14、位。2）.嵌固胶：在环氧树脂液中，加入胶重量30%的低分子聚酰胺树脂651胶液，将两者混均以后在室温和不超过1 00的条件下使用，要求有防水和耐老化性能。3）.玻璃纤维网格布：用在石材背衬材料。4）.防水胶泥：用于密封连接件。5）.防污染胶条：用于石材边缘防止污染。6）.不锈钢膨胀螺栓、不锈钢连接件、不锈钢锚固件、不锈钢螺栓、螺帽、螺垫必须符合现行有关规范标准。3.2 劳动力计划1）.劳动人数约为8人左右。2）.作业队伍需岗前培训，进行“三级”教育，安全技术交底和施工技术交底。3.3 施工机具计划1）.机械设备砂浆搅拌机和小型空气压缩机（1m3）。2）.主要工具无齿切割锯、台钻、冲击钻、手枪钻

16、）.具有审批的施工方案，并对作业人员进行“三级”安全教育，安全交底和施工技术交底。4）.外门窗已安装完毕，其质量符合规范标准。5）.先做样板,经各方验收合格后,方可进行大面积施工。6）.施工环境满足进场施工要求。6 施工操作工艺6.1 施工流程：验收石材搭设脚手架测量放线钻孔开槽底层石板安装上行石板安装密封填缝6.1.1施工总要求1）.验收石材要专人负责管理，安要求认真检查规格、型号是否正确，与料单是否相符，如发现颜色不一致的要单独码放，以便退还厂家。2）. 搭设脚手架宜搭设双脚手架。要求立杆离墙面净距不小于500mm，短横杆距墙面不小于300mm，架子与主体结构连接锚固牢固，架子上、下满铺脚
17、手板，外侧设安全防护网。3）. 测量放线：先将干挂花岗岩石板的墙面、柱模和门套用大线锤从上至下找出垂直。同时考虑石材厚度及石材内皮结构的间距，一般以68cm为宜。根据花岗岩的高、宽度进行布置，避免小块砖，然后标识弹线。4）. 钻孔开槽：安装花岗岩石板前先测量准确位置，然后再进行钻孔开槽，对于钢筋混凝土或砖墙面，先在石板的两端距孔中心80100mm处开槽钻孔，孔深2025mm，而后在墙面相对于开槽钻孔的位置钻直径810 mm的孔，将不锈钢膨胀管螺栓一端插入孔中固定，另一端挂好锚固件。对于刚筋混凝土柱、墙，由于内部配筋率高，钢筋面积大，在有些部位很难钻孔开槽，在测量弹线时，应该先在柱墙面上躲开钢筋
18、位置，然后标出钻孔位置，待钻孔及固定好膨胀管螺栓锚固件后，再在石板的相对应位置钻孔开槽。5）. 底层石板安装：安装底层花岗岩底层石板，应根据固定在墙面上的不锈钢锚固件位置进行安装。具体操作是将石板孔槽和锚固件固定销对位安置好，利用锚固件的长方形螺栓孔，调节石板的平整，用方尺找阴阳角方正，拉通线找石板上口平直，然后用锚固件将石板固定，并用嵌固胶将锚固件填堵固定。6）. 上行石板安装：先往下一行石伴的插销孔内注入嵌固胶，擦净残余胶液后，将上行花岗岩石板按照底石板的操作方法就位。检查安装质量，符合设计和规范要求后进行固定。7）. 密封填缝：宜采用陶瓷氏康宁封胶。待全部花岗岩石板挂贴完毕，进行表面清洁
19、和清除缝隙中的灰尘。先用直径810mm的泡沫塑料条填板内侧，留56mm深缝，在缝两侧的石板上，靠缝粘贴1015mm宽的塑料胶带以防打胶嵌缝时污染板面。然后用打胶枪填满封胶，若封胶污染板面，必须立即攃干净。最后揭掉胶带，清洁板面，打蜡抛光，达到质量标准后，拆除脚手架。7 质量标准和质量保证措施7.1 质量标准7.1.1 主控项目(1) 饰面板的品种、规格、颜色和性能应符合设计要求。(2) 饰面板孔、槽的数量、位置和尺寸应符合设计要求。(3) 饰面板安装工程的预埋件（或后埋件）、连接件的数量、规格、位置、连接方法和防腐处理必须符合设计要求。后埋件的现场拉拔强度必须符合设计要求。饰面板安装必须牢固。
20、7.1.2 一般项目(1) 饰面板表面应平整、洁净。色泽一致，无裂痕和缺损。石材表面应无泛碱等污染。(2) 饰面板嵌缝应密实、平直,宽度和深度应符合设计要求，嵌填材料色泽应一致。(3) 饰面板上的孔洞应套割吻合，边缘应整齐。(4) 饰面板安装的允许偏差和检验方法应符合如下规定：立面垂直度允许偏差:2mm；表面平整度允许偏差:2mm；阴阳角方正允许偏差:2mm；接缝直线度允许偏差:2mm；墙裙、勒脚上口直线度允许偏差:2mm；接缝高低差允许偏差:0.5mm；接缝宽度允许偏差:1mm。7.2 质量保证措施(1) 建立和健全质量保证体系，每道工序严格执行“三检”制度。应做到一次达优。(2) 加强作业
21、队伍施工技术交底和质量教育，提高施工队伍的质量意识。8 安全环保措施8.1 安全措施(1) 凡进场工人必须进行岗位安全三级教育，上岗前进行分项分部的安全技术交底，并办理签字手续。(2) 项目部建立安全检查制度，设立专职安全员，完善班前安全会。(3) 操作前，按有关操作规程检查脚手架搭设是否牢固，跳板有无腐蚀和探头板；凡不符合安全要求之处，应及时修理，经检查合格后，方可进行操作。(4) 严禁向四周抛杂物落地，以防伤人。(5) 电器机具有专人负责，电动机必须有安全可靠的接地装置，电器机具必须设置安全防护装置。(6) 现场临时用电线，不允许架设在钢管脚手上。(7) 加强作业队伍安全教育，提高其安全意
22、识，对施工中不安全行为及隐患立即整改方能继续施工。8.2 环保措施(1) 所用的石材应符合国家有关建筑装修装饰材料有害物质限量标准。当石材含有放射性物质时，应符合现行行业标准天然石材产品放射性防护分类控制标准（JC518）的规定。(2) 应对石材用密封胶的污染性能指标进行检测和复验。(3) 有毒的外加剂、胶粘剂、工业用盐等应在包装上标明标志或专设标志标明；应专人管理，设立收发手续，严防中毒。(4) 却割石材的临时用水，必须有完善的污水排放措施。(5) 对施工中噪音大的机具，尽量安排在白天及夜晚10点以前操作，严禁噪音扰民。9 文明施工的要求(1) 施工污水须经沉砂井处理后才能排除到指定地点。(
