11、manual shows you features about your JR9000 series Inverter and items for its installation, parameters setting, troubleshouting and maintainance etc which is critical for your safety. Please read it carefully before installation and have the final user to keep this users manual. CAUTIONFOR YOUR SAFE
12、TY, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO READ FOLLOWING SAFETY INSTRUCTION CAREFULLY.1、When install the inverter，Please fixed your inverter on metal plate by specified screw！use prescriptive screw.2、Before wiring,，please be sure that the power is off!3、The components of your inverter is sensitive to static electrici
13、ty，so dont put the eyewinker in the inverter, dont touch main circuit board and any component!4、After cut off AC power，some of components may still remain a residual high-voltage, touch the inner inverter circuit or component immediately is prohibited!5、Make sure that the timing ground terminal has

35、nd the control panel free from pressure while move the inverter to avoid injury or damage.5Install the inverter to the place strong enough to hold the inverter to avoid any loss or injury.6Please dont install the inverter which is any broken or component missing, otherwise there may be dangerous of
36、fire or injury.7Screw,metal ring falls into the inverter may cause fire or material loss.8Dont install in places with waterpipe or possible water spreading to avoid possible damage and loss.3.2 WIRING 1Connect wires by qualified personal to avoid electric shock.2Shut off the input power before conne
37、cting wire to avoid electric shock.3Connect the groud wire properly to avoid electric shock.1Dont confuse the input and output terminal,wrong connection may cause explosion and property loss.2Dont connect terminal + and - directly, otherwise may be dangerous of fire and property loss.3Connect the ma
38、in circuit terminal to the cable stud tightly,otherwise may be dangerous of property loss.4The bare part of cable stud must be well insulated by insulation tape, otherwise may be dangerous of explosion and property loss.3.3 POWER TRANSMISSION1Before power is on, be sure the cover is in right positio
39、n,Otherwise may be dangerous of electric shock and explosion.2Use the booster to power the inverter which was stored over 2 years gradually,Otherwise may be dangerous of electric shock and explosion.3Touch the control terminal while the inverter is power on is dangerous of electric shock.4Operate th
40、e inverter with wet hands may be dangerous of electric shock.3.4 MAINTENANCE1When power is off, After 10 minutes,operating maintenance,Be sure +、- busbar voltage is bleow 36VOtherwise may lead to electric shock.2Only qualified personnel is permitted to replace components.Any cable debris and metal l
41、eft inside the inverter may cause danger of fire.3After replace the control board,before power is on,be sure the parameters is correct or well modified to correct,Otherwise may be dangerous to property loss.3.5 ABOUT MECHANICAL LOAD1When the inverter drive an ordinary motor in low speed for a long t
42、ime,Because the efficiency of heat removal getting poor,the Output torque will be lower accordingly.In such a case, you must choose special frequency conversion motor.2If motor is well suited with your inverter，the inverter can have a thermal protection to motor.if the motor is not well suited with
43、the inverter, please adjust protect valueto ensure motor running safely and smoothly.3If the inverter running exceed 50Hz ，except there is over vibration、increased noise，you must also ensure your motor bearingand machine device is in permissible scope, for detail please contact in advance.4The inver
44、ter may occur over current or over voltage error to lead a trip off when loading is increasing and negative torgue occured，In such a case, you may necessary to select braking components.5When inverter drive reciprocating type loading，output current may have unstable phenomenon，especially when the in
45、verter running in long-term low frequency，your are recommended to run the inverter beyond 20Hz.6If the output frequency of the inverter covers the mechanical syntonic frequency of the load, a jump of the inverter output frequency must be set to avoid such syntonic point.7When the inverter is still running,directly put on or cut off the motor is forbidden，otherwise the inverter will be trip off for over current and the major loop of inverter may have danger to burst.8When turn on “re-start following error function”
