2、e potential to cause harm 隐患是任何可以引起潜在伤害的事情。,WHAT IS A RISK什么是风险?,A risk is the likelihood that a hazard will cause a specified harm to someone or something e.g.if there are no guard rails on the scaffolding it is likely that a construction worker will fall and break a bone 风险是有导致某些人或事物伤害/损害的可能性,例如:脚
