2、ationship Open up high-end market opportunities,2,北京雁栖湖国际会都概念性规划Beijing Yanqi Lake Capital Guest House Conceptual Master Plan,AECOM受北控置业委托，于2010年6月初至8月中旬为国际峰会首脑下榻的58公顷核心区域进行规划设计服务，具体包括雁栖半岛整体概念规划、景观概念设计、生态环境策略以及会议中心、精品酒店与三栋贵宾官邸的概念性建筑设计。此次设计由D+P上海规划设计团队带领，AECOM多个专业团队精诚合作，包括：AECOM 规划与设计:规划设计_ 上海/旧金山（美国
3、） 景观设计_ 香港T&H/深圳T&H 生态环境_ 香港/广州AECOM 建筑:建筑设计_ 深圳南山/迈阿密（美国）设计团队采用极富创意的设计理念，以国际化的手法诠释了中国传统皇家园林的精神，并结合先进的绿色生态措施，营造出令人耳目一新的“桃花源”，以恭候各国首脑与使节的光临。AECOM在此次设计中的出色表现力压众多国内外一流竞争对手，继而于2010年10月获得北控置业再度委托，进行整体规划设计深化、以及13栋贵宾官邸的概念性建筑设计。 AECOM在两轮设计中的卓越设计才华与积极配合获得业主高度赞扬。目前， AECOM正与北控置业协商建立长期战略合作伙伴关系，业务范围有望从设计类延伸至建设工程
4、领域。,Entrusted by BLCC, AECOM delivered professional planning and design consultancy within two months from June, 2010 on 58ha Yanqi lake core area which will accommodate state heads during the summit. Service scope includes Yanqi Peninsula Conceptual MP, landscape conceptual design, ecological and e
5、nvironmental strategies and conceptual architectural design of conference center, boutique hotel and 3 VIP villas.
