14、国建筑西北设计研究院有限公司勘察单位：机械工业勘察设计研究院监理单位：上海海达工程建设咨询有限公司施工单位：陕西隆岳地基基础工程有限公司2、 设计概况： 本工程曲江龙邸A区3#楼建筑总面积为 22728.34（地上21296.64、地下1431.7） ，地下一层，包含人防工程，地上十八层，建筑总高度为54.45m。建筑使用设计年限为50年。建筑工程等级为一级，抗震设防烈度为八度，结构安全等级为二级，地基基础等级为乙级。 本工程桩基场地为IIIII级自重湿陷性黄土场地，为消除场地湿陷性，桩基采用DDC工法（孔内强夯）、CFG桩进行地基处理。本工程DDC桩为3026根，试桩三组，一组14根桩，桩长
15、设计为17.82米，桩径为400，经处理后地基承载力特征值：高层主楼下fak200kpa。CFG桩共790根，试桩共三组，一组七根桩，桩长设计为17.52米，桩径为400，桩身混凝土强度等级为C30，经处理后复合地基承载力fak450kpa，单桩承载力特征值为650KN。3、 工期要求： 本工程DDC桩从2013年12月2日至2014年3月22日，CFG桩从2014年3月27日至2013年4月15日。二、评估依据1、监理合同、施工承包合同；2、经设计审图机构通过的设计图纸、设计变更、技术核定单；3、经总监审批的施工组织设计、监理规划、监理实施细则；4、建筑地基处理规范JGJ79-2002；5、
16、建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准（GB50300-2011）；6、混凝土结构工程施工工质量验收规范（GB50204-2002,2011版）；7、建筑基桩技术规范（JGJ94-2008）；8、建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范（GB50202-2002）；9、地基与基础工程施工工艺标准（ZJQ00-SG-008-2003）； 10、国家强制性条文（2002版）及有关规范、标准、图集； 11、建筑基桩检测技术规范JGJ106-2003； 12、湿陷性黄土地区建筑规范GB50025-2004；13、强度评定标准 GB-T50107-2010 ； 14、桩基低应变及静荷载检测报告。三、工程质量情况3.1 实
17、施监理工作情况1、按监理合同，本工程成立了现场监理机构，实施工程施工全过程的质量跟踪检查和动态控制，与建设方、施工方共同建立较完整的工程施工质量管理系统和工程质量管理制度，主要表现为：2、岗位明确、人员到位、职责清楚。3、制度较齐，有每周工程例会，施工计划、周计划、安全文明检查。为控制好各项施工质量，在监理规划、施工组织设计的基础上，细化了各专项施工方案和监理细则，强化施工员、质量员、监理三级检查、签字验收制度。4、明确并强调在施工中，按GB 502042011施工章节的相关强制性条款要求执行。3.2 施工监理过程在施工过程中，着重把好事前控制点，严格控制事中检查，及时发现问题，认真做好事后问
18、题解决方法和处理措施。1、着重事前控制对施工单位资质审查，特种作业人员岗位资格审查，施工组织设计与专项施工方案的审查，设计交底，设备、测量仪器年检情况检查，工程控制点的设置，对材料坚持先取样检验，合格后再投入使用，对无质保书或检测不合格的材料坚决退回。2、严格事中控制监理加强现场巡检和旁站是实施事中控制的主要手段，也是执行强制性规范标准的主要手段。为此在施工监理过程中坚持关键部位进行旁站，其它部位加强巡视检查。 3、认真做好事后控制切实解决事后问题方法和措施。通过上述三个控制过程，我们认为本工程地基基础工程施工过程中原材料合格，施工规范，管理完善。3.3 试验资料总述1、在监理过程中归档资料、

20、量检查情况3.4.1 验槽及测量复线1、基坑开挖后组织了建设、勘测、设计、施工、监理五方验收，符合设计要求。2、测量用的坐标位置，基点相关数据，均符合要求。 控制轴线及定位轴线、标高，经验收均为合格，符合设计要求。四、 检验批、分项、子分部工程评价：1、 DDC桩复合地基试验结果:荷载试验结果表明：10个试验点在加荷至400KPa时，载荷试验均未达到破坏，停止加载，对应的沉降量分别为12.466，12.477，13.796，12.580mm,各试验点的极限承载力均大于400KPa,取k=2,则DDC桩复合地基承载力特征值均可取200KPa。2、 CFG桩单桩竖向抗压静载试验结果：7根静载试验桩
21、在加荷载至1300KN时，载荷试验均未达到破坏，停止加载，对应的沉降量分别为12.123，12.233，12.831，13.347mm,各试验点的极限承载力均可取1300KN，取k=2,则该工程单桩竖向抗压承载力特征值均可取650KN。3、 探井取样结果表明： 桩体素土压实系数满足设计要求。 桩间土平均挤密系数满足设计要求。 桩间土湿陷型完全消除。 4、开挖后对桩的实际标高和平面轴线位置进行测量，误差均在允许范围内。五、工程质量评估意见： 根据GB50300-2011中第五章节建筑工程质量验收的规定要求对本桩基工程进行评估： 质量控制资料经检查基本齐全、真实、有效。 分项工程所含的检验批质量均
