4、areofhouseholdresponsibilityarefarfessIlkefytosayteyhavegoodmentalhealththanthoseMOdo1.AndsomewomenfearthatalackofaffordableChiWcaremeansthattheymayhavetochoosebetweenteircareersandtheirresponsibilitiesathome.OntopoftisrmanyWOmenareateoexperiencingnegativeeffectsfromrecentimposedrcturn-toof11cemanda
5、tes,suchasanadverseirctontheirmentalhealth,theneedtoreducetheircontractedhours,orfocfinglessproductive.ThisyearagainsawincreasedstresslevelsforoverhalfofwomenandmoreWOmentakingtimeoffformentalhealtreasonsthanlastyear.WealsoseeacontinuingtrendawomenfeelingUncomfortaWediscussingteirmentalhealthatworko

12、rogresstohelpcreateworkplaceswherewomenareabetothrive.KeyinsightsWomenaremorestressed,mentalhealthstigmapersists,andlongworkinghourstakeatollHalf/thewomeninthisyear,ssurveydescribetheirstresslevelsashigherthanayearandaSinWarnumbersaytheyreconcernedorveryconcernedabouttheirmentalhealth.TwothrdsofWOme
