2、半段。,Chest Compression胸外按压,PUSH HARD AND FAST!At least 100 times per minute.At least 5cm deep.Push straight down on the breastbone.用力按压！快速按压！至少每分钟100次，至少5厘米深。垂直按压在胸骨上。After each compression,release the pressure to let the chest come back to normal position.每次按压后，需让胸廓充分回弹后再次按压。,Normal Heart Beat,Mouth

4、e a normal breath.Watch the chest rise as you give each breath.吹气捏紧患者鼻子，嘴巴贴紧患者的嘴巴不要漏气。正常吸入后吹气并观察患者的胸部起伏。,Adult CPR,1.Make sure the scene is safe.确定环境安全。2.Make sure the victim is lying on his back on a firm,flat surface.确定患者是躺在平坦而坚硬的平面上。,Adult CPR,3.Kneel at the victims side.Tap the shoulder and shou
5、t to see if the victim responds.跪在患者的一侧，拍打患者肩膀并呼喊看其有无反应。4.If the victim does not respond,yell for help.If no one comes,leave the victim to phone and get the AED if available.如果患者无反应，应高声呼救，如果无人帮忙，应离开患者去打电话求助，取AED（自动体外除颤器）。,Adult CPR,5.Scan victims chest and abdomen for signs of breathing,use more tha
