ReviewstaffcompletedAppraisalForm,gothroughallpointsanddiscussedhis/herperformancetogetherwithoneself.回顾员工完成的个人鉴定,同他/她讨论鉴定表上的各项内容及其工作情况。6. Giveyourstaffaclearguidelineandsug
