24、vesuspendedclasseshasreached1.57billion,whichhasalmostquadrupledinthelast10days.Inaddition,severalcountrieshaveimplementedpartialsuspensionofclassestopreventorcontaintheCOVID-19epidemic.Inordertocopewiththespreadoftheepidemic,thegovernment,schoolsandenterpriseshavejoinedforcestoadoptthemeansofdistan
25、ceeducationtosolvetheproblemofstudents*learningandgrowthduringthesuspensionofclasses.ThelargestonlinelearningactivityinhumanhistorybeganinChina.OnFebruary9,2020,nearly200millionprimaryandmiddleschoolstudentsinChinastartedtheirnewsemesteronline.UntilthebeginningofMarch,morethanamonthaftertheimplement

29、usacademicsegments.AninternationalstudentstudyingforaPh.D.inJapantoldTitaniumMediathatcollegesanduniversitiesareonholidayatpresent,andtheschoolhasdelayedthestartofschoolfor20days,andcancelledtheopeningceremony.Only12studentswerearrangedtoattendthegraduationceremony.ItisobservedthatJapanisdistributin
30、glearningterminalsforonlineteachinginlocalprimaryandsecondaryschools.InAustralia,locatedinthesouthernhemisphere,afterdiscoveringtheconfirmedcases,somecollegesanduniversitiesbegantoannouncethesuspensionofclassesandstarttheonlineteachingmode.QueenslandUniversitywasthefirsttomakethedecisiontosuspendcla
31、sses.SomecoursesinthemaincampusofSydneyUniversitycancelledface-to-facelecturesandthegraduationceremonyinMay.InItaly,oneoftheareaswiththeworstepidemicsituationatthattime,theeducationdepartmentannouncedapackageplanof85millioneurostosupportdistancelearningfor8.5millionstudents,andmadeeffortstoimprovein

34、ficultieshavebeenovercome,andfinally,onlineeducationhasbeensmoothlyandorderlycarriedoutalloverthecountry.Butdidonlineeducationbeginaftertheoutbreakofthepandemicin2019?Whatisthesituationlike?Accordingtothedataofthe44thStatisticalReportonChina,sInternetDevelopmentbyChinaInternetNetworkInformationCente
35、r,asofJune2019,thenumberofonlineeducationusersinChinareached232million,anincreaseof31.22millioncomparedwiththeendof2018,accountingfor27.20%ofallnetizens.Thenumberofonlineeducationusersinthewholeyearisexpectedtoreach259million.Withthefullopeningofthesecond-childpolicy,thecompetitivepressureofentering
36、ahigherschoolforemploymentisconstantlyincreasing,andthenumberofonlineeducationuserswhomeetusers*fragmentedlearningneedswillcontinuetogrow.ItisestimatedthatthenumberofonlineeducationusersinChinawillreach305millionin2020.By2016,thenumberofonlineeducationusersinChinawillreachover100million,andthenumber
