6、imed to the new commitment date is then placed over top the previous dot.,增加白点Added white dot,新的完成日期New commitment date,范例 Example,2023/8/30,8,如果对应措施或者任务新的时间已经过了（或者还没有过）,也没有更新的状态或在对策表中注明,那么蓝点就贴在前面白点上,表示”过期”的状态.If the countermeasure or task new commitment date passes(or no passes)and no status update
7、 is provided or noted on the countermeasure sheet,a“blue dot”is then placed over top the previous placed“white dot”to signify a“past due”status.注意:这个行动需要管理层立刻干预，并且在24小时内更新状态或提出对应措施。Note:This action requires an immediate upper management intervention.,增加蓝点Added“Blue”dot,新的时间New commitment date,状态没有改变
