2、602-2004”公共建筑节能设计标准“DBJ01-621-2005”民用建筑热工设计规范“GB50176-93”轻集料混凝土技术规程“JGJ51-2002”建筑工程质量验收统一标准“GB50300-2001”二.施工准备2.1技术准备1）熟悉施工图纸，了解砌体材料。2）做好BM砌块施工技术交底工作。2.2机具准备1）机械：外用电梯、切割机、砂浆搅拌机2）工具：瓦刀、夹具、手锯、小推车、灰斗、木锤、皮数杆、弹线盒、墨水。2.3人员准备采用有相应资质的专业砌筑施工队伍进行施工，人数根据施工总进度计划的砌筑工期实际确定。2.4材料准备1）BM轻集料隔墙砌块，主规格以及以上各规格砖主块所配套的半块、
3、U型块等辅块。2）BM砌块专用砌筑砂浆BM砌块专用砌筑砂浆质量标准应符合干拌砂浆应用技术规程“DBJ/T 01-73-2003”相关规定。3）混凝土浇注芯柱水平系梁的混凝土，可采用普通混凝土或普通细石混凝土。强度不小于C20。4）进场材料必须有产品质量认证书、出厂合格证、材质证明书、性能检测报告及砌体材料的备案书。材料进场后按要求抽样做复试，经试验室检验合格，报监理认可后方可施工。5）砌块见证试验BM砌块每10000块为一个验收批，不足10000块按一批计算；每批从尺寸偏差和外观质量检验合格的砌块中随机抽取抗压强度试样一组，共5块。 三、施工工艺1、施工工序基层处理放线排砖植筋排块搁底砌筑墙体
4、芯柱、水平系梁施工面层清理粉刷石膏（干拌砂浆）打底。2砌筑前准备工作2.1浮尘等杂物清扫、剔凿，按设计图纸放出墙体控制线以及芯柱（或构造柱）、水平系梁等控制线。2.2布置芯柱（或构造柱）、水平系梁（或现浇板带）、过梁，进行植筋 1）芯柱（或构造柱）布置 墙厚200mm时，配置112钢筋；墙厚200mm时，配置212钢筋。A 门窗洞口两侧 B 墙长超过5m时，墙中段设置，且芯柱与框架柱、芯柱与芯柱之间的距离不宜4m。 C 转角、丁字墙、十字墙交接部位D BM砌块与其他类型墙体连接处宜设置构造柱连接 2）水平系梁（或现浇板带）布置 A 当填充墙高度4.2m时，墙体宜设置一道水平系梁（或现浇板带）；
5、当墙体高度4.2m时，应增设水平系梁。 B 当墙上遇有门洞时，门洞上部应设置于框架柱或墙体连接且沿墙贯通的水平系梁（或现浇板带）。 C 当遇有窗洞时，洞口上部及下部都要设置系梁，且上部系梁应沿墙贯通并与两端框架柱、构造柱或墙体连接。 D 当门窗洞1.5m时，可用过梁块（U型块）内配置310钢筋作为过梁；当门窗洞1.5m时，洞口上部应现浇混凝土过梁且过梁与系梁结合并沿墙贯通且与框架柱、构造柱或墙体连接。 E 门窗洞口、预留洞口宽度400mm时，洞口上部设过梁 2.3 排块根据砌筑、灰缝等模数进行排块，灰缝厚度5mm，上下皮应错缝搭砌，其搭砌长度不宜小于90mm。排块应考虑芯柱和水平系梁位置，从芯
6、柱开始排水平块，不符合模数时，用辅块调节或切割整砖；竖向排块时需考虑门洞标高，不符合模数时，可用辅块调节或用砼浇筑“坎台”。 2.5 撂底 最底部处理，根据门洞等标高，灵活掌握1）浇筑砼坎台，2）实心砖砌筑3）砌块空洞中砼灌实2.6 建议水电管线在砌筑前按图纸位置提前安装到位，避免后期剃凿破坏墙体。由下至上的线管，砌筑时将砌块套入；由上至下的线管，砌筑时将砌块侧面开槽，将管线套入砌块中。如图3砌块砌筑前不需浇水。在日平均气温连续5度以下，进入冬季施工，要采取相应的防冻措施。4采用砌筑砂浆砌筑时。1）夏季水：粉料重量比一般为1：4,宜采用机械搅拌。冬季可适当减少水料比且搅拌及使用温度应大于5度。
7、2）灰缝厚度控制到5mm，砌筑时宜采用刮浆法砌筑，每次刮浆长度不宜大于800mm竖缝应顶浆砌筑，用皮槌敲实。3）与框架柱、墙体交接部位宜采用柔性连接：5 BM砌块墙体不宜设置临时间断洞口。6需要移动砌体中的砌块或砌块被撼动时，应清除原砂浆，重新刮浆砌筑。7埋设固定各种设备的固定件时，应根据设备情况采取必要措施保证固定件锚固牢靠。1）对于暖气片等较重设备的固定件应该用C20砼将相应砌块部位填实。2）对于室外空调机等外挂设备，应在墙体中预埋空调机托板或托架，固定点处室外一侧的砌块孔洞应用C20微膨胀混凝土灌实。3）对较大较重的外挂设备应采取附加钢筋混凝土芯柱等构造措施8严禁在砌好的墙体上打凿洞口或
8、用冲击钻成孔。确需留孔时，可用无齿锯开孔。9砌块每日砌筑高度不宜大于1.8米，低温季节应适当降低。24h后方可继续砌筑。砌体转角和交接部位应同时砌筑，对不能同时砌筑又必须留设临时间断处，应砌成斜槎。10芯柱、梁施工1）第一皮砖应切割出清扫口，以便清理遗落在孔内的杂物，2）芯柱筋应上、下生根与主体结构植筋连接，锚固长度1012d,搭接长度按规范要求。3）砌筑2-3皮进行芯柱孔C20 砼浇筑，浇灌前先清除落地灰等杂物。4）芯柱顶部处理如图11水平系梁、过梁施工1）100、120宽墙体水平系梁、过梁需支设模板现浇成型。2)150宽以上墙体水平系梁可用U型块兼做模板内部浇筑砼成型；门洞宽度不大于1.5
9、m时，过梁下部用木方进行承托，U型块兼模板砌筑，门洞宽度大于1.5m时，过梁支设模板现浇成型。12砌至梁底、板底部位时，至少间隔7d后，方可进行顶部砌筑，具体排块及砌筑组合参见图集11BJZ58 P17、18、19页。13砌块墙体表面的平整度和垂直度不宜超过4mm、灰缝的厚度和饱满度应随时检查、校正偏差。14墙体与框架柱、粱、板及构造柱、剪力墙界面处应沿缝两侧通长铺玻纤网，网宽度不应小于200mm，且缝每侧宽度不应小于100mm.(玻纤网不宜小于165g/m2)。挂网前应清除其层表面的浮灰、油污，待绷紧圈定后再作粉刷。玻纤网搭接不小于150mm。15墙体粉刷应在墙体收缩稳定后进行，抹灰前墙面可
10、不洒水，天气炎热干燥时，可在操作前l-2小时适度喷水，略显潮湿。16粉刷石膏墙体粉刷应在墙体收缩稳定后进行，抹灰前墙面可不洒水，天气炎热干燥时，可在操作前l-2小时适度喷水，略显潮湿。分三遍施工1）石膏局部找补2）石膏找平3）石膏面层压光 四、冬期施工l、当室外平均气温连续5天低于5时， BM砌块砌体工程应采取冬季施工措施。注：气温根据当地气象资料确定。 冬期施工期限以外，当时最低气温低于O时，按本节的规定执行。2、砌块砌体工程应有完整的冬期施工方案，并应符合现行图家标准建筑工程冬季施工规程JGJl04的规定。3、BM砌块砌体工程冬期施工不得采用冻结法和掺盐砂浆法。4、记录冬期砌筑的施工日记除
11、应按常温规定要求记录施工内容外，尚应记载室外空气温度、砌筑时砂浆、温度、外加剂掺量及其它有关资料。冬期施工砂浆试块的设置，除应按常温规定要求设置外，还应增留不少于1组与砌体同件养护的试块，测试检验28d强度。5、采用暖棚法施工，块材在砌筑时的温度不应低于+5。6、在暖棚内砌体养护时问，应根据棚内温度按下表确定。暖棚温度5101520养护时间6543五、安全施工l砌块墙体施工的安全技术必须遵守现行建筑工程安全技术规定。2垂直运输使用托盘吊装时，应用尼龙网或安全罩围护砌块。3在楼面或脚手架上堆放砌块或其它物料时，严禁倾卸和抛掷。并不得撞击楼板和脚手架。4堆放在楼面(层面)和脚手架上的各种施工荷载不
12、得超过楼板和脚手架的允许荷载值。施工层进料口楼板下，宜采取临时支撑措施。5砌体砌筑或进行其它工序施工时，严禁站在刚砌完的砌体上操作。6正在施工的砌块墙体，当可能遇到大风时，其允许自由高度应计算确定。六、质量控制1主控项目：砌块和粘结剂强度等级性能应符合设计要求，并由相关出厂合格证和检验报告。2一般项目1）砌筑砂浆应密实饱满。2）砌块砌筑时采用的规格、品种应符合设计要求。3）砌块墙转角处和纵横墙交接处应同时砌筑，咬槎紧密。如需间断应留斜槎。4）芯柱砼施工前孔内砂浆必须消理干净。芯柱顶部，模板支成漏斗型，砼细心捣实。5）门窗洞口两侧芯柱内预留门窗框连接件，最大间距600。6）砌筑脚手架不得搁、靠在
