2、位领导、各位专家：你们好！首先我谨代表中铁建设集团有限公司西安分公司第九项目部所有建设者感谢各方单位的大力支持和帮助，现就本工程地基与基础施工情况向各位领导、专家进行汇报。一、前言1、本报告为分部工程地基与基础的自评报告；2、本工程已有我单位中铁建设集团有限公司西安分公司进行自检，同时经陕西环宇建设工程项目管理有限公司在整个施工过程中进行质量跟踪监督、复查、检验，我单位在各分项工程报验后，严格按国家规范要求，认真检查，以此作为本报告的依据。3、本报告本着客观、真实的原则，以相关资料和实体质量为依据，做出科学评价，提供给验收小组作为评定参考。二、工程概况（一）工程名称：巨威大秦郡（二）工程地址：
3、位于西安市西郊阿房一路南侧张万村，西北侧紧邻西安市自来水公司第三水厂。（三）参建单位：建设单位：陕西巨威房地产开发有限公司 设计单位：中联西北工程设计研究院勘察单位：西北综合勘察设计研究院施工单位：中铁建设集团有限公司监理单位：陕西环宇建设工程项目管理有限公司桩基施工单位：陕西省建筑基础工程公司材料试验单位：西安联兴建设工程检测有限公司监督机构：陕西省西咸新区沣东新城建设工程质量安全监督站 （四）工程项目概况本次验收4#楼，总建筑面积为28347.28m2,建筑高度为96.75 m，0.000标高为：397.250m，基础为桩筏基础。其中地下1层，地上32层。 本工程4 #楼结构类型为剪力墙结
4、构，结构设计使用年限为50 年，建筑等级为2级，耐火等级地上为一级，防火类别一类高层，抗震设防烈度为8度。本工程基础埋深为-5.8m，基础采用 桩伐基础，桩径为600mm，桩长为23.3m，桩身混凝土强度等级为C40，共设置201根桩。承台与承台间有基础梁相连，基础底板厚 500 mm，板面标高为-5.3m，地下室剪力墙厚 300 mm，顶板厚为 250mm。基础垫层混凝土强度等级为C 15 ，承台、基础梁、地下室底板混凝土强度等级为：C 35。抗渗等级为 P6，地下室剪力墙混凝土强度等级为C40，外墙抗渗等级为P6。主楼中部位置设置一道沉降伸缩后浇带，后浇带位置的钢筋不断开，混凝土采用比原混
5、凝土等级高一等级的微膨胀抗渗混凝土。4#楼地下室层高为 3.6 m，防水等级为级，采用二道防水设防，其中基础底板采用抗渗钢筋混凝土（抗渗等级P6）和 一道4mmSBS改性沥青防水卷材；地下室侧墙采用抗渗钢筋混凝土（抗渗等级P6）和一道4mmSBS改性沥青防水卷材；地下室顶板采用抗渗钢筋混凝土（抗渗等级P6）和二道3mmSBS改性沥青防水卷材。 整个地下施工于：2011年 11月12日开工， 2012年2月24日完工，历时102天。三、施工质量评估依据 1、建设单位与施工单位签订的施工合同； 2、本工程经图审机构审查合格的施工图纸及设计变更文件；3、建筑基坑支护技术规程JGJ120-99；4、建
6、筑桩基技术规范JGJ-94-945、建筑地基处理技术规范JGJ79-2002；6、建筑地基工程施工质量验收规范GB50202-2002； 7、建筑工程施工质量统一验收标准GB50300-2001；8、混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范GB50202-2002；9、地下室防水工程质量验收规程GB50208-2002；10、钢筋机械连接通用技术规程JGJ107-2003； 11、国家现行颁布的强制性标准及其它相关规范、规程； 12、本公司制定的管理体系手册、程序文件及施工工艺标准； 13、经审批的施工组织设计和各专项施工方案。四、施工组织情况（一）施工组织设计及相关方案针对本工程的特点，我项目提前编制
7、了具有针对性的巨威大秦郡工程的施工组织设计、施工质量计划书及土方开挖与支护的专项施工方案、桩基专项施工方案、超重模板支撑专项施工方案、混凝土专项施工方案、钢筋专项施工方案、模板专项施工方案、测量放线专项施工方案、深基坑施工方案、地下室防水的专项施工方案等得到公司技术部门、甲方、监理的认可。并在施工过程中严格按照组织方案实施。项目部认真落实各级交底制度，向施工班进行质量技术交底。各班组长负责作业前向本班班组人员进行施工交底，严格执行技术质量保证措施。（二）质量管理体系1、开工之前建立了质量责任制，把质量工作落实到各个职能人员和各个工作岗位，各行其职，各尽其责，对工序和工程负责。2、抽调项目骨干组
8、成强有力的施工项目部，落实项目经理负责制，挑选业务素质高、施工经验丰富、责任心强的专业施工队伍施工。3、强化创优意识，在全体管理人员和施工人员中开展创优目标教育。4、开工前针对本工程的特点编写巨威大秦郡工程项目经理部质量管理实施细则。五、施工原材料、半成品材料质量控制在施工过程中，严格控制原材料、半成品材料、成品材料的质量。对进场的钢材、水泥、普通混凝土小型砌块、商混等材料，首先检查其生产厂家是否具备相应的资质，同时结合出厂合格证和质量检测报告及质量保证书，核对现场现场材料的质量、数量是否达到要求，同时根据陕西省建设工程质量和安全生产管理条例规定，项目负责人、技术负责人、监理工程师、材料员联合
9、对进场材料验收，同时在监理工程师的见证下进行取样，送往具有资质的实验室进行复试。只有复试合格后，方可用于工程。1、钢材进场合格证书22份，其中6.5合格证1份，其中8合格证1份，10合格证3份，12合格证 2 份，14合格证2份，16合格证2份，18合格证 3 份，20合格证2份，22合格证 2 份，25合格证3 份，现场进场钢材338.713 t，钢材原材复试共 21 组，合格21组。本工程 18以上采用直螺纹套筒连接，18以下采用电渣压力焊连接，共有报告20组，其中电渣压力焊共4290个，复试20组，合格20组，报告20组，焊工上岗证2份；钢筋直螺纹套筒连接接头600个，试验8组，合格8组

12、度等级 117%，地下室顶板、梁C40P6 混凝土28d标养试留置3组，标养试试压3组，试压达到设计强度等级118%。所有混凝土试块强度统计分析评定为合格。 混凝土试块留置统计表混凝土试块留置统计表混凝土强度同条件试块留置组数标养试留置组数同条件合格组数C 15111C20细石111C 35 P6494C40 444C40 P6474合计141814六、主要施工过程控制情况施工过程中，我项目部始终坚持以工程质量为核心，对工程质量严格把关。对重点部位、关键工序设置质量控制点，各工序采用自检、互检、交接检查，经检查合格的方可进入进入下一道工序施工，对检查不合格的拒绝进行下一道工序的施工。若发现工程
13、质量问题及时整改，使工程质量问题消除与萌芽状态。质量管理不仅是事后检查，更多的是预防为主和事前检查，在各分项工程施工前，都进行了详细的施工技术交底工作。做到有的放矢，保证工程质量。七、子分部施工质量控制（一）土方开挖基坑土方开挖严格按照方案分层开挖，及时浇筑基础垫层封闭地基，避免地基裸露时间过长。在基坑位置设置排水沟和集水坑，避免地基遭雨水浸泡。土方开挖过程中，基础标高与尺寸同步控制，未出现超挖现象并及时进行基坑验槽。（二）混凝土工程本工程地下室面积较大，且梁、柱钢筋较密。钢筋原材料、水泥、混凝土等重要材料在监理工程师的见证情况下取样进行检测。为了保证施工质量，对施工现场作业人员进行质量交底工
14、作。由于地下室混凝土体积较大，在浇注混凝土完成后，及时安排相关人员进行混凝土的薄膜覆盖、浇水养护工作，减少出现裂纹的可能性。同时严格控制地下室伸缩沉降后浇带施工间歇时期，加强对后浇带施工质量控制，地下室后浇带未出现渗水现象。（三）地下防水选用复试合格的防水材料进行施工，避开雨天进行底板防水和剪力墙侧壁防水工程施工。在施工过程中严格按照规范要求做好阴阳角处的加强处理措施。八、安全文明施工在整个施工过程中，我们严格执行国家有关安全生产法律法规；严格执行公司颁布的工程管理规范，实施施工现场文明标化管理。努力做到文明施工、安全生产、不扰民，使职工置身于文明施工的氛围下。整个施工过程中未发生安全事故。九
15、、工程技术资料整编情况工程技术资料是工程施工过程中的质量记录，也是对工程施工质量的追踪，因此我项目部对资料的管理坚持高标准、严要求。本工程项目部配备一名专职资料员，持证上岗。负责对工程资料进行收集和整编归档，保证工程技术资料的及时、完整和真实。工程开工、竣工形成的各项程序文件；工序施工前、后形成的技术资料以及进场原材料的复试等质量保证资料等，都及时进行收集归档，并报监理单位备案，以便对整个施工过程进行全方位的控制。同时认证做好安全资料、文明工地资料及其贯标资料的手收集和整理。要求工程资料必须及时、准确、真实、完善、齐全、有效、与工程同步。十、地基与基础工程质量评定（一）、子分部及分项工程质量评

17、试件最大抗压强度为23.5MPa，最小抗压强度为23.5MPa，平均抗压强度为23.5MPa；C 35混凝土抗压试件最大抗压强度为41.2MPa，最小抗压强度为40.5 MPa，平均抗压强度为40.9MPa ；C 40混凝土抗压试件最大抗压强度为46.6MPa，最小抗压强度为45.9 MPa，平均抗压强度为46.3MPa；。经抗压试验全部合格，并经统计分析评定全部合格。5、结构实体钢筋保护层检测经 陕西省建筑工程质量检测中心 对基础梁、板钢筋保护层进行检测：板类构建总数为117个，抽测 6 个，抽测比例为5.1%；梁类构件总数为139个，抽测8个，抽测比例为5.7%。经检测，抽测的板类构件钢筋
18、的保护层厚度合格率为91.7%，判定合格；梁类构件钢筋的保护层厚度合格率为95.8%，判定合格。抽检数量符合设计要求，检测结论合格。7、外观评价：现浇构件无漏筋，构件主要受力部位及其他部位无孔洞缺陷，梁板连接处无夹渣、漏浆现象，混凝土面清洁，无使用功能的缺陷，观感良好。（二）、分部工程评估结论本分部工程所包含的分项工程质量验收合格、质量控制资料齐全、观感质量较好、结构混凝土试件评定合格，地基与基础分部工程自评结论为：合格。现我项目部恳请监理、甲方、勘察、设计及质量监督部门各位工程师提出宝贵意见，以便促进我单位今后的工作进一步提高。 谢谢大家中铁建设集团有限公司西安分公司English is t
