1、 用Autolisp语言编制絮凝一沉淀池设计程序摘要：提出一种水处理絮凝一沉淀池设计的标准化方法，并用Autolisp语言编程，实现了计算机自动设计、计算、绘图的功能。此方法也可以推广应用于其它水处理构筑物设计，实现设计智能化。 关键词：絮凝池 Autolisp 概述近几年来，CAD技术已被各种门类的广大工程技术人员用作产品设计和工程设计，并作为分析和绘图的有效工具，实现产品和工程设计的自动化。CAD技术把计算机的快速、准确的特点和设计者的逻辑思维及综合能力结合起来，可以加速设计进程。缩短设计周期、提高设计质量。笔者将AutoCAD内嵌的Autolisp语言应用于水处理构筑物的设计
2、。以栅条式水力絮凝一沉淀池平面图设计为例，说明如何充分利用Autolisp的计算功能，使计算结果即可用于绘图，实现快速、高效、智能化设计的绘图工作。1 数学模型的建立1.1 栅条式水力絮凝池的计算标准化栅条式水力絮凝池的计算通常都是按照给水排水设计手册进行的，这种方法在实际计算时是可行的，但存在以下几个问题：以流速v作为设计参数存在不合理性，水力搅拌絮凝池是通过水力作用（同时消耗水体能量）达到使絮体并大的目的，絮凝效果只与有效能耗直接相关；进行流速参数重新选用时，原先的计算全部作废，故计算效率降低；如用计算机计算，以往的设计软件没有自动调整参数的功能，需人为干预。针对上述情况，笔者提出一种有利
3、于计算机实现的标准化设计方法，称之为能耗分配法，程序步骤如下所述：根据设计流量，选择合适的絮凝池池型；输入唯一的设计参数，即絮凝时间t，t可根据给水排水设计手册或生产经验确定，对水力栅条絮凝池，t=815 min；根据ht，计算絮凝池总水头损失H。其中为单位反应时间的能耗（水头损失）。此公式反映了絮凝池水头损失同絮凝时间之间的关系。该公式的理论基础是：由速度梯度G值的计算公式式（l），因为、均为常数，要保证G值在一定范围内，ht必为一定范围内的值，根据生产实践数据，平均G值大致4050 S-1较合适，经过计算：ht1.01.5cmmin；速度梯度C的计算公式：G（/）（h/t）0.5(1)式中
4、：G速度梯度，S-1；水的重度，Nm3；h絮凝池水头损失，m；动力粘性系数，Pas；t絮凝时间，S。能耗分配：笔者根据相关文献新型絮凝池的水头损失与絮凝时间之间的关系，绘出如图1曲线。 其中Xi=tit，ti表示絮凝历时；yi=hih，hi表示由t0到tti这段时间内的累计水头损失；设曲线方程为 yx（axb），整理得：1/y=a+b/x作直线拟合，求得系数a0.8，b0.2故得到能耗分配公式：yx（0.8x0.2） （2）将絮凝池分为N段，每段的水头损失可用以上能耗分配经验公式计算：故X为无因次累计絮凝历时，y为无因次累计水头损失。通常将絮凝池分为三段，则三段的水头损
5、失分别为：h1y1hh2（y2y1）h（3）h3（y3y2）h选定每段栅条板层数ni，计算出一层栅条板的水头损失h0i；及相应的开孔率i； h0ihini； （4）并由水头损失计算公式（式5）计算开孔率（式6）： 2式中v空室流速，ms；V1水流通过栅条的流速，简称过栅流速，ms；g重力加速度，ms2。校核G、GT值：由于在进行设计之前，G值和GT值已考虑在合理范围内，故这一步计算后整个计算过程结束。上述水力絮凝池计算的能耗分配法从能量损失的观点出发，充分考虑了能耗适应絮体成长的需要，编成计算机程序也是十分方便的。以往在进行
6、水处理构筑物设计的时候，由于各个设计者所选参数的不同，因此计算结果会有较大差异；而采用上述方法，用计算机进行设计的时候，如果不是有意识地人为干预参数的选择，其计算结果将是唯一的，这就是标准化设计的优越性。1.2 絮凝池平面布置标准化根据水力计算结果，即可进行平面布置，同样以栅条絮凝池设计为例，如下所述：根据流量大小，选用已事先标准化的池型，例如采用30格模式（昆山模式）、18 格模式（洪湖模式）等多种标准形式；根据VQt，计算出絮凝池体积V；根据AVH（H为絮凝池高度基本为定值，由后续斜管沉淀池高度确定），计算絮凝池面积A，然后根据所选池型的不同，计算单格面积a=An（n为格数）；确定单格的平
7、面尺寸；其它各种尺寸和参数均按预先标准化的设计池型进行计算和绘图。综上所述，将絮凝池的平面布置设计标准化后，可以很方便地用Autolisp语言实现，所编程序也十分简洁。1.3 沉砂池、沉淀池设计的标准化沉砂池、沉淀池的设计计算采用手册中的方法，平面布置应考虑与絮凝池的衔接，这样即可得到标准化池型。 2 设计计算软件基于以上思想笔者设计了一1个集设计、绘图于一体的栅条絮凝一斜管沉淀池的程序，用Autolisp语言编写，该程序只需输入设计流量和絮凝时间，其余计算和绘图则均由计算机自动完成，程序运行后输出平面布置图和计算结果。参数输入亦可通过人机对话的形式进行。2.1 主程序框图该程序由几个子程序构
8、成，主程序框图如图2。2.2 程序的操作该程序只需输入流量Q和絮凝时间t，就可以输出相应的参数和絮凝沉淀池平面图。3 结语在水处理工程设计计算中，传统算法都是先进行参数的选取，参数选择的范围较大，选取得是否合理依赖于设计者的经验。本设计采用了一种标准化的方法，减少参数的选择，并使计算过程一步完成。此方法可推广到其它水处理构筑物的设计中，必将大大简化计算过程。所编程序既能用计算机设计计算，也能通过人机对话设计计算。由所编程序可直接生成平面布置图，可作为实际出图的样板模块加以使用，至于有关剖面图、大样图，可按以上思路作同样处理自动计算和出图。目前所作到的仅是自动显示计算结果和样板模块，如何将各样板
