37、1_本公司为专门从事环氧地坪施工及防腐工程施工的生产型企业，拥有丰富的施工经验及一流的施工机械设备。材料1. 环氧树脂采用美国Shell公司、南亚公司产品，为331无溶剂低粘度树脂。材料 2. 固化剂采用美国气体公司产品，为1618、1784脂肪胺类固化剂。助剂采用日本帝司巴隆产品。1：素地整理：目的：清除地面表面的浮浆，使地面与底漆增加附着力。新水泥地面必须坚固、不起砂，保养30天以上，含水率8%以下，清除杂质、突出部分或表面光滑部分必须打磨。打磨机采用全自动LZ-30S打磨机。旧地面根据现场的情况，首先必须将表面漆膜粘接不牢固的地方彻底处理掉；由于地面使用时间较长，肯定表面附着油污和其他杂
38、质，会影响基层附着力，必须全面打磨处理；2：底漆施工： 目的：封闭表面的尘土，使底漆渗透地面。做面漆时表面平滑光亮。A：底漆施工前先进行地面含水率测定：以水分计测定，8%以下即可底漆涂装，若含水率8%以上，亦可用一块适当大的吸水纸铺在地面上，四周用胶带贴好，使吸水纸密封，一至二天后，检查吸水点燃情况。若易燃则可以进行涂装底漆，断续可燃则含水率偏高，需用潮湿底漆或做断水处理。难燃则含水率太高，地面应再保养，不宜施工或根据地面情况确定。B：底漆按比例将主剂、硬化剂混合，充分搅拌均匀，在可使用时间内滚涂或用刮片涂装，涂装时要做到薄而匀，涂装后有光泽，粗糙之水泥地面，在适当时候进行补涂。3：伸缩缝及自
39、然缝的处理根据现场情况，首先清除原有的填缝胶条，然后清理干净，用环氧砂浆填平。 。 达到根据4：中层批补施工：A：根据地面的情况施工中涂，以保证面漆表面平整光亮。B：中层施工方法，先将中涂主剂充分搅拌均匀，然后按比例将主剂、硬化剂混合，充分搅拌均匀。混合时应将硬化剂向有主剂的桶中央倒入，避免材料混合不匀。搅拌后，加入适量60-80目石英砂（粉），充分搅拌均匀，倒在地面上，以镘刀全面做一层披覆填平砂孔。施工时，以齿尖除去大泡，并挑去粗粒杂质。若批补不平整，或者过于光滑，间隔时间长（如：3天以上），则需硬化干燥后全面砂磨，清理干净。C：打磨清理干净后，将中涂主剂充分搅拌均匀，然后按比例将主剂、硬化
40、剂混合，充分搅拌均匀。混合时应将硬化剂向有主剂的桶中央倒入，避免材料混合不匀。搅拌后，加入适量80-120目石英砂，充分搅拌均匀，以镘刀全面再做一层披覆填平砂孔。5、面漆施工：施工方法，先将中涂主剂充分搅拌均匀，然后按比例将主剂、硬化剂混合，充分搅拌均匀。混合时应将硬化剂向有主剂的桶中央倒入，避免材料混合不匀。搅拌后，充分搅拌均匀，倒在地面上，以镘刀全面做一层披覆填平砂孔。施工时，以齿尖除去大泡，并挑去粗粒杂质。6、面漆施工：先将主剂充分搅拌均匀，然后将硬化剂向装有主剂的桶中央倒入，避免材料混合不匀。充分搅拌均匀后，用专用滚筒或采用纯羊毛排刷涂刷施工。搅拌桶涂料若呈硬化状态时，必须停止使用并随
41、时更换搅拌桶。2 移交文件/时间表2.1 主要移交文件作为装和提供的项目服务，一些文件将提交给客户。本节将就以下文件进行阐述：a 售后服务保障报告b 项目接收报告2.2文件内容a 售后服务保障 由装和和客户签字后的售后保障报告将要求装和在客户有需求的情况下提供及时的支持。这种服务将是免费提供的。保质期一年，期间维修只收取材料费。b 项目接收报告 此报告的主要目的是证明该项目已经完成并达到合同中的条件。c 其它与项目有关的情况2.3 项目时间表 整个项目的进程可以根据项目的要求以日或周来安排。装和将不分节假周/日适时施工。 2.3 施工后地面的保养 环氧树脂地面完成后一般无需特别保养，但应严格禁
