39、本施工组织设计,严格按照设计文件和图纸会审纪要及相关规范、标准的要求进行编制。在组织机构、施工方案、质量控制、安全要求、人力资源、机械配备、材料调配、工期进度等方面统一部署,其内容涉及人工挖孔支护桩、锚索支护、重力式挡土墙、地面截排水沟及混凝土喷锚等。根据本工程的设计特点及功能使用要求,本着对人民生命安全负责、政府资金合理利用,对工程质量的终身负责,以“科学、经济、优质、高效、适用”为编制原则。认真负责,严谨求实的理性态度向建设单位提供关于资金利用、保证工程质量、缩短工期等方面以最优化建议达到交付满意工程的目的。本施工组织设计严格按照合同的规定和设计图纸、地质灾害治理施工规范的要求;保证重点、

40、统筹兼顾;根据施工现场的地质、地貌、水文、气候等实际情况,结合我项目的施工力量和管理模式,本着以机械为主,人工施工为辅的施工方法,科学组织,充分发挥我项目的优势,达合格工程,确保工程发挥抗阻山体、泥石流等地质灾害发挥重要作用的原则编制的。项目部对此次施工组织设计的编制,组织具有丰富山区,地质灾害治理施工经验的施工管理人员,在仔细研究图纸,了解设计意图的前提下,成立编制小组,集思广益、博采众长,思路敏锐,力求本方案切合工程实际、重点突出、具有针对性、呼应性和可操作性等特点,确保质量、工期能够顺利实现,同时保证良好的周边环境和施工环境,为政府及公司在当地人民群众中建立良好的社会形象。第二节 编制依

43、人工坡岩体主要成份为泥岩层,具有易风化剥落特性,在外界的影响下,边坡有局部的坍塌的可能性。小区建成后,该区域内属人口活动频繁,一旦所形成的人工切坡失稳,将对区域内过往车辆行人的生命财产安全构成较大的威胁,后果将不堪设想。地表水:该项目各拟建支护所处场地内无地表水体存在,场地大气降水及周围生活用水均沿地面排至场区外。地下水:该项目所处地表径流,排泄条件好。根据场地各岩土层性质分析:粉质粘土夹碎石层,可塑,为相对含水层,中风化泥岩层中存在裂隙水,水位一般较深,主要接受区域地下水体的侧向入渗补给及地表水的入渗补给,无统一水位,为脉状,水量很小。边坡重要性等级:一级;边坡设计使用年限:50年;变形控制

44、值:坑顶水平位移不大于30mm;周边地面及支护沉降变形不小于20mm,不均匀沉降满足规范要求。第二节 工程特点 本工程设计采用:1、拟建支护的东南侧会形成U形边坡。坡高在5米至17米之间;2、根据地质报告,边坡范围的粉质粘土夹碎石和强风化泥岩较厚。易发生坍塌。3、场地为一面斜坡,在BC段,形成的边坡坡顶荷载较大。所以:其支付形式对于BC、CD和DE段采用了桩锚支护体系;对于AB、EF段采用重力式挡土墙。地表水治理:在坡顶设置截水沟,汇集于市政管网。本段高边坡防护工程工程量巨大,施工工序复杂多样,涉及到多专业,多工种,平行交叉作业。并且多是在高边坡上作业,多为隐蔽性工程,施工场地布置,施工安全管

45、理、工程质量控制工作、施工前后工序组织安排等是本工程施工管理的关键。本工程直接影响到后续的安置房工程施工,必须加强施工组织,充分利用现有施工时空条件,尽早完成施工。第三章 施工组织机构第一节 机构的建立根据该工程的特点和重要性,本工程将由项目经理组建项目经理部并负责该工程的具体施工管理,对质量、工期、安全、成本及文明施工全面负责,各级施工管理人员在项目经理的直接指挥下,做到有计划的组织施工,确保工程质量、工期、成本、安全及文明施工等方面达到目标要求。项目经理部将结合该工程特点建立健全相关的岗位责任制,涉及工程的质量、安全及进度,要求每个现场管理人员要认真履行工作职责,不折不扣的完成施工任务,项
