Transfer the sugar ,vinegar, cooking wine and ketchup into the sauce; 将糖、醋、盐、料酒、番茄酱调成糖醋汁;3.Mix the starches with a little water, then add the egg white and ginger powder to make a batter. 淀粉加少许清水再加入蛋清和姜粉调成稍干一点的面糊;,4.
