2、ar, I will prepare to begin my lesson form following parts. Part I.Teaching material 1.Status and function The topic of this unit is about literature and music. Such a topic is related to our daily life, so its easy to arouse students learning interests. As we all know, reading has a great effect on

Therefore this lesson is in the important position of the teaching material. 2.Teaching objectives Knowledge objectives a).To understand the content of the passage. b).To understand present perfect. Emotional attitudes and moral values a).To develop interests in country music. b).To know more about American culture. 3.Teaching important and difficult points a).The important point is using the reading strategies while reading and get the ideas about the passage. b).Th
5、e difficult points are retell and summary. 4.The analysis of students For grade 8 students, they have mastered enough knowledge both in vocabulary and reading skills, itll be helpful for them to understand the passage.
