43、人工坡岩体主要成份为泥岩层，具有易风化剥落特性，在外界的影响下，边坡有局部的坍塌的可能性。小区建成后，该区域内属人口活动频繁，一旦所形成的人工切坡失稳，将对区域内过往车辆行人的生命财产安全构成较大的威胁，后果将不堪设想。地表水：该项目各拟建支护所处场地内无地表水体存在，场地大气降水及周围生活用水均沿地面排至场区外。地下水：该项目所处地表径流，排泄条件好。根据场地各岩土层性质分析：粉质粘土夹碎石层，可塑，为相对含水层，中风化泥岩层中存在裂隙水，水位一般较深，主要接受区域地下水体的侧向入渗补给及地表水的入渗补给，无统一水位，为脉状，水量很小。边坡重要性等级：一级；边坡设计使用年限：50年；变形控制
44、值：坑顶水平位移不大于30mm；周边地面及支护沉降变形不小于20mm，不均匀沉降满足规范要求。第二节 工程特点 本工程设计采用：1、拟建支护的东南侧会形成U形边坡。坡高在5米至17米之间；2、根据地质报告，边坡范围的粉质粘土夹碎石和强风化泥岩较厚。易发生坍塌。3、场地为一面斜坡，在BC段，形成的边坡坡顶荷载较大。所以：其支付形式对于BC、CD和DE段采用了桩锚支护体系；对于AB、EF段采用重力式挡土墙。地表水治理:在坡顶设置截水沟，汇集于市政管网。本段高边坡防护工程工程量巨大，施工工序复杂多样，涉及到多专业，多工种，平行交叉作业。并且多是在高边坡上作业，多为隐蔽性工程，施工场地布置，施工安全管
45、理、工程质量控制工作、施工前后工序组织安排等是本工程施工管理的关键。本工程直接影响到后续的安置房工程施工，必须加强施工组织，充分利用现有施工时空条件，尽早完成施工。第三章 施工组织机构第一节 机构的建立根据该工程的特点和重要性，本工程将由项目经理组建项目经理部并负责该工程的具体施工管理，对质量、工期、安全、成本及文明施工全面负责，各级施工管理人员在项目经理的直接指挥下，做到有计划的组织施工，确保工程质量、工期、成本、安全及文明施工等方面达到目标要求。项目经理部将结合该工程特点建立健全相关的岗位责任制，涉及工程的质量、安全及进度，要求每个现场管理人员要认真履行工作职责，不折不扣的完成施工任务，项
