3、设计范围(1)本工程送电线路本体设计。(2)本工程送电线路对邻近通信线影响的保护设计。(3)本工程初步设计概算书的编制。2路径2.1路径方案本工程线路从110kV宁冈变35kV构架出线,宁冈变35kV构架至原宁茅线14#段沿原线路走廊架设;原宁茅线14#至原宁茅线46#段改线,在原14#处左转后与230省道平行,经彭家、巫基后,再右转跨过230省道至原宁茅线46#处;原宁茅线46#至茅坪变35kV构架段沿原线路走廊架设,其中,由于原78#79#档距过大,路径改为在原78#处右转425210,大号方向163米处新建一基转角杆,再左转至原79#处。具体路径走向详见线路路径图。2.2 路径协议利用老

6、80318.20安全系数k3.04.03.2.2 导、地线防振措施本工程全线加装防振锤进行防振,导线LGJ-120/20配型号FD-3,地线GJ-35配型号FG-35。3.3 绝缘子和金具3.3.1绝缘子本工程导线耐张串、悬垂串均采用XP-70普通型瓷式绝缘子,其中直线杆为单联3片组合,耐张为4片组合;连续上下山及高差大地方采用双线夹,重要交跨地方采用双串绝缘子。详见绝缘子及金具串组装图。3.3.2 金具本工程所使用的金具以国家标准局批准的电力金具为主选取,个别金具参照南京线路器材厂最新样本。以下金具适用于LGJ-120/20导线和GJ-35型避雷线。(1)悬垂金具: 导 线:XGU-3,避雷

7、线:XGU-3(2)耐张金具: 导 线:NLD-3,避雷线:NX-13.4 绝缘配合、防雷和接地本工程绝缘配合及防雷接地依据电力行业标准交流电气装置的过电压保护和绝缘配合和交流电气装置的接地进行设计。3.4.1 绝缘配合根据江西省污秽区域图和勘测期间沿线调查的实际情况,本工程送电线路所经地区无污染,基本污秽等级按泄漏比距2.5cm/kV考虑。本工程线路塔头空气间隙绝缘配合,各带电部分与杆塔构件最小间隙及相应的风速见表3.4.1-2。表3.4.1-2 35kV线路等级空气间隙工 况间隙距离(m)相应风速(m/s)备 注工作电压0.1025操作过电压0.2515大气过电压0.45103.4.2 防

8、雷设计1、本工程全线架设避雷线。2、本工程避雷线均直接接地,避雷线对静止边导线的保护角不大于30度。在气温15无风时,档距中央导线与地线间的距离能满足S0.012L+1(m)要求。3.4.3 接地设计1、接地装置:水平接地体采用12圆钢埋深0.6m,围绕杆塔基础敷设的闭合风车形装置。详见接地装置一览图。2、当工频接地电阻不能满足要求时,应延长或增加接地射线的长度,直至工频接地电阻满足要求为止。4 杆塔基础4.1 杆塔部分根据沿线交通情况,本工程采用35kV通用设计预应力电杆。新建线路新立直线杆43基,转角杆24基,转角塔3基。具体使用情况详见杆塔一览图。4.2 基础部分根据沿线地质情况,全线基

9、础采用底盘加拉线盘。基础详细尺寸见底拉盘一览图。5 对通信线路的影响及其防护本工程对临近的通信线有关情况进行了搜资,结合初勘现场实际情况,送电线路邻近未见有级以上重要通信线路,其杆塔、导线机械强度、电气性能及安全系数均符合有关规定,本线路所跨越的三级通信线路无平行接近,线路与通信线路的接近距离和交叉跨越角均满足有关规定,无须采取保护措施。6 主要设备材料汇总表序号设备材料名称及用途规格单位数量1(图号35-TY-08)6米下段24S5根762(图号35-TY-08)4.5米下段24S5根153(图号35-TY-07)6米中段24S5根604(图号35-TY-07)4.5米中段24S5根625(
