15、,均设5层地下室。根据总平图及基础开挖设计图,本工程0.00绝对标高为499.85,场地坑边地坪标高约499.35,地下室大底板开挖底标高-24.50(绝对标高475.35)。支护深度约在坑边地坪下24m。1.2编制依据建筑基坑支护技术规范(JGJ120-99);建筑地基基础设计规范(GB50007-2002);成都地区建筑地基基础设计规范(DB51/T5026-2001);工程测量规范(GB50026-2007);建筑变形测量规范(JGJ8-2007);建筑基坑工程监测技术规范(GB 50497-2009)(以下简称规范)建筑边坡工程技术规范(GB50330-2002)建筑桩基技术规范(JG

16、J112-87)膨胀土地区建筑技术规范(GBJ112-87)工程建设标准强度性条文高层建筑建筑施工手册建筑施工安全检查标准(JGJ59-99)甲方提供的总平图和基坑支护平面布置图1.3监测目的在基坑开挖的施工过程中,基坑内外的土体将由原来的静止土压力状态向被动和主动土压力状态转变,应力状态的改变引起土体的变形,即使采取了支护措施,一定数量的变形总是难以避免的。这些变形包括:周边建筑(构筑)物、地面以及管线的沉降和位移;基坑支护结构的沉降和位移;周边土体的位移等。无论哪种位移的量超出了容许的范围,都将对基坑支护结构和周围结构与管线造成危害。因此,在基坑施工过程中,只有对基坑支护结构、周边土体以及

17、相邻建筑物进行综合、系统的监测,才能对工程情况有全面的了解,确保工程的顺利进行,对基坑施工过程进行监测的目的如下: 根据现场监测数据与设计值(或预测值)进行比较,如超过某个限值,就采取工程措施,防止支护结构破坏和环境事故的发生。保证支护结构和相邻建筑物的安全;验证支护结构设计,指导基坑开挖和支护结构的施工;总结工程经验,为完善设计分析提供依据。我司根据设计文件的技术要求和相关规范的要求,并结合现场实际情况,编制本专项监测方案。1.4监测项目根据相关要求,确定本项工程监测内容如下: 基坑变形监测; 沉降观测;2.监测技术方案2.1基坑水平位移监测2.1.1布点方案拟在现场布设3个平面基准点。基准

18、点的布设位置根据现场实际情况而定,布设位置考虑选在基坑变形影响区以外、不受施工破坏的稳固地方,并且便于联测。监测基准点布置在牢靠、通视条件好,同时又尽量处于比较隐蔽,人员车辆不会经过的地方,以利于基准点的保护。基坑土方开挖施工前对所有基准点监测两次,以保证观测的正确性。根据相关规范和本工程实际情况,在基坑边上共布设35个变形监测点。点位布置详见基坑变形监测点平面布置平面图。2.1.2仪器选择及观测方法本工程主要采用极坐标法进行水平位移观测,即:在工作基点上安置全站仪,用四测回测定观测点的水平角度及水平距离,可计算出观测点的坐标值,与上期观测值进行比较得出本次观测水平位移量,与其初始值进行比较计

19、算出累计水平位移量。坐标系统可采用平行于基坑边的坐标系统。本次监测中水平位移采用GTS-336N全站仪,主要技术指标为:望远镜放大倍数:30倍;测试距离(三棱镜):3.5km;测距精度:lmm+1ppm;测角精度:0.5。在监测过程中,为了保证数据的准确性,保证仪器固定、人员固定、监测方法和监测路线固定。2.1.3监测周期监测频率应按照成都市及相关规范、规程的要求,土方开挖深度5m以内,每两天观测一次,土方开挖深度5.0m10.0m期间每天观测一次,土方开挖深度10.0m至开挖到设计标高期间每天观测两次。地下室底板浇筑后7天内每天观测一次,浇筑714天内每三天观测一次,浇筑1428天内每五天观

20、测一次,28天后可每十天观测一次。若遇阴雨天气或出现异常情况时,应有效增加观测次数。2.1.4监测警戒值根据GB50497-2009,本工程为一级边坡,基坑报警值见下表:报警值监测项目累计报警值(mm)变化数率报警值(mm/d)备案基坑水平位移302-32.1.5提交资料监测数据在观测1日后及时提交基坑设计单位,便于设计单位分析整理,及时指导下一步施工。主要提交内容有:监测点及观测点平面布置图,水平位移观测图,水平位移观测成果表,技术报告4份。2.2建筑物沉降观测2.2.1布点方案基准点的布设位置根据现场实际情况而定,布设位置考虑选在基坑变形影响区以外、不受施工破坏的稳固地方,并且便于联测。监

21、测基准点布置在牢靠、通视条件好,同时又尽量处于比较隐蔽,人员车辆不会经过的地方,以利于基准点的保护。对所有基准点监测两次,以保证观测的正确性。建筑物监测点点位布设选择在建筑物拐角等能反映建筑物变形的敏感部位,地面监测点选择在对应基坑易变形的重点。每日对所有监测点进行巡视,发现有松动、毁坏等现象时,及时对点位进行重新布设,并立即重新测初始值。根据相关规范和本工程实际情况,共布设34个沉降观测点。点位布置详见沉降观测及基坑变形监测平面布置图。2.2.2仪器选择及观测方法沉降观测使用DS05平板测微仪精密电子水准仪及铟钢水准标尺进行沉降观测。仪器最小分辨率为0.1mm,仪器及标尺都在检验有效期内使用

22、,并在作业期间定期进行检查校正。每次观测都采取单路往返闭合法,从基准点起测,依次测出每个监测点的高程,并与上次观测高程及初始高程进行比较。为了保证观测的精度,在观测过程中保证观测人员固定、仪器及附属设备固定、安置的镜位固定、观测方法及程序固定。2.2.3监测周期每施工三层监测1次,工程封顶时观测1次,主体工程封顶后半年内观测2次,直至到达稳定停测标准为止(0.2mm/d)。2.2.4监测警戒值根据相关规范的规定及设计院的设计要求监测。2.2.5提交资料监测数据在观测1日后及时提交基坑设计单位,便于设计单位分析整理,及时指导下一步施工。主要提交内容有:沉降观测成果表,沉降观测点位分布图,v-t-

23、s(沉降速率、时间、沉降量)曲线图,沉降观测分析报告,控制点及监测点布置总平图。提交测试成果报告份数:4份。2.3锚杆内力监测2.3.1监测原理及方法通过锚索测力计监测预应力锚索的拉力。锚索测力计的基本原理是在承压筒体上安装高稳定性、灵敏度的应变弦式传感器或应力传感器,一般认为技术成熟的弦式传感器具有比应变片更好的零点稳定性以及更强的抗干扰能力,同时其信号输出是频率而不是电压,频率信号能够长距离传输而不会由于电缆电阻,接触电阻变化引起明显的衰减等特点。本次监测采用的是三弦式锚索测力计。测力计出厂之前,由厂家提供传感器的标定曲线。图1为MXR-1020锚索测力计示意图。通过监测锚索测力计振动频率

24、的变化,经过计算得到锚索中的拉力。锚索测力计在锚索施工完成,锚索张拉时进行安装,传感器位于锚具和垫板之间,固定在预应力锚索锚固板的下部。图1安装在锚头下的锚索测力计 MXR-1020锚索测力计的主要参数如下: 测量范围: 1000kN 分辨力: 0.08%F.S 综合误差: 2.0%F.S 工作温度:-25+602.3.2监测数量及频次按招标文件要求对6根桩进行锚索内力监测,每个拟测的预应力锚索在锚头位置布置1个锚索测力计。根据招标文件,基坑安全等级为一级,基坑允许暴露时间约12个月(从基坑开挖、支护完成后计算)。本工程基坑监测周期按预计150天(其中基坑工程施工工期150天,至土方回填完毕预

27、形及对周围环境的影响程度。监测仪器确保是正规厂家的合格产品,并定期校核、标定。测点埋设达到设计要求的质量。并做到位置准确,安全稳固,设立醒目的保护标志。保证监测人员的相对固定,保证数据资料的连续性。制定监测、保护措施,做好监测控制点,并记录原始数据备案。监测数据均现场检查、室内复核后方可上报;如发现监测数据异常,立即复测,并检查监测仪器、方法及计算过程,确认无误后,立即上报给甲方、监理及单位主管,以便采取措施。4.应急预案1、根据基坑监测设计,当监测值达到或超过监控值时,应加密观测次数,同时启动下列抢险预案:暂停护壁及土石方开挖施工,并快速查明监测值超过监控值的原因。针对基坑变形过大的具体原因

28、及时采用增加锚索预应力、土石方回填反压等单项或综合措施进行抢险。2、如果在施工过程中由于地震、洪水等因素导致基坑垮塌时,拟采取以下抢险措施:突发灾害后,应立即组织成立抢险领导小组,并上报有关组织部门和相关领导。临时设立警戒线,禁止非相关人员和财产进入灾害危险区域。成立临时治安纠察队,维护社会治安和公共财务安全,防止有人乘机偷盗、哄抢公共财物,避免发生社会不稳定因素。根据实际情况,加强临时排危措施,如疏导地表水,卸坡减载、坡脚反压、临时支撑等排危措施。现场安排一辆汽车待命,一旦出现人员伤亡事故,项目部将以最快的速度将伤员送至距离现场最近的医院进行抢救。3、遇到暴雨季节及地下水位涨落大、地质情况复
