23、2mm的HRB335、HRB400（II、III级）钢筋的钢筋接头剥肋滚压直螺纹连接技术。1.2 编制参考标准及规范 钢筋混凝土用热轧带肋钢筋（GB-1499）；钢筋机械连接通用技术规程（JGJ 107-2003）；钢筋混凝土余热处理钢筋（GB 13014）；钢筋等强度剥肋滚压直螺纹连接技术规程（Q/YJ 16-2001）； 套筒与锁母材料应采用优质碳素结构钢或合金钢，其材质应符合GB699规定。2 基本规定2.1 采用螺纹套筒连接的钢筋接头，其设置在同一构件中纵向受力钢筋的接头相互错开。钢筋机械连接区段长度应按35d计算；在同一连接区段内有接头的受力钢筋截面积占受力钢筋截面积的百分率，应符合
24、下列规定：2.1.1 接头宜设置在结构构件受拉钢筋应力较小部位，当需要在高应力部位设置接头时，在同一连接区段内接头百分率不应大于50%；2.1.2 接头宜避开抗震设防要求的梁端、柱端箍筋加密区；当无法避开时，应采用I级或II级接头，且接头百分率不应大于50%。2.2 接头端头距钢筋弯曲点不得小于钢筋直径的10倍。2.3 不同直径钢筋连接时，一次连接钢筋直径规格不宜超过二级。3 施工准备3.1 技术准备3.1.1 凡参与接头施工的操作工人必须参加技术培训，经考核合格后持证上岗。3.1.2 核对布筋图纸加工单与成品数量。3.1.3 做好技术交底。3.2 材料准备3.2.1 套筒的规格、型号以及钢筋
25、的品种、规格必须符合设计要求。3.2.2 质量要求 3.2.2.1 钢筋质量要求 钢筋应符合国家标准钢筋混凝土热轧带肋钢筋（GB 1499）和钢筋混凝土余热处理钢筋（GB 13014）的要求，有原材质复试报告和出厂合格证。 钢筋应先调制再下料，并宜用切断机和砂轮机切断，切口端面应与钢筋轴线垂直，不得有马蹄形或绕曲，不得用气割下料。3.2.2.1 套筒与锁母材料质量要求 套筒材料应采用优质碳素结构钢或合金钢，其材质应符合GB699规定。 成品螺纹连接套应有产品合格证；两端螺纹孔应有保护盖；套筒表面应有规格标记。3.3 主要机具切割机、钢筋滚压直螺纹成型机、普通扳手及量规（牙型规、环规、塞规）。3
26、.4 作业条件3.4.1 钢筋端头螺纹已加工完毕，检查合格，且已具备现场钢筋连接条件。3.4.2 钢筋连接用套筒已检验合格，并入现场挂牌整齐码放。3.4.3 布筋图及施工穿筋顺序等已经进行技术交底。4 材料和质量要求4.1 材料的关键要求4.1.1 钢筋应符合国家标准的要求，复验合格。4.1.2 套筒与锁母材料的材质应符合规定要求。4.2 技术关键要求4.2.1 钢筋直螺纹接头套丝及连接操作人员必须经过培训、考核，持证上岗。4.2.2 钢筋端头螺纹加工按照标准规定，且牙型要逐个进行量规检查。4.3 质量关键要求4.3.1 钢筋套丝后的螺牙应符合质量标准。4.3.2 钢筋切口端面及丝头锥度、牙形
27、、螺距等应符合质量标准，并与连接套筒螺纹规格相匹配。4.4 职业健康安全关键要求除应严格执行建筑工程有关安全施工的规程及规定外，还应注意以下事项：4.4.1 参加施工的作业人员必须经过考核合格，并经“三级”安全教育后方能上岗。4.4.2 用电设备均应设“三级”保护，严格按用电安全规程操作。4.4.3 设备检验及试运转合格后方准作业。4.4.4 设备运行中严禁拖拽压圆机油管或砸压油管，油管反弹方向应予以遮挡。4.4.5 严格按各种机械使用说明与相关标准操作。4.4.6 高处作业或带电作业，应遵守国家颁布的建筑安装工程安全技术规程。4.5 环境关键要求4.5.1 按规程操作，避免发生噪声。4.5.
28、2 夜间施工严禁敲打钢筋以防扰民。4.5.3 施工应用低角度照明防光污染。4.5.4 机械润滑油流入专设油池集中处理，不准直接排入下水道，铁屑杂物回收处理。5 施工工艺5.1 钢筋滚压直螺纹连接工艺流程套筒机加工、保护现场丝接保护帽丝头检查（剥肋）滚压螺纹钢筋切割5.2 操作工艺5.2.1 钢筋滚压直螺纹连接：钢筋滚压直螺纹连接，是采用专门的滚压机床对钢筋端部进行滚压，螺纹一次成型。钢筋通过滚压螺纹，螺纹底部的材料没有被切削掉，而是被挤压出来，加大了原有直径。螺纹经滚压后材质放声硬化，强度约提高6%8%，使螺纹对母材的削弱大为减少，其抗拉强度是母材实际抗拉强的97%100%，强度性能十分稳定。

30、规、螺纹卡和直螺纹塞规，采用工具钢T9（BG 1298-86）制成，其化学成分和硬度见表5.2.1-2化学成分和硬度 表5.2.1-2化 学 成 分淬火后硬度HRCCMnSiSP620.850.940.400.350.300.0355.2.2 工艺操作要点5.2.2.1 钢筋螺纹加工： 加工钢筋螺纹的丝头、牙形、螺距等必须与连接套牙形、螺距一致，且经配套的量规检验合格。 加工钢筋螺纹时，应采用水溶性切削润滑液，不得用机油做润滑液或不加润滑液套丝。 操作工人应逐个检查钢筋丝头的外观质量并做出操作者标记。 经自检合格的钢筋丝头，应对每种规格加工批量随机抽检10%，且不少于10个，如有一个不合格应对
31、该加工批全数检查，不合格丝头应重加工，经再次检验合格方可使用。 经检验合格的丝头，应加以保护并戴上保护帽，并按规格分类堆放整齐待用。5.2.2.2 钢筋连接： 连接钢筋时，钢筋规格和连接套的规格应一致，钢筋螺纹的形式、螺距、螺纹外径应与连接套匹配。并确保刚劲和连接套的丝扣干净，完好无损。 连接钢筋时应对准轴线将钢筋拧入连接套。 接头拼接完成后，应使两个丝头在套筒中央位置互相顶紧，套筒每端不得有一扣以上完整丝外露，加长型接头的外露丝扣不受限制，但应有明显标记，以检查进入套筒的丝头长度是否满足要求。6 质量标准 6.1 主控项目6.1.1 钢筋的品种、规格必须符合设计要求，质量符合国家现行钢筋混凝
32、土热轧带肋钢筋（GB 1499）和钢筋混凝土用预热处理钢筋（GB 13014）标准要求。6.1.2 套筒与锁母材质应符合GB 699规定，且应有质量检验单和合格证，几何尺寸要符合要求。6.1.3 连接钢筋时，应检查螺纹加工检验记录。6.1.4 钢筋接头形式检验：钢筋螺纹接头的形式检验应符合现行行业标准钢筋机械连接通用技术规程JGJ 107中的各项规定。6.1.5 钢筋连接工程开始恰及施工过程中，应对每批进场钢筋和接头进行工艺检验：6.1.5.1 每种规格钢筋接头试件不应少于3根。6.1.5.2 钢筋母材抗拉强度试验不应少于3根。6.1.5.3 接头试件应达到现行行业标准钢筋机械连接通用技术规程
33、（JGJ107）中相应等级的强度要求，计算钢筋实际抗拉强度时，应采用钢筋的实际横截面积计算。6.1.6 钢筋接头强度必须达到同类型刚才强度值，接头的现场检验按检验批进行，同一施工条件下采用同一批材料的同等级、同形式、同规格接头，以500个为一个验收批进行检验和验收，不足500个作为一个验收批。6.2 一般项目6.2.1 加工质量检验6.2.1.1 螺纹丝头牙形检验：牙形饱满，不断牙、秃牙缺陷，且与牙形规的牙形吻合，牙形表面光洁的为合格品。6.2.1.2 套筒专用塞规检验6.2.2 随机抽取同规格数的10%进行外观检查，应与钢筋连接套筒的规格相匹配，接头丝扣无整丝外露。6.2.3 现场外观质检抽
34、检数量：梁、柱构件按接头数的15%且每个构件的接头数抽检数不得少于一个接头；基础枪版构件按各自接头数，每100个接头作为一个检验批，不足100个也作为一个检验批。每批检验3个接头，检验的接头应全部合格，则该批接头为合格；若有一个不合格，则该验收批接头应逐个检查，对查出的不合格接头应进行补强，若无法补强则应弃置不用。6.2.4 对接头抗拉强度试验每一检验批应在工程结构中随机截取3个接头试件做抗拉强度试验。按设计要求的接头等级进行评定，如有一个试件的强度不符合要求应再取6个试件进行复检，复检中仍有一个试件的强度不符合要求，则该检验批为不合格。6.2.5 在现场连续10个检验批抽样试件抗拉强度试验1
35、次合格率为100%，检验批接头数量可扩大一倍。7 成品保护7.1 各种规格型号的套筒表面，必须有明显的钢筋级别及规格标记。7.2 钢筋螺纹保护帽要堆放整齐，不准随意乱扔。7.3 连接钢筋的钢套筒必须用塑料盖封上，以保持内部洁净、干燥、防锈。7.4 钢筋直螺纹加工经检验合格后，应戴上保护帽或拧上套筒，以防碰伤和生锈。7.5 已连接好套筒的钢筋接头不得随意抛砸。8 安全环保措施8.1 不准硬拉电线和高压油管。8.2 高压油管不得打死弯。8.3 参加钢筋直螺纹连接的施工人员必须培训、考核、持证上岗。8.4 作业人员必须遵守施工现场安全作业有关规定。9 质量记录本工艺标准应具备以下质量记录：9.1 钢筋原材质及复试报告。9.2 套筒和锁母远材质及复试报告。9.3 钢筋直螺纹加工检验记录。9.4 钢筋直螺纹接头质量检查记录。9.5 钢筋直螺纹拉伸试验报告
