36、司内质量目标:遵照施工图纸要求,工程合格率100%工期:自进场之日起日历日 90 天。xxxx 有限公司天津分公司3 万吨/年丁二烯抽提-外围配套安装工程,共分为三个部分,即:球罐区改造部分,室外管网改造(储)和室外管网改造(暖)。主要施工内容为与5 台球罐相关联的管道安装,新建8 台泵,新增卸车泵一台以及相关工艺管道,新建丁二烯冷却器以及相关工艺管道,丁二烯装置制罐区的工艺管线以及火炬气管线安装等。该工程的特点是在现有装置附近施工,施工范围狭窄,由于周围装置处于运行状态,因此,安全防范任务非常严峻。工程所在地位于天津市xx 区xx 镇辖区内,临近外环线,交通条件优越。该区处于温暖带半湿润气候
37、区,是海陆过渡性气候,其主要特征是:春季干旱多风,冷暖多变;夏季温高湿重,雨热共济;秋季天高云淡,风和日丽;冬季寒冷干燥,雨雪稀少。全年平均气温在11-12, 全年1 月份最冷,平均气温零下4-6,7 月份最热,平均气温在26以上。全年气温差在30-32,无霜期在135-239 天之间。天津工程地质条件为由北向南,由西向东逐渐变差。地耐力在8.7-26.6t/m2 之间,本工程位于天津市西部,地质条件较好。第2节 第二节工程范围本工程为xxxx 有限公司天津分公司3 万吨/年丁二烯抽提-外围配套安装工程,主要包括以下内容。一、球罐改造部分主要工程内容包括:与5 台球罐相关联的管道安装;新建8

43、产要素,精心施工,大力推广先进施工技术。在推行项目法施工的同时,从文件控制、材料采购到产品标识,过程控制等过程中。切实执行ISO9002 标准和公司质量保证体系文件,达到创优质高效的目标。项目经理对工程项目行使计划、组织、协调、控制、监督、指挥职能,全权处理项目事务,其下设技术组,经营组以及材料设备组。项目内部工程技术管理人员通过岗位目标责任制和行为准则来约束,共同为优质、安全、高速、低消耗的完成项目任务而努力工作。三、组建项目经理部本工程实行项目法进行施工管理,项目经理由取得国家一级项目经理资质的本企业员工担任。由项目经理选聘技术、管理水平高的工程技术人员、管理人员、专业工长组建项目部。项目
