22、施工技术方案-一、目的本方案是为沙龙水闸顺利施工而编制二、工程概况本工程修复堤段6km ，拆除重建水闸4 座，分别为二围1#闸、二围3#闸、三围1#闸、三围2#闸，封堵涵1座，实施桩号范围为LZ4013LZll+285 。钢便桥分布如下表：序号位置（中心桩号）名称便桥长度（m）便桥跨数(n)2LZ9+358三围1#水闸1514LZ10+670三围2#水闸151合计302三、设计总体方案根据钢便桥的设计标准和使用功能，确定设计最大荷载为能通行总重50吨的运土车，实际施工时考虑1.2倍的安全系数，作用在运梁车单轴上的最大荷载接近60吨，因此按照钢便桥承重60吨来设计钢便桥的结构形式。结构形式如下：
23、1、钢便桥采用321型贝雷梁钢结构，每跨跨度5.0m，桥面宽4.5米。2、桥墩基础采用500mm钢管桩（=10mm），每墩4根，钢管桩中心间距4.0m，入土深度13m，打桩时严格控制桩身垂直度，确保钢管桩的施工质量。3、钢管桩顶面横向连接采用4.5m长度25槽钢进行架设，架设完毕之后钢管桩顶面与25槽钢之间用加劲板焊连进行固定，然后再在25槽钢上面架设贝雷梁。贝雷梁架设完成之后，再在贝雷梁上面铺设10mm厚的钢板。25槽钢五、 施工准备1、施工机械、仪器准备投入施工机械设备见下表:序号机械设备规格型号数量单位机械状况备注1履带吊30吨1辆良好2挖掘机PC2901台良好3汽吊车25T2辆良好4全

25、直接量距方法放出桥台和边墩位置，便桥主桥两侧桥台设在河堤之上，然后用全站仪确定方向，测量各桩墩距离定出各桩位，即可开始插打钢桩。3、钢管桩施工1）、钢管桩必须采用桩身无明显缺陷变形、焊缝饱满、接头良好、桩体顺直的钢桩。2）、将要打入的钢管桩运至河岸处，30吨履带和DZ90振动锤进场，于岸边就位打设钢管桩。在钢管桩打入之前，首先将振动锤吊起进行试机，确认无误后方可进行桩的施工。3）、在桩头上用 2cm 钢板通过直径线焊成夹板以便震动锤夹头夹吊。用履带吊起震动锤，液压夹头夹住夹板，缓缓提升卷扬和震动锤将钢桩提起，完全离地后用绳索拉住桩脚，就位到桩位处，调整桩身保证纵横方向垂直，用全站仪架设在不同的
26、角度，校正控制桩的垂直度，并保持锤、桩帽与桩在同一纵轴上。对准桩位落下钢桩，并再次检查垂直度和平面位置合格后开动震动锤将桩打入土中。钢管桩单根长度为13m，顶端达到水面上约3m5m，需要接桩时根据高程进行接桩处理。4）、施工前先测出水面高程，计算钢桩出水高度，在桩身相应位置作出标记，打到水面标记处即可停止插打，此时桩顶标高即与设计一致。 管桩接长时必须先将接头切割整齐，保证接口对接完好，然后周边满焊，焊缝宽度不小于 10mm，并在焊缝处四周加贴 6 片钢钣骑缝焊接在接头处，保证接头整体性和受力。同排钢桩插打完成后随即焊接20 剪刀撑将各桩连接成整体，保证横向及纵向稳定并防止出现不均匀下沉。各支
27、撑型钢与钢桩连接处采用满焊，必须确保焊缝质量。 5）、桩帽与桩接触的表面须平整，与桩身在同一直线上，以免打桩时产生偏斜。下沉过程中随时控制管桩的垂直度，如出现倾斜及时进行纠偏。沉桩过程做好沉桩施工记录，至接近要求时，观测入土深度，并做好记录至达到要求为止，然后移动桩机至下一桩位置。3、桩顶横梁安装打桩完成后，调整钢管桩顶面标高，低于设计标高的接桩，高于设计标高的割除至设计高度，钢管桩顶面布置双拼25a槽钢的分配梁，长度为4.5m，两根槽钢对拼后上下翼缘板面每隔2m采用钢缀板焊连，加强整体性和抗弯能力，吊装到位，两侧与钢管焊接。桩顶至水面范围内，用16槽钢将钢管桩横向焊接，连成整体。4、贝雷梁安
28、装贝雷主梁在桥头空旷场地内拼装，下面垫枕木，用吊车将贝雷逐片吊 起，用桁架销子相互连接接长。用支撑架螺栓将竖向支撑架、水平上下支撑架和贝雷连成整体，每节贝雷接头位置安装各类支撑架各一片。为保证梁的刚度，贝雷、水平支撑架之间采用接头错位连接，这样可减少由于桁架接头变形产生的 主梁位移。连接桁架的所有螺栓螺帽必须拧紧，桁架销子穿到位后必须插好保险销。主梁连成整体、长度达到施工长度后便可进行吊装，贝雷梁逐孔吊装，横向采用支撑架固定，贝雷梁节点应布置在桩顶位置，确保节点受力合理。贝雷梁横向间距为90cm，中间部分每隔3m用四孔支撑架联结，确保结构整体稳定。5、顶层分配梁及桥面施工贝雷梁上设置I16工字
29、钢做横向分配梁，吊车吊装铺设，每隔0.3m布置一道，分配梁与贝雷梁之间采用夹具连接，安装过程中确保工字钢顶面平整；顶层分配梁上满铺8mm厚的压花钢板；钢便桥两侧设置栏杆，护栏采用48*3.5mm钢管，焊接固定在外缘的工字钢上，钢管横向采用三道角钢纵向焊连。6、钢便桥使用及维护 、钢便桥的使用管理 1、为保证便桥承载安全，严防于施工无关汽车上桥，便桥两头设置限载牌，限载 60t，限速 10km/h。2、全桥需 24 小时专人看护，保证限载、限速的严格执行及桥身、关卡安全；每天有专人检查，检查桥面情况和结构情况。3、阴雨天气做好防滑措施。4、根据桥面情况和施工时车辆通过情况，制定相应的桥面维护。七
30、、钢便桥拆除钢便桥拆除步骤：先拆除桥面附属结构及桥面板；解除主梁结构约束；按架设方法拖移主梁结构，边拖移边拆除；完成主梁拆除后，采用吊机辅助振动锤就河岸拆除钢管桩基础；同时采用挖机破除完成桥台拆除工作。八、质量保证措施按照创优目标的质量要求,针对本工程的重要性，将质量管理放在首位，确立三级检查制度,不经过验收的工序不能投入下道工序施工，对检查不合格的工序要采取有效措施整改；施工技术人员要认真熟悉施工图纸，正确贯彻按图纸施工的原则，同时必须组织各方会审图纸，并做好图纸会审记要，认真做好技术交底工作，主要技术问题应由项目总工程师及项目技术负责人组织交底，并有书面记录。具体质量保证程序详见为此制定以
31、下质量保证措施:1、工程施工前，按照施工图纸、规范等编制实施性施工组织设计，经监理单位审查批复后实施。 2、严格按照国家颁布的施工验收规范、操作规程和工程质量检查评 定标准指导施工，并结合实际建立保证质量的各项管理制度和管理办法， 坚持执行“三个百分之百”的技术管理制度。技术必须交底，特别是在施 工前要详细进行技术交底，把施工要点、质量标准通过各种形式写出来， 做到人人心中有数。 3、钢便桥的主管工程师要根据施工任务和质量要求， 制定相应的工作计划，做好各项工程衔接，认真检查各道工序的施工质量， 对施工中每道工序，按技术标准的要求检验合格后，经监理工程师或业主 代表鉴认方可进行下道工序施工，同
32、时对工程质量及施工进度进行严格管 理，使整个工程施工处于受控状态。 4、把握好各工序中施工过程的质量检验关，对进场的钢结构材料按 要求认真检查验收，符合规范要求后再报驻地监理检验。认真做好原材料 的检查试验。 5、根据施工任务需要配置足够的、能满足使用要求与测试精度的各 种设备、工具、卡具、仪器、仪表、计量器具。现场所用计量器具必须经 过国家认可的有关部门与单位检定，并在检定合格证的有效期内使用。 6、严格把好原材料进场关，不合格材料不准验收，保证使用的材料 全部符合有关规范、规定的要求。7、钢管桩双向应加剪力撑，加固单桩的稳定性。控制钢管桩的垂直度。九、安全保证措施1、落实安全责任，实施责任
33、管理根据“全员管理、安全第一”的原则，建立各级人员安全生产责任制，明确规定各级领导、职能部门、工程技术人员和生产工人在施工生产中的安全责任。施工安全制度主要有：安全生产责任制度、安全生产教育制度、安全检查制度、安全技术措施制度、安全交底制度、事故分析和处理制度等。安全检查制度：建立日常检查制度和每月例行检查制度。安全责任制度：对所有人员进行安全责任分解，建立岗位安全责任制。安全教育制度：定期进行安全知识教育和思想教育。安全审查制度：对重要施工项目的施工方案进行安全审查，组织相关专业技术进行评审。安全事故报告制度：发生安全质量事故后，负伤者或事故现场有关人员应当立即向指挥部领导汇报，指挥部领导在
34、接到重伤、死亡或或重大死亡事故报告后，立即报告给企业主管部门、建设单位、监理单位和所在地的劳动部门、公安部门、人民检察院、工会。同时迅速采取必要措施抢救人员和财产，防止事故扩大。作业安全细则:对各种工程项目制定详细的安全工作细则,作为安全管理制度执行。2、建立健全安全保证体系实行项目经理部工程队施工班组三级安全管理体系。项目经理部设立安全管理小组，由主管生产的项目经理任组长，工地设立专职安全员，班组设兼职安全员，从而形成一个健全的安全保证体系，详见安全保证体系框图。3、强化安全管理与训练进行安全教育与训练，增强人的安全生产意识，提高安全生产知识，有效防止人的不安全行为，减少人的失误。安全教育包
