1、第三章 施工技术方案第一节 施工部署一、工程目标1质量目标：业主要求本工程质量达合格水平,本公司计划达“榕城杯”工程。 2工期目标：业主要求本工程施工工期为385日历天。3安全目标：加强对进场人员的三级教育，坚持持证上岗，各种安全防护用品符合要求，杜绝重大伤亡事故，轻伤事故频率控制在5内，工地安全检查合格率100%，优良率80%。4文明施工目标：争创福州市文明工地5成本目标：通过科学组织，严格管理，依靠科技进步，应用新技术、新工艺实现直接工程费利润2%。装饰工程水电安装结构工程承台地梁土方开挖竣工验收钢结构施工二、施工工艺流程三、工程特点分析1本工程作为福建师范大学重点工程，其政治影响大；2本
2、工程确定的质量目标高，因而要求对各种原材料、各施工过程、各操作工艺等均必须严格控制；3本工程建筑平面、立面造型复杂，主轴线呈椭圆形布置，长、短轴尺寸以及各定位点位置和定位半径、占地面积等均较大，径向轴线分布较多，且分别有不同的半径、多个控制圆心，给测量定位和施工都带来了较大的难度；4施工队伍多，施工组织管理难：该工程属中型体育设施，建筑安装工程施工工序多，工艺复杂，内部设施完善，设备技术先进；各工种配合面广、量大、时间长；交叉作业多、露天高空作业多，成品保护难度大，职工操作安全防护要求高；工期短，连续施工多。5本工程位于福建师范大学校园内，对文明施工要求较高，这对施工组织及部署带来较大麻烦。四
3、、任务划分及总分包管理1本次业主发包施工范围：包括体育馆建设工程的上部土建(含门窗及玻璃幕墙、外墙装修)、一般水电安装（含室内公共部分的装修、消防系统、暖通空调系统设备及安装、变压器、发电机组、高、低压配电设备及母线槽、桥架等设备采购及安装）以及对其它各专业工程的安全、质量、进度的协调管理等。2业主另行发包的有：冷水机组设备及安装、电声系统、电子计分牌及比赛照明等、活动桌椅、施工图纸上所注的室内二次装修（含建筑声学系统及场地专用木地板）、其他专用设备等。3业主发包范围内施工与业主分包之间交叉管理 在施工过程中，本公司将在承包权限范围内，与业主及各分包商积极配合，使工程进展顺利，尽量避免出现返工
4、、返修现象，以最快的速度保质保量完成该工程的施工任务。五、施工流水段的划分及施工工艺流程1施工流水段的划分本工程0.00层建筑面积约为2000m2，施工图在和轴处从基础梁由下至上设置有一条长约10m宽0.8m的后浇带，将土建部分分为大小均衡的、两个施工段，如下图所示。土建部分施工时，南北两个施工段的施工同时交叉流水进行。屋面钢结构及网架结构等专业性较强部分，我公司将另行委托符合资质要求的专业公司进行施工，确保工程质量。0.00层施工流水平面图2施工工艺流程根据本工程特点和本公司的技术装备、劳力、机械状况及现场情况，计划在本工程施工时采取以主体结构砼施工和屋面钢结构及网架结构施工为主导进行工期控
5、制；主体结构施工期间以土建施工为主，安装等预留预埋随土建进度及时跟上。本着保证主体结构质量的前提下，集中力量加快主体工程进度，主体施工过程中进行分阶段验收，当主体砼结构施工至16.400m时进行墙体砌筑和室内墙面的粗装修。当屋面钢结构及网架结构施工完后由上至下、由外至内下进行室内楼地面工程、室内装修、看台装修、外墙装修、门窗安装以及其它水、电、暖通等安装工程的施工。具体各工序的施工工艺流程详见第二节内容。六、施工准备1施工准备施工图设计技术交底及图纸会审 组织图纸会审,施工前应将施工图纸提前交给工程技术人员与项目施工员进行图纸熟悉,将施工图纸设计问题及施工过程中可能遇到的问题, 以及各专业图纸
6、之间的相互矛盾先进行内部自审。根据自审结果由设计单位组织各有关单位进行图纸会审,尽可能把问题在图纸会审时提出解决,使工程施工顺利进行,以免出现返工现象。工程技术人员应将图纸发放给施工班组进行交底,做到操作时能按设计要求进行,确保工程施工质量。施工图深化设计编制施工组织设计和项目质量计划, 并在项目部成员中进行学习和交底,制定本工程的关键过程和特殊过程。根据图纸和施工方案,编制好施工图纸预算,并编制好能用指导施工的预算,提供各种资源的需要量。 施工放样人员根据图纸设计提出各种成品、半成品的计划,以便进行加工、订货,不致因供货原因而影响工程正常进行,使工程按计划工期完成。规范、标准、图集等深化。准
7、备本工程所需的规范、标准、图集等技术资料并确定其是否有效。组织有关人员深入学习，落实解决设计存在的问题。测量基准交底、复测及验收：根据建设单位与规划部门提供的实地放样坐标点，引测至围墙，地面建立半永久性坐标点，并请有关部门进行核样。根据建设单位提供的道路罗零标高，引测至场内，建立六个固定水准点。各单位工程定位点的具体位置经复核无误后，办理测量定位记录。技术工作计划: 分项工程施工方案的编制为更好地控制本工程的质量，项目部技术质量组将按照ISO9002施工过程控制程序标准分阶段及时编制以下分项工程施工方案：临时用电施工方案、安全施工组织设计、土方工程、模板工程、砼工程、屋面钢结构工程、钢网架结构
8、工程、竖向钢筋电渣压力焊、防水工程、外墙涂料工程、玻璃幕墙工程等施工方案。以上方案经审批后，项目部技术质量组将及时组织有关技术、质检人员进行学习交流，以方案作为各分项工程施工的依据。材料送检计划的编制为严格控制进场材料的质量情况，坚决杜绝伪劣产品进入现场，在工程施工过程中，项目部技术质量组应按使用材料的规格、数量，并按有关试验的取样要求，分阶段提出各种材料、砼试块的送检计划。2现场准备工程轴线控制网测量定位及控制桩控制点的保护工程建筑物的红线及定位由规划部门测定, 我公司测量人员根据城建规划部门所提供的测量标志和建筑平面图进行复测,按建筑物的轴线和开挖范围大小,以及施工现场的具体情况,建立工程
9、的首级平面控制网,对整个工程的轴线进行控制,是工程建筑施工放线的主要依据,据实际情况建立平面控制方格网, 其测量方法和要求按平面控制技术要求进行测量、复测、复核无误后, 在土方开挖前将各轴线两端分别引测到稳固的建筑物上, 各轴线两端标志必须设在离开挖边线510m以外且不少于3个,并做上红三角作标记,有必要时需埋设轴线控制点,作好标志,以供以后施工中轴线的恢复、复核、控制。控制桩和基准点的保护做法如下页图所示。 控制桩保护 标高固定引测点 1-1剖面临建布置：本工程临建包括门卫、仓库、材料加工场地、办公室、工人宿舍、食堂、卫生间均采用标准砖砌筑，具体位置详平面布置图。施工现场排水：本工程现场设一
10、个过滤池及一个洗车台，施工现场废水经过滤后排入下水道。施工现场道路：根据现场文明施工要求，凡进出现场车辆的通道口15米范围都要按砼临时道路进行铺设，在雨季期间也能保持道路畅通，不致产生泥坑、积水。施工现场各种材料堆放应做到分规格、分品种整齐堆放，便于管理，门口道路应保持清洁，做到安全文明施工。施工用水量计算及管线布置： 施工用水包括三个方面，其一为施工生产用水，其二为现场生活用水，其三为消防用水。 施工生产高峰期用水量： q1N1q1k1k2 83600k1-未预计的施工用水系数，本工程取1.1k2-用水不均衡系数，取1.5q1-每台班实物量，砌砖150m3，抹灰300m2。N1-施工用水定额
11、。砌砖取200L/m3，抹灰取30L/m2则： 15020030030q11.11.52.59L/S 83600施工现场生活用水： P1N3K4q2 l83600P1-施工现场高峰昼夜人数，取400人N3-施工现场生活用水定额，夏天取30L/人日K4-施工现场生活用水不均衡系数，取1.4L-每天工作班数取1.5 400301.4q20.4L/S 1.583600消防用水量：q410L/S。总用水量Q：因为q1q2q4，故取Qq410L/S，即36m3/h。供水管线选择：D4Q/V1000 (V取1.5m/S) 410/3.141.510000.092m92mm，取D100mm 供水管径100可
12、满足本工程要求。 从本工程水源引一支50管至施工作业区内，并根据需要设分管和水龙头。施工现场临时用电计划：根据施工机械表，施工现场临时用电容量按下式计算：P=1.1(K1SP1/COS+K2SP2)其中：P1为现场机械电动机额定功率，由施工机械一览表知： SP1192.6KW；P2为现场电焊机额定容量，由施工机械一览表知： SP2110KVA；k1、k2为需要系数，分别取0.5、0.7,COS为现场电动机平均功率，取0.75,所以，施工现场照明用电按动力用量10%计：P总=1.1(0.5192.6/0.75+0.7155)1.1=286.7KW所以，业主应提供300KVA的电源方能满足施工要求
13、。临时排水: 主道路旁设排水明沟，沟深0.4m，沟底宽0.4m，沟两侧用砖砌筑，底部用C10砼铺衬（或沟内埋设400钢筋砼管与生活及生产区明沟连通,并设沉淀池,污水沉淀后排入城市下水道）。七、与相关单位及各专业工程的配合协调办法1每周开一次三方例会，由建设单位、施工单位、监理单位派人参加。针对现场发生的各种问题及需要三方配合的事项共同商榷，制定出合理的解决方案，以保证工程顺利进行。如遇无法解决的问题，及时与设计院联系，并严格按照设计院的“设计变更通知单”指导施工。2施工现场中，各专业队伍严格按照技术人员要求施工，技术人员提前安排好各工序之间的交接班，严禁出现窝工、停工现象。班组间出现穿插施工时
