15、保温浆料的配制：先将3035kg的水倒入砂浆搅拌机内，再倒入一袋25kg的TL保温胶粉，搅拌5分钟后，再倒入180L聚苯颗粒继续搅拌3分钟，搅拌均匀后倒出浆料，浆料随拌随用，且应在2小时内用完。3TL抗裂砂浆的配制：TL抗裂砂浆:水=4:1（重量比），采用机械搅拌，搅拌5分钟至均匀，静置5分钟后再次搅拌即可使用，拌合好的砂浆应在2小时内用完。4TL柔性耐水腻子的配制：TL柔性耐水腻子粉水=41重量比，搅拌成均匀浆状三、构造要求1、界面剂作界面处理。2、3cm胶粉聚苯乙烯颗粒保温隔热层3、3-5mm抗裂防护层（抗裂砂浆、耐碱网格布）4、涂料饰面层（弹性耐水腻子、涂料）5、系统基本构造图：四、施工
16、工艺流程施工工艺：墙体基层处理涂刷界面砂浆抹灰饼、冲筋分层抹聚苯颗粒浆料分格条施工压铺玻纤网抹抗裂砂浆腻子施工涂料饰面验收五、施工技术要求1、施工要求及条件 基层墙体符合混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范（GB50204-2002）和砌体工程施工质量验收规范（GB50203-2002）的要求。 门窗框及墙体的各种进户管线、水落管支架、预埋管件等按设计安装完毕。 外墙脚手架或吊篮搭设安装牢靠，安全检查合格，外墙脚手架离墙距离适当。 施工时环境温度不应低于5，风力不得大于5级，严禁雨天施工，雨季施工应做好防雨措施；办好交接手续后即可进行施工。基层处理应符合要求：混凝土梁、柱、墙面应凿平、剔除凸块清除表
17、面浮渣、尘土、污垢、油迹、脱模剂、旧墙面的空鼓体及风化物等影响粘结的物质，且砼墙面应做拉毛处理。加气混凝土墙面应抹去鱼鳞状疏松面层，打磨平整，清扫干净。砖砌体表面应铲平，清除表面浮渣，尘土及污垢等。墙面平整度应符合要求，不平处应找平。2、施工方法a.界面砂浆施工加气混凝土墙，应提前1天浇水， 墙体表面一般用扫帚均匀甩界面砂浆在墙面,界面砂浆厚度为控制在12mm范围内为宜。界面砂浆施工完毕后未干燥时随即抹第一遍保温浆料。b. 胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料施工：吊垂直基准线，弹厚度控制线，按厚度控制线用胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料做标准厚度灰饼和冲筋。聚苯颗粒保温浆料保温层施工应分层涂抹，每层浆料厚度不宜超过20
18、，每层涂抹时间间隔不宜少于24小时。浆料保温层施工宜自上而下进行。最后一遍聚苯颗粒保温浆料施工时应达到贴饼的厚度，并用大杠搓平，使保温层面平整度达到要求。保温层固化干燥（一般37天）后，方可进行下一道工序的施工。c、做分格线条根据建筑物立面情况，分格缝宜分层设置，分块面积单边长度应不大于15m。 在保温施工完成后，根据设计要求弹出滴水槽控制线，用壁纸刀沿线划开设定的凹槽。用抗裂砂浆填满凹槽，将滴水槽嵌入凹槽中，与抗裂砂浆粘结牢固，收去两侧沿口浮浆，滴水槽应镶嵌牢固、水平。分格缝宽度不宜小于5cm，应采用现场成型法施工。具体做法是在保温层上开好分格缝槽，尺寸比设计需要宽8-10mm，深3-5mm
19、，在槽中嵌满抗裂砂浆，再铺衬网格布,并将滴水槽嵌入分格缝槽中,与聚合物砂浆粘结牢固。墙面上铺贴网格布时应在分格缝处搭接，网格布搭接时，应用上沿网格布压下沿网格布，搭接宽度不应小于10 cm。d.抗裂砂浆层施工待保温层施工完3-7天且施工质量验收之后，即可进行抗裂层施工。 抹抗裂砂浆时，总厚度应控制在3-5mm，抹完一定宽度应立即用铁抹子压入耐碱网格布，网布之间的搭接宽度不应小于50mm，先压入一侧，再抹一些抗裂砂浆，再压入另一侧，严禁干搭；阴角处耐碱网格布要压茬搭接，其宽度150mm。阳角处应压茬搭接，其宽度150mm。网格布贴时要平整，无褶皱，砂浆饱满程度应达到100%，同时应抹平，保持阴阳
20、角处的方正和垂直度。 首层墙体铺贴双层耐碱网格布，第一层网格布铺贴方法与上述方法相同，但应注意网布与网布之间采用对接方法。随即可进行第二层普通网布的铺贴工作。两层网格布之间抗裂砂浆应饱满、严禁干贴。在门窗洞口等处应沿45方向增贴一道加强网格布（200300mm）。e、刮柔性耐水腻子刮柔性耐水腻子应在抗裂保护层干燥后施工，应做到平整光洁。六、质量保证措施建立一个强有力的质量保证组织机构，定期开展质量统计分析，掌握工程质量动态。全面控制各分部分项工程质量，并严格执行相关的国家规范、标准，按施工图和设计要求进行施工。1建立由项目经理直接负责，技术负责人现场指导，质检员现场监督，班组自检，互检的质量保
21、证体系。2制定项目各级管理人员，施工人员质量管理责任制，签订质量管理合同。把每个工序，每个部位的施工质量要求，控制目标，分解到每个管理人员和操作人员。3建立全员质量意识，贯彻谁管生产，谁管质量，谁管施工，谁负责施工，谁负责质量，谁负责操作的原则，实行工程质量负责制制度。4制定项目质量管理奖惩条例，岗位职责与工资挂钩。5按图施工，做好技术交底，并履行签字手续对施工难点先做好样板，再全面展开。6施工过程中严格按施工工艺和质量要求进行，每分部分项工程完工后均应进行验收，不合格的坚决做到整改完善，并经复验达优良方可进行下道工序施工。7在施工过程中发现质量问题，应及时查找原因，对责任人进行教育处理，并及
22、时采取预防、纠正措施。8实行作业人员互检，自检，班组复检，项目部抽查的原则。各项指标均合格再报监理验收。9坚持班前教育，班后总结，强化员工质量意识。10选用优质施工机具，减少施工误差，提高施工质量。11杜绝不合格项进人下道工序。12做好隐蔽工程及中间验收工作，组织质量验收。七、安全文明保证措施1安全管理总体方针： 坚持安全第一，预防为主的方针，建立健全的安全保障体系，明确安全责任目标，对职工经常进行安全生产教育，定期开展安全生产培训，掌握一定的安全生产知识。2安全文明施工目标:不发生重大安全事故，控制小事故发生率为零。3安全生产管理体系： 为确保承诺的工程工期和安全文明施工生产目标的实现，将组
23、织所有的现场施工人员学习和掌握安全操作规程和有关安全生产条例，成立了以项目经理为首的安全生产管理小组。配备了专职安全员。建立了详细的安全管理体系：a.实行项目经理安全负责制：项目经理为安全第一责任人，对整个工程的安全全面的负责。b.施工负责人是安全直接责任人，在组织施工的同时也对整个工程的安全直接负责。c.专职安全员是安全直接责任人。主管整个工程的安全管理工作。对整个工程安全负责d.项目部经理、技术负责人、施工员必须是安全委员会成员，并对施工安全负责。e.认真贯彻执行国家及武汉有关安全生产法规，建筑施工安全规程等，同时结合本工程特点，制定安全生产制度和奖罚条例，并认真执行f.安全员每天深入施工
24、现场的每一个作业面巡视，对安全设备(脚手架，安全防护网等)安全防护设备，安全保护用品的使用，设备运行情况以及现场施工作业人员对安全规程的遵守情况进行检查和实施安全有效的监督。g.对各种施工机械的操作必须明确责任人，专机专人使用保管，操作人员必须持上岗证。h.施工前完成安全教育，安全教育一月组织一次。建立定期的安全检查，安全会议制度，及时消除隐患。i.特殊工种的作业人员必须取得劳动监察部门核发的安全操作合格证，坚持持证上岗。j.参与本项目的施工人员必须签订安全协议，并作出安全保证，现场施工人员要定期进行身体体检，进入施工现场之前要戴安全帽，高空作业人员必须系好安全带。k.施工现场所有电器设备的安
25、全、防护、操作与维护必须符合施工现场临时用电技术规范规定要求，有醒目的电气安全标志。保证有正确可靠的接地及接零保护措施。所有电缆、用电设备的安装、维修、拆除必须由专业电工完成。l.施工现场明确划分用火作业区、易燃可燃材料堆场、仓库、废品集中站和生活区城。并配备充足的灭火器材。m.积极参与业主及监理组织的安全检查活动，服从安全生产规定，团结一致，把工地安全工作搞好。n.严格遵守武汉市施工的有关规定，对建筑垃圾及时清理到指定地点堆放，并及时清运出场，保证施工场地的清洁和施工道路的畅通。o.严格按业主划定的临时围界，实行封闭式管理，临建布置整齐，有序、遵纪守法，文明施工。八、技术资料及工程验收1、施
26、工检测控制点基层处理：要求墙面清洗干净，无浮土，无油渍、空鼓及松动风化部分应剔掉，界面拉毛均匀，粘接牢靠。（2）聚苯颗粒保温浆料每遍的厚度控制（不大于20mm）与平整度控制：要求无空鼓、无开裂、无脱落、墙面平整、阴阳角、门窗洞口垂直、方正。（3）抗裂砂浆的厚度控制：抗裂砂浆层厚度为3-5mm，墙面无明显接茬、无明显抹痕、墙面平整、门窗洞口垂直、方正。2、主控项目：a.所有材料规格、质量、性能均应符合国家规范及相关行业标准。b.保温层的厚度及构造做法应符合建筑节能设计要求。c.保温层与基层墙体以及各构造层之间必须粘结牢固，无脱层、空鼓、裂缝、面层无粉化、起皮、爆灰等现象。3、一般项目：a.表面平
