The intent of
10、 this procedure is to establish baseline requirements for every BSF construction project. Specifically, it i

The forms provided in attachments A through F are intended to be used as guides on which the EPC and C Contractors base
15、their inspections. 27、ration of all cranes and lift equipment in use on the CSPC Nanhai Petrochemicals Project. He may designate a Project Equipment Maintenance and Operations team (PEMOT) to ensure all aspects of crane operations are properly carried out. The following personnel (or their designees) may be part of the e
28、quipment maintenance and operations team: Project Field Engineer, Site Manager, Rigging Engineer, equipment superintendent, master mechanic or other designated person(s).高级承包商和总承包商施工经理最终负责中海壳牌南海石化项目上所有吊车和起重设备的安全使用和操作。高级施工经理可指定项目设备维护和运行小组来确保吊车操作的各方面要求均妥善实施。下列人员(或其指定人员)可作为设备维护和运行小组的成员:现场工程部经理,现场施工经理,吊

The designated person(s) th
30、at will lead the equipment maintenance and operations team must be fully conversant with the implementation of crane operation and maintenance procedures, inspections that are required by the crane manufacturers and by applicable jurisdictional codes, standards & regulations.高级施工经理应组建一个项目设备维护和运行小组来管
31、理BSF项目的吊车和起重设备的操作。该小组也可称为BSF设备操作小组。指定的负责领导设备维护小组的人员必须彻底熟悉吊车运行和维护程序的实施、吊车厂家要求、以及国家法规、规程和标准要求的验收。5.0 INSTRUCTIONS说 明5.1 Requirements 要求5.1.1 BSF and EPC and C contractors shall collaborate in the selection of lift equipment that will safely perform the project tasks, minimize cost, and maximize the ef
32、ficiency of the lifting operations at the project site. It is essential that the equipment selected in the planning process will be available to meet the project work schedule. 33、提供完整的设计和吊装方案服务,吊装合同管理和执行重件搬运/吊装工作。在计划阶段选定的设备能否按照项目工作进度到位是至关重要的。5.1.2 The Project Equipment Maintenance and Operations Team (PEMOT) from each EPC & C contractors will set up equipment specific maintenance and inspection files for each piece of lifting equipment on-site. These files shall include (whe
34、n completed) initial inspections, daily inspections, load tests, periodic inspections, maintenance records, and any other manufacturers documentation deemed required by the PEMOT.5.1.3 项目设备维护和运行小组(PEMOT)应针对BSF现场每个吊装设备建立特定的保养和验收文件。这些文件应包括(完成后)初期验收、日常检查、试吊、定期检查、维护记录和PEMOT要求的其它厂家记录。5.1.4 The EPC and C
35、contractors Project Equipment Maintenance and Operations Team (PEMOT) will review the inspection forms provided in this procedure (attachments A through F). If the forms need modification due to project specific conditions, then those changes shall be drafted by the PEMOT as a revision to this proce
36、dure that is reviewed by the EPC & C contractors Lead Field Engineer (LFE) and approved by the CM. The modified inspection forms will be kept on file in their respective equipment files.5.1.5 项目设备维护和运行小组(PEMOT)将审查本程序中(附件AF)的验收表,如果现场特定的条件要求对程序进行修改,则这些变更应由PEMOT起草,并对本程序进行升版,由PFE审查后,报SCM批准。修改后的验收表应保存在其相

38、.1.7 EPC and C contractors shall qualify Crane Operator in accordance with Project Procedure PR-8710-0000-0007, Crane Operator Qualification. Specific training for lift operators shall include but is not limited to the following:总承包商和施工承包商BSF资格审查工作协调员将对指定在现场从事吊车司机资格审查的主考人(QCOE)的资格进行审查认定。BSF设备运行小组应依据

44、ion crane and lift equipment operators on the CSPC Nanhai Petrochemicals Project, including those of EPC and C contractors and/or third-parties, will be qualified by EPC and C contractors in accordance with PR-8710-0000-0007 and its associated written and practical tests, as well as applicable local
