40、记录。9.投入的施工管理、专业技术人员及机械设备等资源。10.集团公司近年来铁路施工经验、施工工法、科技成果。第二节 编制范围本实施性施工组织设计适用于新建沪昆客运专线贵州段CKGZTJ-9标段D1K838+418.800孔马塘中桥。第三节 设计概况孔马塘中桥全长110.652m，0#台台尾里程DK838+363.474，3#台台尾里程DK838+474.126，桥跨布置为332m。桩基采用钻孔灌注桩，钢筋混凝土承台，圆端形实体桥墩，桥台为矩形空心桥台。桥梁上部结构形式采用32m预应力混凝土简支箱梁。孔马塘中桥地震动峰值加速度为0.05g，地震动反应谱特征周期为0.35s，为六度震区，设置防震

41、落梁措施。孔马塘中桥位于曲线上，梁部按平分中失布置。孔马塘中桥简支梁梁部采用预制架设。孔马塘中桥钻孔柱桩基础施工完成后，根据客运专线铁路桥涵工程施工技术指南TZ213-2005要求，按柱桩总数的3%5%钻芯取样检查桩底沉碴厚度。第二章 工程概况第一节 线路概况孔马塘中桥位于安顺市镇宁县扁担山乡坡桑村。位于R=7000m的左偏圆曲线上，纵向坡度3。起点接区间路基（D1K838+310D1K838+363.474），终点接区间路基（D1K838+474.126D1K838+685.245），桥梁旁边有约8000m的池塘，距离本桥约20m。第二节 主要技术标准1.铁路等级：客运专线；2.正线数目：双

43、主要为荒地、荒坡等。第五节 工程特点1.本桥地质钻探未揭示岩溶发育，但地表调查见浅表溶沟、溶槽发育。岩溶存在对桩基施工影响较大。2. 工程实体沉降要求高无砟轨道的高平顺性和均匀一致性的特点对桥等线下工程提出了严格的工后沉降、差异沉降及结构变形的要求。墩台均匀沉降量：无砟桥面桥梁20mm；工程实体沉降要求高。3. 穿越水土流失敏感区，施工对环境的影响较大，环境保护和水土保持的技术措施要求比较高。第六节 控制工程及重难点工程本桥不属于控制性工程，本桥的重、难点工程为桩基施工。第三章 建设项目所在地区特征第一节 自然特征1.地形、地貌本桥所处地区属云贵高原剥蚀-溶蚀低中山、低山丘陵地貌，地形起伏较大

44、。2.工程地质及水文地质2.1地层岩性本桥地层出露较为完全，岩性以灰岩、白云岩等可溶岩为主，相间分布泥岩、白云质灰岩。2.2地质构造本桥区域范围内地质构造复杂，构造线密集，断层发育，以近SN和NE向断层为主。2.3水文地质特征本桥跨越孔马塘河，属于地表降水补充型河流，水量较小。3.不良地质及特殊岩土本桥范围不良地质主要有岩溶，无特殊岩土。4.地震动参数为六度地震区，地震动峰值加速度0.05g。5.气象特征所处地区属亚热带湿润季风气候，气温及降雨等各地虽有差异，但变幅不大。总的特点是：冬无严寒，夏无酷暑，气候温和，雨量充沛，阴雨天多，四季不甚分明。年平均气温1416，极端最高气温一般为3437，

45、年平均降雨量12001500mm，510月份为雨季，占年降雨量的80%。第二节 交通运输情况各级公路以及纵横交错的县、乡公路为本桥的材料运输提供了较为便利的施工条件。本桥所在地距离公路较远，460县道从扁担山乡到工地路段路况较差，交通运输条件较差。需重新按照业主大临便道建设标准进行整修后可满足车辆通行要求。第三节 沿线水源、电源，燃料等可资利用的情况油料：施工所需的大量油料可从关岭县购买，可满足工程油料需求。电力：电网分布情况较好，沿线覆盖有35kv和10kv电力线路。在0#台处引入。水源：桥位处水源充足，抽取附近水塘用水，经检验满足混凝土施工要求。通讯：采用移动电话和程控电话相结合方式。驻地

46、接入宽带进行网上信息的传送。第四节 当地建筑材料的分布情况砂、石料：选用的蔡家凹砂石厂位于关岭县，距本桥工地50km,日生产能力8001200m3。粉煤灰：经指挥部统一招标后选用的安顺电厂粉煤灰，距工地65km。第五节 其他与施工相关情况1.地区卫生防疫情况本桥所处镇宁县扁担山乡坡桑村无区域性地方疾病。地方各级卫生防疫系统健全，防治措施行之有效。目前无典型的地方流行病。2.民风民俗沿线穿越苗族、布依族等少数民族聚居地区，工程建设期间熟悉少数民族地区民风民俗，尊重少数民族宗教信仰、风俗习惯和语言文字，遵守乡规民约，正确处理与少数民族的关系，做到平等待人、和睦共处，把握和谐、平等、团结三要素，构建

47、民族路、和谐路。3.土地利用现状土地利用类型主要为荒地。4.国家重点保护动植物本桥所在区域无国家重点保护动物。5.水土流失现状本桥水土流失以水力侵蚀为主，位于贵州省水土流失重点监督区。第四章 总体施工组织安排第一节 建设总体目标建设总体目标见表4-1-1。表4-1-1 施工总体目标表序号项目内 容1质量目标符合国家和铁道部有关标准、规范、规程及设计文件要求，按照验收标准，检验批、分项、分部工程施工质量检验合格率达到100%，单位工程一次验收合格率100%，主体工程质量零缺陷。在合理使用和正常维护条件下，桥梁的施工质量保证不少于100年设计使用寿命期内正常使用。2安全目标杜绝生产安全特别重大事故和重大事故，遏制较大生产安全事故，减少一般生产安全事故；杜绝因建设引起的特别重大和重大铁路交通事故，遏制因建设引起的较大铁路交通事故，减少因建设引起的一般铁路交通事故。3工期目标本桥计划于2010年12月2日开工，计划于2011年05月28日竣工，总工期为6个月。4环保目标环境、水体得到有效保护，与社会和谐相容，努力建设资源节约型和环境友好型的干线铁路，达到无集体投诉事件，环境监控达标，环境保护与水土保持设施与主体工程“同时
