6、购(包括外购件)、设备批次的下料、设备设计、制造、试验、检验、验收、交货、境内外运输的详细计划表，该详细计划经买方批准后即为合同文件组成部分。6.1.2 TheSellershall,within14daysoftheeffectivedateofthePurchaseContract,providetheBuyerwithadetailedscheduleforthepurchaseoftheContractequipmentandmaterials(includingpurchasedparts),theplacingofequipmentbatches,thedesign,manufac
7、ture,testing,inspection,acceptance,deliveryandtransportwithinandoutsidethecountryinaccordancewiththedeliveryschedulestipulatedinthePurchaseContractwhichshallbecomepartoftheContractDocumentsuponapprovalbytheBuyer.6.1.3 设备或材料交货期及交货顺序应满足采购合同约定的要求。6.1.4 Thedeliveryperiodanddeliveryorderofequipmentormate
8、rialsshallmeettherequirementsstipulatedinthepurchasecontract.6.1.5 在采购合同签订时或其后,如果买方要求卖方编制更为详细的进度计划，则卖方应在买方要求的期限内提交一份更为详细的进度计划。6.1.6 IfzattheconclusionofthePurchaseContractorthereafter,theBuyerrequirestheSellertoprepareamoredetailedprogressschedule,theSellershall,withintheperiodrequiredbytheBuyer,sub
9、mitamoredetailedprogressschedule.6.1.7 如果买方接受卖方投标时随同其投标递交的进度计划，则该进度计划为买方批准的进度计划，卖方应按此进度计划进行供货，但卖方要求按照变更后的进度计划供货除外。6.1.8 ProvidedthattheBuyeracceptstheprogressschedulesubmittedwiththeSellersbidzsuchprogressscheduleshallbetheBuyersapprovedprogressscheduleandtheSellershalldeliverthegoodsinaccordancewit
10、hsuchprogressschedule,unlesstheSellerrequeststhedeliverysubjecttothechangedprogressschedule.6.1.9 如买方按照第6.1.3款要求卖方编制更为详细的进度计划，则买方应在收到第6.1.3款的进度计划的3天内，对卖方递交的进度计划提出修改意见或建议麦方应在3天内进行修改并重新递交进度计划。买方应在收到卖方递交的或重新递交的进度计划的3天内同意或批准进度计划，但买方同意或批准进度计划并不能免除或减轻卖方在采购合同和/或进度计划约定的交货期内供货的义务。6.1.10 ProvidedthattheBuyerr
11、equirestheSellertoprepareamoredetailedprogressscheduleinaccordancewithparagraph6.1.3ztheBuyershall,withinthreedaysuponreceiptoftheprogressscheduleinparagraph6.1.3,makecommentsorsuggestionsontheprogressschedulesubmittedbytheSellerwhichshall,withinthreedays,makesuchchangesandre-submittheprogressschedu
12、le.TheBuyershallagreeorapprovetheProgressSchedulewithinthreedaysuponreceiptoftheSellerssubmissionorre-submissionoftheProgressSchedule,providedthattheBuyersagreementorapprovalthereofshallnotrelieveormitigatetheSellersobligationtodeliverwithinthedeliveryperiodstipulatedinthePurchaseContractand/orthePr
13、ogressSchedule.7 交货7Deliveryofthegoods7.1 交货日期7.1Deliverydate7.1.1 卖方应按照采购合同的安排，向买方供应采购合同项下的设备、材料及其资料。如采购合同约定的交货期限应按照设备供货的进度计划表确定，则每批货物的具体交货时间、数量、地点等交货信息，买方应以订货通知书的方式进行书面通知。7.1.2 TheSellershall,inaccordancewiththearrangementsinthePurchaseContract,supplytotheBuyertheequipment,materialsandtheinformati
14、onthereunder.Providedthatthedeliveryperiodstipulatedinthepurchasecontractshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththescheduleforthesupplyoftheequipment,theBuyershallnotifythespecificdeliverytime,quantity,locationandotherdeliveryinformationforeachbatchofgoodsinwritingintheformoftheOrderNotice.7.1.3 在具备交货条件前3
15、0天，卖方应书面通知买方作好接货准备。买方不得无故要求卖方延迟交付合同设备或货物。7.1.4 TheSellershall,30dayspriortotheavailabilityofthegoodsznotifytheBuyerinwritingthatthegoodsarereadyfordelivery.TheBuyershallnotwithoutcauserequiretheSellertodelaydeliveryofthecontractequipmentorgoods.7.2 买方指定目的地交货7.3 Deliveryatthedestinationdesignatedbyth
16、eBuyer7.3.1 卖方应在采购合同约定的或进度计划安排的或买方通知的时间内将采购合同项下的全部货物或其中一部分运抵交货地点，交货地点为买方指定目的地。7.3.2 TheSellershall,withinthetimestipulatedinthePurchaseContractorscheduledintheProgressScheduleorasnotifiedbytheBuyer,deliverallorpartofthegoodsunderthePurchaseContracttotheplaceofdeliveryatthedestinationspecifiedbytheBu
17、yer7.3.3 买方和卖方可约定适用国际商会INCOTERMS2020规则。此时，买方和卖方应按照该规则的规定进行交货。7.3.4 TheBuyerandtheSellermayagreetoapplytheRulesofICCINCOTERMS2020.Inthiscase,thepartiesshallmakedeliveryinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftherules.7.4 收货人7.3Consignee7.4.1 买方应在招标文件或专用合同条件中通知卖方收货人名称、地址和联系方式等信息。7.4.2 TheBuyershall,inthebiddoc
18、umentsorparticularconditionsofcontract,notifytheSellerofthename,addressandcontactdetailsoftheconsignee.7.5 包装箱要求和收货单位说明7.6 Therequirementsofpackingboxandinstructionsfortheconsignee7.6.1 本采购合同项下设备包装箱外陵头号、收货单位应根据专用合同条件中关于包装储运要求书写。在要求交货时箱件上需要外挂临时牌时,卖方应按此执行。7.6.2 Theoutermarkernumberandtheunitofreceipto
19、ftheequipmentpackedinboxesunderthisPurchaseContractshallbewritteninaccordancewiththerequirementsforpackingstorageandtransportationintheParticularconditionsofContractWheretheexternaltemporaryplateisrequiredontheboxatthedelivery,thesellershallactsubjecttothesame.7.7 出厂交货文件、技术文件、资料的提交7.8 Submissionoffa
20、ctorydeliverydocuments,technicaldocumentsandinformation7.8.1 在本采购合同项下的设备出厂前30天，卖方应将发运设备的型号、数量、净重、毛重以及每件包装可能的外形尺寸以传真方式通知买方，卖方并在其后30天内再次确认，同时将装箱单、箱件清单以电子邮件的方式发送买方。7.8.2 TheSellershall,30dayspriortoshipmentoftheEquipmentthereunder,notifytheBuyerbyfacsimileofthetype,quantity,netweightgrossweightandpossi
21、bleoutsidedimensionsofeachpackageshipped,whichshallbereconfirmedbytheSellerwithinsubsequent30dayszandshalldispatchthepackinglistandboxlisttotheBuyerbye-mail.7.9 技术文件和资料7.10 Technicaldocumentsanddata7.10.1 方应按专用合同条件中所要求时间、内容和份数及时、准确地提供及时文件和资料。同时，卖方提供给工程设计单位进行初步及施工设计所需图纸、资料及其电子版本文件，以专用合同条件约定的语言提供。7.10
22、.2 TheSellershall,pursuanttothecontentandinthecopiesnumberrequiredintheParticularconditionsofContract,providetimelythelatestdocumentsandinformation,inadditiontothedrawingsandinformationrequiredforthepreliminaryandconstructiondesigntobeprovidedbytheSellertotheengineeringdesignunitanditselectronicvers
23、ionofthedocumentsareprovidedinthelanguagestipulatedinthespecialcontractconditions.(a)卖方在合同签订后14天内，向买方提供如下资料：(a) TheSellershall,within14daysuponconclusionoftheContractprovidethefollowinginformationtotheBuyer:(i)设备及设备主要部件清单；(i) Thelistoftheequipmentanditsmaincomponents,(ii)设计、制造、检验用的中、英文版标准目录；(ii) The
24、standardscatalogueinEnglishandChinesefordesign,manufactureandinspection.(iii)卖方将工厂见证试验程序报买方审批。(iii) TheSellershallsubmitthefactoryprocedureofwitnesstesttotheBuyerforapproval.(b)卖方在买方监造人员进厂前14天(如适用)，向买方提供如下资料：(b) TheSellershall,14dayspriortothebuyerssupervisorypersonnelenterthefactory,providetheBuyer
25、withthefollowinginformation(ifapplicable).(i)设备制造检验记录表；(i) Therecordtableofequipmentmanufacturinginspection;(ii)设备安装监督项目表和记录表式，包括被监装部件安装要领及检验标准。(ii) Thescheduleandrecordformsofequipmentinstallationsupervisionitems,includinginstallationessentialsandinspectioncriteriaforthesupervisedcomponents.7.7随机资料
26、7.7 Informationanddataaccompanyingequipment7.7.1 在设备交货同时,卖方应按照本采购合同和/或专用合同条件的要求提供给买方随设备配套的资料，满足专用合同条件的语言要求。7.7.2 TheSellershall,atthedeliveryoftheequipment,providetheBuyerwithinformationaccompanyingtheequipmentinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthisPurchaseContractand/ortheParticularconditionsofContra
27、ct,satisfyingthelanguageoftheParticularconditionsofContract.7.7.3 在业主对运行、使用维护说明书审查后要求修改时，卖方应在设备试运行结束后30天内将修改完的最终稿交给买方。7.7.4 ProvidedthattheEmployer,afterreviewzrequestschangesoramendmentstotheinstructionsofoperation/maintenance,theSellershall,within30daysofcompletionofthecommissioningoftheequipment,
28、deliverthefinaldraftofthechangesoramendmentstotheBuyer.7.7.5 为配合买方编写竣工报告所需的其他资料，卖方应在收到买方通知的期限内将这些资料交给买方。7.7.6 TocooperatewiththeotherinformationrequiredtopreparethecompletionreportbytheBuyer,theSellershall,withintheperiodintheBuyersnotice,submittheinformationtotheBuyer.7.8 为便于检查所应提供的资料7.8 Informatio
29、ntobeprovidedtofacilitateinspection7.8.1 卖方应按照专用合同条件的约定使用技术标准和规范。如果业主在工程进行验收时需要对引用标准、规范进行复核时，卖方应积极配合并提供相关证明资料。7.8.2 TheSellershallusethetechnicalstandardsandspecificationsasspecifiedintheParticularConditionsofContractWheretheEmployerrequiresareviewofthereferencedstandardsandspecificationsforacceptan
30、ceoftheworksztheSellershallactivelycooperateandproviderelevantsupportinginformation.7.9 出厂交货文件、技术文件、资料提交的规格要求7.9.1 Specificationsrequirementsforfactorydeliverydocuments,technicaldocumentsandinformationsubmissions7.9.2 卖方正式提交审查的图纸均应由卖方授权代表签署并加盖公章。7.9.3 AlldrawingsdulysubmittedbytheSellerforexaminatio
31、nshallbesignedandstampedbytheauthorizedrepresentativeoftheSeller.7.9.4 卖方所提供的出厂文件内容应包括但不限于：安装使用说明书、产品合格证、产品出厂试验报告、组配件的出厂检验报告(包括外购件)、其他文件和图纸等资料。7.9.5 ThecontentsofthefactorydocumentationprovidedbytheSellershallinclude,butnotbelimitedtozinstallationanduseinstructions,certificatesofproductconformity,re
32、portsoffactorytestonproductreportsoffactoryinspectionongroupparts(includingpurchasedparts),otherdocuments,drawingsandotherinformation.7.9.6 出厂文件语言应符合专用合同条件要求。7.9.7 Thelanguageofthefactorydocumentationshallcomplywiththerequirementsoftheparticularconditionsofcontract.7.9.8 卖方提供的技术文件、资料包括图纸应清晰、明了，保证复制、
33、印刷质量，用铅印或打字均可，不允许手写，封面、装订要美观。7.9.9 ThetechnicaldocumentsandinformationincludingdrawingsprovidedbytheSellershallbeclearandlegible,ensurequalityofduplicationandprinting,stereotypeortypingisavailable,howeverhandwritingisnotallowed,andthecoverandbindingshallbeaestheticallypleasing.7.9.10 术文件、资料要求采用国际页面尺
34、寸A4号白纸，满足专用合同条件的要求；7.9.11 TechnicaldocumentsandinformationarerequiredtobeoninternationalpagesizeA4whitepaperandtomeettherequirementsoftheparticularconditionsofcontract.7.9.12 纸应统一成册，不能单张，幅面应为A4或能叠成A4号的图纸。7.9.13 Drawingsshouldbeinasinglevolume,notasinglesheet,andshouldbeinA4formatorinaformatwhichcanb
35、elaminatedtoA4size.7.9.14 方提交每批技术文件、资料时，均应附上两份技术文件、资料交付清单。买方收到并清点核对后，将技术文件、资料签收回执连同一份交付清单一起，一起寄还卖方。7.9.15 TwocopiesofthedeliverylistoftechnicaldocumentsandinformationshallbeattachedtoeachbatchoftechnicaldocumentsandinformationwhichsubmittedbytheSeller.TheBuyershallzuponreceiptandcheckingthereof,retu
36、rnthesignedreceiptofthetechnicaldocumentsandinformationtogetherwithacopyofthedeliverylisttotheSeller.技术文件、资料签收回执是买方按期付款的依据之一。对不符合本合同要求的资料、文件，买方有权拒收，不将图纸退回卖方单位。ThesignedreceiptoftechnicaldocumentsandinformationisoneofthebasesforpaymentbytheBuyeronschedule.TheBuyerhastherighttorefusetoaccepttheinforma
37、tionanddocumentswhichfailtomeettherequirementshereofandnottoreturnthedrawingstotheSellersunit.买方应书面通知卖方不符合要求的图纸名称，并要求卖方修改后重新提交图纸。卖方应在收到买方通知后在5个工作日内补交。TheBuyershallnotifytheSellerinwritingofthedrawingsnamewhichdonotconformtotherequirementsinadditiontorequiretheSellertore-submitthedrawingsafterrevisio
38、nthereof.TheSellershallre-submitwithinfiveworkingdaysuponreceiptoftheBuyersnotice.7.9.16 于卖方原因重新修改图纸，推迟合同约定的交图时间，影响工程进度时,将被认为卖方逾期，卖方应承担专用合同条件约定的违约金。7.9.17 TheSellersreworkingofthedrawingswhichdelaythecontractualdeliverytimeandaffecttheprogressoftheWorkswillbedeemedastheSellersoverduetimeforwhichtheSellershallbeliableforliquidateddamagesasspecifiedintheParticularconditionsofContract.
