Task 1 学习提示 Learn and research by themselves according to the text.Students read the passage quickly in silence,know the main idea and mark new words,phrases and sentence patterns. discover/invent discover意为“发现;发觉”,指“发现或找到”已经存在,但以前未被发现或认识的事物。

3、invent意为“发明”,指发明或创造出本不存在的东西。 as well/also/either/too as well意为“也”,在口语中使用很多,用法和too完全一样,可以互换,通常用于句末。 also用于肯定句,常位于be动词、助动词或情态动词之后,行为动词之前,不用于句末。 too用于肯定句,比also更通俗,和as well可以互换,常放在句末,并用逗号隔开。 either用于否定句中,而且只能放于句末。 情景导入 生成问题 Hello,everyone!I know you all want to get good grades in English.Do you know the
