37、决消除出场,不得滞留在现场.2.1.9 RecheckthemechanicalPerlormanCeandchemicalcomponentsoftheplateorsectionalsteel.ThesteelwithunclearcharactersmustbesampledbyClientsengineertoretest.Onlythequalifiedsteelthroughretestcanbeused.对板材或里材的机械性能、化学成份进行核对.时机械性地或化学成份不清的钢材，由业主工程师指定抽样样品，进行复於.复验合格后方可运用.2.1.10 Theunqualifiedmat
38、erialsthroughretestmustberemovedfromthesiteandcantbeusedintheproject.对狂验结果不合格的材料消除出场.不得用于工程运用.2.2 Weldingmaterialsinspection2.2.1 Weldingmaterialspreparation：theweldingmaterialsincludeweldingrod.weldingwireandsolder.Allweldingmaterialsmustbeaccompaniedwithproperqualityguaranteestatement.Selectapprop
39、riateweldingmaterialsnaccordancewithWeldngProcessAssessment.Thweldingmaterialswhichdontconformtothedesignrequirementandweldingtechnologycantbeused.岸接材料打烧：焊接材料包括焊条、烯丝和焊剂。全部焊接材料必露有相应的质状保证书，焊接材料整依据设计和评定合格的焊接工艺评定B要求选用。不符合设计整求及焊接工艺的烯接材料产禁运用.2.2.2 Checkthedeliveredweldingrod,weldingWireandsoldertoconfirmi
40、ftheyconformtothename,size,material,lotnumberasspecifiedinthematerialcertificate.Onlythensiste11tmaterialscanbedeliveredintositeandunload.材料进场后核对焊条、焊我、焊剂是否与其U历证书中的焊条、焊比和焊剂的名称、规格、材质、批号是否样，核对无误后，方可进场卸料.2.2.3 TheweldingmaterialsthattheClientordesignproposespecialrequirementtothemmustberetested.Onlytheq
41、ualifiedcanbeused.对业主、或设计规范有要求的焊材进行蜕验,合格后方可运用.2.2.4 4Iftheweldingfluxfallsoffortheweldingwirehasrust,theycantbeused检i5tV条药皮是否脱落，停经是否牛:怫，如行则不御运用；2.2.5 Checkthweldingrodtoconfirmifitismoist.Ifyes.bakefirstlyandthenputintouse.检官焊条是否潮湿，如有则烘熠干后方可运用：2.2.6 Ifthesolderismoistorformingballs,itcan-tbeused.检JS
42、焊剂是否潮湿、结块等现加有则不得运用.2.3 BoltInspection2.3.1 Verifythequantityandsizeofthehighstrengthbolt,nutandwashertobedelivered.Theitemsbeingrusted,withoutcompletepackageorwithunclearlotnumbercantbeused.对进场的i殂螺栓、蜘母、垫圈的数状、现格进行核,发觉镌蚀、包装不全、批号不清的状况不得运用.2.3.2 Checkrtthetorquecoefficientreportisprovidedforhighstrengthbolt.检验是否有高强螺栓的扭矩系数报告2.3.3 Beforethecompone
