3、建议性、仅供参考)： 在活动前3天即预约电台、电视台、报纸的新闻采编，做好新闻报道准备工作，印制好准备派发的礼品袋、宣传资料。 10、工作安排： A、2010年6月20日，工作小组开始发送请柬。 B、2010年6月22日，各种活动用品(印刷品、礼品等)应完成制作、采购工作并入库指定专人进行保管。 C、2010年6月28日，完成与相关协作单位的设施设备到场的确定工作。五、现场布置阶段工作安排 1、2010年6月28至29日，开始现场的布置工作，29日一天应完成所有条幅、彩旗、灯杆旗的安装工作。 2、2010年6月30日，开始现场的布置工作，上午：完成主席台的布置工作，上午9：00时前，完成花篮、
