27、的有关技术标准、设计规范、规程等。（3）现场踏勘调查资料。（4）本单位现有的技术能力、机械设备、施工管理水平及多年来参与高速公路建设所积累的施工经验。适用范围：现浇预应力砼变截面连续箱梁（70+116+70）m施工。二、工程概况在本合同段第6联为变截面预应力砼整幅悬灌连续梁，连续梁处于直线段上。桥跨配置为（70+116+70）m悬灌连续梁，主墩21#里程为K10+583.7，主墩22#里程为K10+699.7。梁体为单箱双室，变高度、变截面结构。直腹板，箱梁顶宽22.25m，箱梁底板宽度14.25m，两翼悬臂长4m。箱梁根部断面梁高7m，跨中和边跨现浇段梁高2.9m，箱梁梁高及底板尺寸均以1.
28、8次抛物线变化。预应力连续箱梁混凝土强度等级为C55；压浆采用真空压浆，水泥强度与梁体砼等强度，浆内掺入阻锈剂；封锚采用强度等级为C55砼。预应力筋采用直径15.20mm的高强度低松弛钢绞线，抗拉标准强度Rby=1860Mpa，单根面积140mm2，弹性模量195000Mpa。纵向预应力锚固体系采用自锚式拉丝体系，张拉采用与之配套的机具设备；管道采用塑料波纹管。横向预应力锚固体系采用BM15-3(P)锚具及配套的支承垫板；管道形成采用5522mm扁形塑料波纹管成孔。竖向预应力筋采用32mm高强精轧螺纹钢筋，型号为JL32mm，锚固体系采用YGM-32型锚具，管道形成采用内径50mm钢管成孔。三

42、螺栓位置，并检查其孔径大小与深度；然后吊装支座，准确对准设计位置、精确调整标高后，将支座临时固定，用环氧砂浆把支座下缝隙和螺栓孔浇筑密实。安装前将支座上下各对应件纵横向对中。支座中心线与主梁中心线平行或重合。支座安装完成后，解开支座临时锁定，检查支座外露钢件在运输、贮存、安装过程中油漆是否碰掉，并对碰掉部分涂装，安装防尘设施。（3）、临时支座设置桥墩布置4个临时支座，支座用C50砼块与32的精轧螺纹钢组成，双向不平衡弯矩和竖向力由4个临时支座共同承担，假定梁底刚性则临时支座可看成一个整体，作为偏心受压构件；每个临时支座的尺寸为0.840.6m,精轧螺纹长度为3.2m，底部埋入桥墩1.3m，顶部
43、伸出内箱砼顶面30cm,具体尺寸见图。（支座的稳定性验算见附1计算书） （4）、临时支架搭设及预压（支架验算见附1计算书）临时支座已经能够满足施工过程中的各种强度、刚度及稳定性要求。在本工程中支架采用轮扣式支架。轮扣钢管搭设满堂支架施工，布置方式为腹板区立杆纵距la=0.3m，立杆横距lb=0.3m;箱室区立杆纵距la=0.6m,立杆横距lb=0.6m;翼板区立杆纵距la=0.9m,立杆横距lb=0.6m；立杆步距为1.2m。立杆顶部设2层方木：1515cm方木、1010cm方木；1515cm方木横桥向布置，布置间距为60cm,腹板加强区为30cm; 1010cm方木布置间距为20cm。外模采用定型钢模，底模采用15mm厚胶合板。 0#块支架布置图支架搭设完毕后采用预压块堆载法对支架进行预压，以消除地基和支架的非弹性变形，预压最大荷载取支架顶箱梁自
