3、相应位置板书I like . Whats your hobby?(设计意图:利用Free talk给学生提供语言交际的机会,复习相关句型,引入新句子,并板书,为下面学习e-mail 的格式做好铺垫。)2Lets chant.Whats your hobby? Whats your hobby?Diving, diving. I like diving.Whats your hobby? Pre-reading师拿出自己的笔友的照片和给自己的写的信实物展示给学生看。拿着照片介绍This is Chris. She is an American girl. She is a university stud

5、ent now. She is tall and pretty. She likes swimming, travelling and playing baseball. This is the letter she wrote to me. She is my pen pal. Im he pen pal. 引导学生猜测pen pal的意思。最后点出Pen pal means pen friend. 简单学习pen pal。(设计意图:通过老师介绍自己的笔友特点及爱好,引入交友情景,为后面进入的阅读创造情景,同时排除pen pal这个障碍,为阅读打好基础。)Step 3. In-readin

6、g1第一遍阅读。快速阅读第一封邮件,并回答问题:Who are they? 首先老师让学生观察第一封邮件的图片人物,T:Look at the girls in the pictureThey look the sameThey are twin sistersWhat are their names? Lets read the first e-mail. Read quickly and find the key words学生回答的时候,要求能说出依据。然后通过描述这两个女孩的共同特征,引出twin sisters. They look the same. 理解twin和They loo

7、k the same.的含义,然后,出示另两对双胞胎的照片,引导学生说They are twin sisters/brothers. They look the same.(设计意图:本文文本量较长,有一定难度,设计时自然而然将两封邮件分成两部分进行阅读,先处理Alice给Liu Yun的邮件内容。阅读前老师描述人物图片,学生通过快速阅读找出简单信息,即这两个人物的名字。此遍阅读教会学生找关键词、句,培养学生跳读的能力。twin sister的理解放在文中进行。)2第二遍阅读。仔细阅读第一封邮件,并回答问题。Whats Alices hobby? Whats Anns hobby? 老师提示学

8、生仔细读,并勾划出答案。做完后,同伴交流答案及依据。最后,老师核对答案。由这两个问题的答案:Alice likes swimming, diving, and riding a bike. Ann likes drawing pictures and making kites.引出新句子They dont like the same things.并让学生猜测意思。(设计意图:此遍阅读旨在让学生仔细阅读,获取主要信息,即她们的爱好。阅读时注重培养学生圈画出重要信息,同桌互助检查答案,并培养学生根据上下文猜测词义的能力。)3在课件的邮件开头空白处点击出现To:和From及相应网址并介绍网址、邮件

9、开头结尾的写法。运用课件将Alice写的邮件发送出去。Liu Yun has got the e-mail. This is the e-mail from Liu Yun to Alice.出示第二封邮件。第一遍阅读第二封邮件。快速阅读,回答问题:Where does Liu Yun live?(设计意图:学生将在第一遍阅读时学到的技巧在第二篇阅读中练习使用。给出一个简单问题,让学生练习跳读,快速发现信息。)4第二遍阅读第二篇邮件。仔细阅读,回答问题:What is Liu Yuns hobby? What is her mothers hobby? What is her fathers

10、hobby? 提示学生仔细读,并勾划出答案。做完后,小组交流,并说说怎么找到答案的。最后,老师对答案。(设计意图:让学生练习仔细阅读,并且交流如何发现答案。)5通读这两封邮件,完成短文。Alice lives in_. Her pen pal is _. Liu Yun lives in _. Liu Yuns mom is a _. She likes swimming. Her dad is a _ reporter. He likes listening to music. Liu Yun likes _ and _. 完成后,首先小组交流,然后全班交流。(设计意图:把两封邮件内容有机结

11、合起来,处理一下边角内容,进一步强化对内容的整体理解。文中需填的Singer和TV reporter的TV较简单,也为第五单元学习职业做个铺垫。)Step 4 Post-reading1Listen and repeat.听录音跟读课文。2Reading competition. AB两部分学生比赛朗读课文。(设计意图:让学生掌握正确的语音、语调,培养语感,加深对课文的进一步理解。)3Weve read two e-mails. And we can write an e-mail like this.边说边把板书补充完整。(设计意图:在板书上将邮件格式再写出来,让学生加深印象,为后面的写作提

12、供格式支撑和主要语言支撑。)Liu Yun is Alices pen pal. I want Ann to be my pen pal. So I wrote an e-mail to Ann. You can find a pen pal and write an email to him or her. 用课件展示老师写的邮件。然后要求学生找班内同学做笔友,在自己的练习本上仿照范文给对方写一封电子邮件,并送给他或她。然后邻近的同学一起分享收到的邮件。范文如下:Dear Ann,I am happy to have a new pen pal. I live in Tangzhuang.

18、反思本课是六年级的阅读课。六年级学生经过三年的英语学习,已经有了一定的词汇量及语言基础,因此这一阶段的阅读课重在培养学生的阅读能力。在“授之以鱼”的同时必须注重“授之以渔”,教给学生阅读的方法,使之养成良好的阅读习惯。因此,我在课堂上注重了一下几种技巧的训练:1猜词解句。根据图片和老师对人物的描述猜测twin sister的意思。根据上下文:Alice likes swimming, diving, and riding a bike. Ann likes drawing pictures and making kites.推测They dont like the same things.的意

19、思。没经任何的额外解释,就有学生猜出了本句话的正确意思,效果很好。2快速阅读。速度是重要的阅读能力之一,能力的提高有助于兴趣的巩固。因此,在第一篇邮件的第一遍阅读时我给学生提供了相对难度较小的问题,并提示要跳读、找关键词、句等,学生基本上能领会到技巧的精髓,很快就找到了答案。找到答案之后让学生汇报交流他们是如何找到答案的。在第二篇邮件的第一遍阅读时,同样先给学生较简单的问题,让他们带着问题去读文章找答案,巩固练习刚才的技巧。3勾划有用词句。在第一篇邮件的第二遍时,我给学生提出针对细节问题,并让学生边阅读边勾划出重点的信息和词句。汇报交流他们是如何找到答案的。同样在第二篇邮件的第二遍阅读中放手让

20、学生去练习这一技巧。通过阅读技巧的传授,这节课也体现了学生的主体性和自主性。高年级的阅读课,不仅要培养学生的阅读能力,也不能忽略学生的语言输出,实现语言交际的效果。因此,我设计了选班内同学做笔友,并给对方写邮件的活动。这是一个学生非常乐于参与的活动,既加深了同学感情,又体现了自己的语言水平,有一种成就感,是一个很好的语言输出的活动,学生的书写和和的内容比较好。虽然是借班上课,课堂效果也不错。经过课上感受以及课后反思,我发现了几点仍需改进的地方:1缺乏趣味性活动,课堂气氛不够活跃。两篇文章,阅读量较大,整节课都需要学生不断的动脑思考,几乎没有趣味轻松的机会。2给班内笔友写邮件、读邮件,但缺少一个回复的过程。学生需写出可能会感觉有头无尾,不完整。
