理区域的依次推进的施工要求，分段适当减小、放慢施工速度、适当增大石料粒径等措施，防止机械陷入淤泥中。 清理的软土堆放厚度、高度不宜大于2.0m，流质淤泥堆置厚度、高度小于1.0m，堆置地点距离施工区边界大于3.0米外的区域，防止淤泥滑动流入施工区造成意外损失。并在淤泥堆置区周围做好警戒标识，防止不相关人员踏入淤泥中。 抛填施工现场不允许有非相关人员逗留观看。 机械作业时必须有专门人员指挥，严禁碾压、汽车等重型机械进入抛填工
