3、 塌落度为10cm2；Slump： 102 cm；- 含气量在3.01.0% 以内Air content within 3.01.0%; - 同一施工现场应使用同一公司的商品混凝土； Concrete must be supplied by the same company on the same construction site;- 混凝土泵车的运输时间不应超过40分钟，搅拌车之间的时间间距不应超过10分钟；Transport time of concrete pumping truck should not exceed 40 minutes;- 塌落度测试标准，每60m检查对1台泵车进
4、行测试；Slump test must be carry out every 60m concrete;- 其他为注明事宜，根据乙方的配比；Others undertake according to party Bs concrete mix design. b. 铺筑前拟定计划，并审核；Make a scheme and certificate before concrete cast- 混凝土铺筑是影响混凝土品质的主要环节，因此必须事先拟定好计划，并得到项目监理的认可；Concrete casting is the most important part through the entir

16、wel and finish- 为了混凝土表面平滑，使用优秀的施工人员及设备；Use excellent technicians and advanced equipments to attain the flattest surface of the floor.- 为了确保平整度，使用激光整平机或同等级设备及手动式整平器； Use copperhead or machines of the same grade and Highway straight edge.- 确保混凝土的品质，必须使用乘坐式的圆盘为92英寸的大型打磨机进行打磨；使用双圆盘抛光机进行抛光，为了达到压实混凝土，提高混凝
17、土表面的耐磨性，使用重量500kg 以上的电动打磨机磨光为原则；使用圆盘研磨后必须再使用刀片抛光；To ensure the quality of the concrete, you have to use ride-on trowels with 92 inch floating pan to work on it. 20、 has vapored，apply machine trowlling for a second time；- 使用双圆盘抛光机进行抛光，为了达到压实混凝土，提高表面的耐磨性，应二次以上进行打磨。进行打磨时，注意避免过度打磨，直到水滞不见为止。每次打磨时，刀片进一步倾斜，给混凝土表面再加强摩擦力，比上一次更加往右侧倾斜打磨收光。Trowlling with double pan machine for more than twice to consolidate the concrete and improve the wearness of the floor surface, but r
21、emember to avoid over trowlling. Whenever it comes to trowlling , the blade should dip a little to strengthen the frictional force of the concrete surface. Dip more to the right side than last time when trowlling.四、平整度测试Flatness test1F数的定义Definition of F-Numbers F数是美国混凝土协会和加拿大标准协会针对混凝土地坪平整度和水平度数值和测量
22、方法所做的规定。The F-Numbers system is the new American Concrete Institute and Canadian Standards Association standard for the specification and measurement of concrete floor flatness and levelness.F数包括两个部分，用FF表示平整度，FL 表示水平度。It include two F-Numbers: FF for flatness and FL for levelness.平整度FF：以30cm为间距，测出的地
23、坪凹凸变化的合计。Flatness FF: variations tested on the floor over the distance of 30cm.水平度FL：每300cm为间距，量测出的地坪倾斜幅度的合计。Levelness FL: variations tested over the distance of 300cm.2测试方法及标准Test method 使用设备：FloorPro 或 F-MeterEquipment used：FloorPro or F-Meter 测试时间： 地坪抛光结束后24小时内Test time requirement: the floor mus

26、准。In the project Macquarie Goodman (Shanghai) Warehousing Co., Ltd. Newly-built Plant Phase I and II (built area 58,000m2, contract price 123.497 million, single-level steelwork) a flat steel fiber floor is required and accomplished with laser-guided screeding machine and double-disc polisher.
