6、端应距实钻孔底20cm的距离。编制者：复核者：接收单位：接收负责人：保存期：5年工程技术交底书工程名称新建南广铁路日期2009.10.02工程部位锚杆框架梁根据图号 桩号IDK268+200IDK299+0007、孔内注浆为一次性注浆，采用孔底返浆法施工，水灰比保持在0.40.55之间。先将锚杆在钻孔内准确安装就位后注浆，注浆采用注浆套管从钻孔底部向孔口方向灌注，注浆压力0.20.4MPa，灌浆灌压密实，浆液饱满，注浆量不得少于计算量，压力注浆时充盈系数为1.11.3。8、锚垫板采用厚度8mm的钢板制作，圆形，直径10cm，中间预留直径为32mm的锚杆预穿孔。预穿孔的周围等间距焊接三根角钢。三
