2、前。Pay in the form of currency on a monthly basis.The current month salary will be paid between the 5th to 7th of the following month.If the pa day falls into public holiday,the salary will be paid earlier.不得向他人泄露自已月薪所得,也不得问其他员工的月薪所得。The employee should not disclose his/her salary to others,nor shoul

3、d the employee asks other employees income information.,社会保险 Social Insurance住房公积金 Housing Accumulation Fund医疗福利 Medical Welfare其它店内福利 Special Welfare in the store,福利 Welfare,各店按地方政策自行解释 explain by each store according to local policy,Welfare,Social Insurance 社会保险,Medical Welfare 医疗福利,Housing Fund公积

5、,Types of Leaves 假期类别,Sick leave病假,Undeduct salary 不扣工资,Deduct salary 扣工资,Personal leave事假,假期,Leave Procedure,请假流程,每年共计10个工作日 Total 10 working days in one calendar year,元旦 1天 New Years Day:1 day春节 3天 Chinese New Year:3 days劳动节 3天 Labor Day:3 days国庆节 3天 National Day:3 days,假期 Vacation,法定节假日 Public Ho

6、lidays,连续工作满一年,每年有6个工作日的带薪年休假和6个工作日的补休假。Be entitled to a 6-working-day annual paid leave and 6-working-day compensation leave after fulfill one full-year employment.员工应当提前一周,向部门主管提出申请,获得两级批准后,方可休假;员工加班后申请补休假,也需提前一周书面申请。Annual leave must be applied to the immediate hierarchy one week in advance for t

7、hose who are at employee level.The annual leaves can only be taken upon the approval from two-level hierarchy.年休假和补休假需在一年之内休完,不予累计。Must be taken within the entitled calendar year,it cannot be carried over to the next calendar year.,假期 Vacation,年休假、补休假 Annual Leave,年休假和补休假按自然年执行。Execution by Calendar

8、 Year.,假期 Vacation,年休假、补休假 Annual Leave,例如:A员工于2005年3月加入家乐福。他将于2006年3月起享有年休假和补休假。示意如下:e.g.Employee A,joined Carrefour in 2005/03.Starting from 2006/03,he is entitled to annual leave.,婚假3个自然日,晚婚按当地政府有关规定执行。Be entitled to 3-calendar-day marriage leave.Late marriage by the government terms can apply fo

9、r the leaves authorized by laws or government regulations.婚假只能在结婚登记日后一年内一次性连续使用。Must be used within one calendar year upon the marriage is registered.如父母、祖父母、配偶、子女或兄弟姐妹去世,凭医院死亡通知书,给予3个自然日的丧假。Can take 3-calenda-day funeral leaves if parents,grandparents,spouse,children and brother&sister pass away.Th

10、e employee need to provide the Death Certificate from hospital.,假期 Vacation,婚、丧假 Marriage&Funeral Leave,员工每月可以享有一个工作日带薪病假。如果员工该月未休病假,则既不能累积,也无任何补偿。The employee can enjoy one paid day sick leave every month.This leave cant be accumulated,nor can it be cashed out.It will be forfeited if it is not take

12、ay(s)Salary,(e.g.:Monthly salary=RMB1500,Working days/Month=21),=(Salary-Incentive salary)*personal leaves/current working days=(合约工资-奖金)*事假天数/当月工作天数,出勤奖(10%)+缺勤天数工资,出勤奖(10%)+表现奖(10%)+缺勤天数工资,所有奖金(30%)+缺勤天数工资,事假类别,凡请病假,应在当天亲自或电话通知部门主管。The employee who apply for sick leave must inform the department m

13、anager on the first day of the leave.病假结束返岗当天出具指定医院(急诊除外)的病假证明由人力资源部予以审核归档。Sick leave proof issued by the Company appointed hospital(except for emergency case)must be provided upon the day the employee return to work.The HR department will be responsible for keeping it in personal file.,女员工单胎顺产产假90天

14、,从预产期前15天至后75天。Female employee who has normal delivery to one single baby is entitled to 90 days maternity leave.The leave can be taken 15 days before the birth day and 75 days after the delivery.24岁以上分娩头胎者,增加30天。Female employee over 24-year-old and has delivery for her first baby will be entitled f

15、or another 30 days maternity leave.难产多胎根据各地方政府规定给假。Dystocia,mutiparous delivery or other special cases will follow local government regulations.配偶给陪产产假3天。The spouse of the pregnant employee is entitled to 3-calendar days paternity leave.,所有女员工必须于孕后一个季度之内通知部门主管其怀孕情况The employee must inform her pregna

16、ncy to the department manager in the first quarter period of her pregnancy.休产假必须于预产前十周向人力资源部门提出申请,并出示医院出具的妊娠证明。Maternity leave must be applied to the HR department 10 weeks before the birth day with the pregnancy proof issued by the hospital.产假工资按各地方政府规定计发。Maternity leave salary will follow the loca

17、l government regulations.,请事假应事先由部门主管批准,人力资源部审核,事先未得到批准的缺席,按旷职处理。All personal leaves must be approved by immediate hierarchy in advance.The absence without approval in advance will be regarded as absence from duty.事假期间不发工资。Personal leave is not paid leave.,此培训以员工手册(第二版)及店内相关规章制度为基础,旨在告知所有家乐福(中国)员工应享
