General台山核电站一期工程HGU管沟是连接循环水虹吸井（HCA）与重要厂用水泵房（HPA/C）专设的重要冷却水管沟。采用核岛反应堆坐标系（坐标以1980西安坐标系为准），反应堆厂房标高0.00相对于8
5、.7m(国家85高程系)，所有标高都以反应堆厂房的相对标高为准；HGU管沟外截面大部分为3.5m3.5m，内孔大部分截面为2.5m2.5m的方孔，侧壁及底板、顶板均为500mm厚的现浇钢筋混凝土结构；结构需进行找坡，找坡坡度分别为0.3%、0.34%与0.38%。HGU管沟替代砼及垫层采用C25砼，主体结构采用欧标C35/45砼；管沟共计10段(060069段)。In Taishan Nuclear Power Station project(Phase 1), HGU is essential cooling water pipeway which is dedicated to link
6、the recycled water siphon well(HCA) and essential service pump station(HPA/C). Coordinate system of Nuclear Island reactor is applied(XI AN Coordinate System 1980). Level 0.00 of reactor building corresponds to 8.7m of National Elevation Datum 1985. All levels relate to the reference level of reacto
7、r building. The outside section of HGU is largely square hole of 3.5m3.5m and inside section is largely square hole of 2.5m2.5m. The side wall, base slab and top slab of the pipeway are reinforcement concrete structure of 500mm thick which shall be cast in situ. The slop shall be made in structure a
8、nd the slope varies from 0.3%, 0.34% to 0.38%. The C25 concrete shall be applied to the HGU Pipeway constitute concrete and bedding concrete, while EN C35/45 concrete shall be applied to the main structure. The pipeway has 10 sections in total(from 060 to 069). 3、 施工准备3. Construction Preparation3.1人

Division of Construction Joints按照施工图纸，HGU管沟验槽后应立即浇筑垫层，逐段施工。主体队需按照工程部编制的进度计划完成每个控制点的施工。每段在底板顶面以上500mm的位置设一水平施工缝，每段砼分为上下两次浇筑。According to the construction
43、drawing, the bedding concrete shall be placed by section immediately after the inspection of HGU foundation subsoil. The main structure team shall finish the construction of every control-point according to the schedule compiled by the engineering department. A horizontal construction joint shall be
