46、，以防止噪声污染。六、 工程背景1、 项目的背景及必要性 随着工业形势的迅猛发展，环保要求越来越高，该单位业务的拓展，进一步扩大再生产，企业按设计能力运转，相应的水处理设施规模、技术、工艺必须相配套建设。该公司以年生产氨基苯磺酸产品，每天排放化工废水300吨左右。在生产该产品过程中排出浓度极高的化工废水，如不经处理直接排放，势必严重危害当地生态系统，影响地下水质，破坏当地土壤，严重影响当地居民的身体健康。现在，环保法制越来越完善，环保要求越来越高，当地环保部门和企业领导高度重视这一问题，决心根治这股化工废水。为保护环境，造福人类，通过调研，现委托我公司对该化工废水处理项目进行方案设计，经处理后排入园区污水处理厂。 a、废水的处理量：每天排放300吨化工废水，造型工艺设备按每小时处理量12.5吨废水设计，即废水处理量Q=12.5m/h。b、废水的水质指标： 氨基苯磺酸废水 CODcr 5000mg/L BOD5 3500 mg/L SS 1500
