13、8722-475-8514-2187葡萄酒7.51085(6)88蛋黄粉0.2551.5极小(6)水果冷库冷藏水果的温度及方法1、水果冷库冷藏保鲜水果方法 水果采收后应在3到24小时内,放入0-1的冷库中冷藏,冷藏温度条件:温度为0-1,相对湿度为85-90%,库内密封良好。水果进库前要进行空气消毒,为避免果实出库后水汽在果面凝结而引起病原菌侵染,应在贮藏后期逐步提高贮藏温度。2、不同种类的水果应控制最适温度下进行冷藏,因为不同种类的水果,它能忍受低温的能力是各不相同的,不适宜的温度冷藏,会影响水果的品质和风味变化或生理病害的产生,这对冷藏是不利的。以水果来讲,一般产于南方或夏季成熟的水果,适
