5、tes,suchasanadverseirctontheirmentalhealth,theneedtoreducetheircontractedhours,orfocfinglessproductive.ThisyearagainsawincreasedstresslevelsforoverhalfofwomenandmoreWOmentakingtimeoffformentalhealtreasonsthanlastyear.WealsoseeacontinuingtrendawomenfeelingUncomfortaWediscussingteirmentalhealthatworko

12、rogresstohelpcreateworkplaceswherewomenareabetothrive.KeyinsightsWomenaremorestressed,mentalhealthstigmapersists,andlongworkinghourstakeatollHalf/thewomeninthisyear,ssurveydescribetheirstresslevelsashigherthanayearandaSinWarnumbersaytheyreconcernedorveryconcernedabouttheirmentalhealth.TwothrdsofWOme

26、ntinueNearlyhairOrallrespondentsareCOrKefnedaboutthepersonalsafetyitheWCrkpUCeorMHecommutingortravelingforwork.Ofthesewomen,onein10saytheyhavebeenharassedwhiteUavefingfoework,andabouttesamenumbersaytheyhavebeenSeXualtyharassedbyaBleagueAnd16%dealwithcustomersorclientswhohaveharassedthemorbehavedinaw
