1、思想政治工作的人文关怀探析 思想政治工作的人文关怀探析 【摘要】 党的十七大明确提出:“加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,用正确方式处理人际关系。”这一论述一方面赋予了思想政治工作人文关怀的理念、丰富了思想政治工作的内涵、有利于思想政治工作理论的创新、是马克思主义理论中关于人的全面自由发展学说的深入发展;另一方面将人文关怀纳入到思想政治工作的视野中、是思想政治工作实现科学化、现代化的需要、是思想政治工作有效开展的需要、是构建社会主义和谐社会的需要。论文共分三个部分。第一部分明确了思想政治工作人文关怀的内涵、实质和意义;第二部分对思想政治工作中人文关怀的现状、原因进行了分析;第三部
2、分主要是对思想政治工作实现的有效途径进行了探索。本文理论依据主要是马克思主义理论,尤其是马克思主义人的自由全面发展学说,谨慎借鉴了西方人本主义思想的合理成分,重点突出了思想政治工作人文关怀实现的环境支撑,这也是本文的难点和创新点。【Abstract】 The 17th CPC National Congress proposed clearly:“strengthen and improve the Ideological and Political work, pay more attention to the human solicitude and psychological unblo
