22、底。、应做好工程所需材料的选择和相关检测、试验工作。、应配备满足工程需要的施工设备和仪器,并完成相应的检定工作。四、施工方法1.1喷射混凝土本隧道钢架锚(网)喷射混凝土设计参数见附表双线隧道复合式衬砌参考图(西成贰隧参03)和双线隧道下锚段复合式衬砌参考图(西成贰隧参04)。(1)施工方法喷射混凝土采用湿喷法,混凝土由洞外拌和站集中拌料,混凝土运输车运到工作面。喷射作业分段、分片、由下而上顺序进行。先初喷混凝土厚度35cm,等锚杆、钢筋网、钢架安装完后进行混凝土分层复喷作业,喷至设计厚度。喷射混凝土在终凝后,及时进行混凝土养护工作,可有效提高混凝土强度3%左右。前期准备施喷面的清理计量配料拌

26、M20强度的砂浆注浆,采用注浆机注浆,注浆压力符合设计要求;一般按单杆达到设计注浆量作为结束标准。当注浆压力达到设计终压不少于20分钟,进浆量仍达不到注浆终量时,亦可结束注浆,并保证锚杆孔浆液注满。最后在综合检查判定注浆质量合格后,安装垫板和螺帽。施工技术措施:锚杆插入前必须先用高压风清孔,锚杆必须装好锚头,边旋转边将锚杆送入眼孔,然后安装止浆塞、垫板、螺母;注浆压力控制在0.51.0Mpa,终压控制在22.5Mpa,并排除孔内气体确保孔内浆液饱满;安装前锚杆杆体除锈除油;锚杆布置形式按照设计参数(设计有1.21.5米、1.21.2米、1.21.0米三种形式按照围岩级别选用)布置,按要求定出锚

28、减少钢筋网振动,降低回弹。钢筋网喷混凝土保护层厚度不小于3cm。1.4钢架(格栅钢架、型钢钢架)1.4.1根据开挖方法和步骤分部分片安装,为了使左右侧支护上部拱架便于与下部连接,安装拱部钢架时在拱脚处垫上垫板,并根据设计要求每侧用2根22mm锁脚锚杆锁固并注不小于M20砂浆。安装好拱架后按设计施作注浆锚杆,将锚杆的尾部焊于拱架上。钢架与初喷混凝土之间尽量贴紧,如因开挖造成凹凸不平,并有较大间隙时,设置混凝土垫板或钢板,严禁用片石和木材填塞,保护层厚度不小于3cm;两排钢架间用22钢筋拉杆纵向连接牢固(型钢钢架见下图,格栅钢架纵向连接钢筋环向间距1m),以形成整体受力结构。型钢钢架纵向连接钢筋布

30、时,沿钢架两边对称焊接,防止变形。(2)严格焊前和焊缝检查:焊接材料均应附有质量说明书,并应符合设计文件的要求和国家标准规定。有锈蚀的钢材禁止使用,对轻微浮锈油污等应清除干净并对焊点进行防锈处理。焊制前对焊工进行试焊,并按照规范经考试合格后进行焊接等级评定。焊接前要复查组装质量和焊缝区应修整合格后才能施焊,焊接完毕后应清除熔砟和金属飞溅物;并要检查验收焊接质量,不允许出现漏焊和假焊等现象。(3)钢架加工后要进行试拼,其允许误差为:沿隧道周边轮廓误差为3cm。钢架由拱部、边墙各单元钢构件拼装而成,各单元用螺栓连接,螺栓孔眼中心间距公差不超过0.5 mm.钢架平放时,平面翘曲应小于2cm。1.4.
31、2.2钢架架设工艺要求:(1)为保证钢架置于稳固的地基上,施工中应在钢架基脚部位预留0.150.20m原地基,架立钢架时人工挖槽就位。(2)钢架平面应垂直于隧道中线,其倾斜度不大于2度。钢架的任何部位偏离铅垂面不应大于5cm。(3)钢架在安设过程中当钢架和初喷层之间存在较大间隙时应设垫块,钢架与初喷混凝土(或垫块)接触间距不应大于100 cm,每套垫块按照1号一块,2号二块(垫块参照双线隧道复合式衬砌图制作)计列。(4)为增强钢架的整体稳定性,将钢架与(定位)锚杆焊接在一起。各种钢架应设纵向设22mm连接钢筋,纵向连接钢筋的环向间距见参照双线隧道复合式衬砌图中各种钢架设计图。为确保钢架准确定位
32、,钢架架设前均需预先打设定位锚杆;锚杆一段与钢架焊接,另一端锚入围岩中并用砂浆锚固。(5)钢架架立后及时施作喷混凝土,将钢架覆盖;喷射混凝土应分层进行,每层厚度56cm左右,先从拱脚或墙脚向上喷射以防止上部喷射料虚掩拱脚(墙脚)而不密实,导致强度不够,造成拱(墙)脚失稳。1.4.4钢架安装允许偏差应符合下表要求:序号项目允许偏差1间距100mm2横向50mm3高程50mm4垂直度25保护层和表面覆盖层厚度-5mm2超前注浆小导管施工方法2.1超前小导管设计技术参数(1)超前小导管设计技术参数超前小导管规格:采用42mm的钢花管,42mm的钢花管壁厚3.5mm,单根长4 m,在钢管前端部钻注浆孔
33、,孔径10mm,孔间距15cm,呈梅花形布置,前端加工成锥形,尾部不钻孔长度不小于30cm,作为止浆段。小导管环向间距3050cm。钢管外插角采用1012为宜,可根据实际情况调整。注浆材料采用1:1(重量比)水灰比的水泥浆液,并根据现场确认调整;注浆压力为0.51.0MPa。相邻两排小导管搭接长度不小于100 cm。(2)超前锚杆设计技术参数超前锚杆规格:采用25中空锚杆,单根长3.5m,呈梅花形布置,锚杆环向间距4060cm。锚杆外插角采用1012为宜,可根据实际情况调整。注浆材料采用1:1(重量比)水灰比的水泥浆液,并根据现场确认调整;注浆压力为0.51.0MPa。相邻两排锚杆搭接长度不小
34、于100 cm.2.2超前小导管、超前锚杆施工质量控制点配合使用的型钢钢架或格栅钢架参见对应地段的支护设计图。为了保证小导管和锚杆的支护效果,减小小导管和锚杆的外插角,可在型钢腹部穿孔以便小导管和锚杆穿过,钢管尾部与钢架焊接固定。小导管和锚杆安设采用钻孔打入法,钻孔孔径比小导管外径大35mm,然后将小导管和锚杆穿过钢架,用锤击或钻机顶入,插入钻孔深度不小于小导管长度的90%,并用高压风将钢管内的砂石吹出。小导管和锚杆安设后,用塑胶泥封堵孔口及周围的裂隙,必要时在小导管和锚杆附近及工作面上喷射混凝土,以防止工作面坍塌。隧道的开挖长度应小于小导管的注浆长度,预留部分作为下一循环的止浆墙。2.3施工

36、施工。3.2质量保证措施施工中严格控制原材料质量;坚持测量放样换手和复核制度;坚持施工过程巡检和“三检”制度,每道工序必须组织施工质量验收,未经验收合格不允许进入下道工序施工。3.3安全措施3.3.1 加强隧道洞内外监控量测工作。第一,每日上班前或每隔一段时间,对洞内、外进行观测,查看地表有无裂纹,洞内临时支护有无变形,如有问题,立即撤出工作人员,并报告有关部门。第二,作好地表和拱顶沉降观测和洞内水平收敛测量,并绘制下沉和收敛图,为确定合理的支护参数和开挖方法及衬砌施作时间提供科学依据。3.3.2按照三相五线制布线。洞内掌子面附近必须采用低压照明,动力线必须安装漏电保护器。3.3.3作业面开挖
37、后,及时紧跟喷锚支护,否则不允许进入下一循环施工。3.3.4洞门外必须设专人看守防护,非施工人员严禁入内,进洞作业人员实行登记和翻牌制度。3.3.5喷射作业时,如压力表突然上升,并出现往复摆动时,可能有大石块堵塞喷射机喷出弯管,应立即停机排除,切勿将大石块强行吹出。3.3.6用震动疏通的方法处理喷管时,喷射手和辅助操作人员要紧握喷枪,以免送风时喷枪甩动伤人;且料罐工作风不能超过0.4MPa。3.3.7 处理喷出弯管时或清理料罐时,严禁在开动电机、分配盘运转的情况下将手伸入喷出弯管或工作罐内。3.3.8 处理堵管作业中时,应通知附近工作人员避开喷枪出口方向。3.3.9喷射手应配带防护面罩或防护眼镜、胶布雨衣和手套,洞内工作人员带防尘口罩,加速凝剂的工作人员应带胶皮手套。3.3.10喷锚支护时在渣堆上作业时,应避免踩踏活动的岩块。3.3.11喷锚支护时在梯架上作业,安置应稳妥,应有专人监护。3.3.12清除开挖面上松动的岩体、开裂的混凝土时,人员不得处于被清除物的下方。3.3.13对锚喷支护体系的监控量测中发现支护体系变形,应采取补救措施。当险情危急时,应将人员撤出危险区。9
